06/04/2026: I am a big fan of delicious food especially went its found by chance. We were the first customers and I believe they had just opened. My Italian is weak but the owner and I started chatting in translator. Anyway, he was very kind and attentive when i asked for arrosticini. He smiled with assurance that I would like them. He was correct!!! We had them with a nice bottle of vino and fries. It was cold and rainy that evening but for that period. I felt the warmth of King's Pub. Grazie mille

07/12/2025: Looks, tone of voice, everything to tell you you'd be better off moving. The coffee was drinkable, but left "sludgy" by the machine, which clearly needed descaling. The cake was too cold. The young assistant tried to improve the service, but was drawn into the rude owner's shop talk, using language best forgotten. P.S. (in response to the bar owner's reply) Everything I wrote in the review is true. Perhaps the owner wasn't in the mood, or perhaps it was early on a Sunday morning and therefore not the best time of day... I believe, however, that a customer, especially a new one, should be greeted with kindness and helpfulness, and not in the terrible way I've described with absolute sincerity. I'm sure the lady doesn't habitually exhibit this attitude at work, because if she did, her clientele would have drastically decreased. Hospitality and helpfulness are essential requirements for any business dealing with the public, so they must always be present to be considered such. I hope the lady will review her behavior, as well as her commitment to customers in general, to provide courteous and helpful service, without distinction between the different customers who frequent her bar. 10/04/2026: Since I can't respond to a specific review, I'm forced to create a new one, which is also inevitably negative. I'm part of the group who dined with Cristian Del Vecchio (review below last Monday), and I want to address every point raised by management in response to my friend. 1. Portions: We understand that the quantity choices are yours, but charging €20 for a "mixed roast" like the one served is unjustifiable. The potatoes, described as "mere garnish," were literally counted and, to make a point in your favor, were from the day before. 2. Food: The story about the extra ribs is untrue. As the pictures show, most of the meat was charred and inedible. However, what struck us was the staff's total indifference to our complaints. We tried to point out that the food was inedible from the first course, but we were consistently ignored. The head waiter approached our table only once, saying, "These are the quantities," and then walking away. We were mistakenly hoping it was just one unfortunate dish. 3. The discount: Continuing with the previous point, after receiving charred liver skewers, we expressed our disappointment directly at the cashier. The owner gave us a discount of about 30%, but she had no choice; we were tired of being snubbed and refused to pay such an exorbitant amount. We were advised to stand up and not pay, which probably would have been the best way to be taken seriously, but instead we chose politeness and a "simple" negative review. What I don't accept is that such a review would be taken by management as "a pretext to denigrate the work of others." We know how difficult it is to run a restaurant on Easter Monday, but trying to justify a less-than-positive experience by blaming it on the customer is unacceptable. Best regards, and good luck.

20/12/2025: I came in wearing a tracksuit and slippers to see some pre-Christmas gifts. They looked me up and down, the waitress watching me and following me. An experience to forget... Anyway, I would have bought the whole shop if I wanted.

13/10/2025: Stunning village, all in stone, seen from afar (coming from Campo di Giove) it is a postcard. Very nice restaurant, very panoramic location, favorable weather you can also have lunch in the square. As for the food...... exceptional: tagliatelle with truffle, mushrooms and sausage excellent, grilled lamb equally excellent even in the cooking, very good wine, reasonable price "a few euros less would be a fortune" I joke.

23/12/2025: I went to White Bakery for a quick breakfast with my partner, and I have to say the experience was average. The place is tidy and well-organized, and although the decor is typical of the chain, it's still pleasant and relaxing. We ordered two large breakfasts: a savory one with scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, and jam, and a sweet one with pancakes, fresh fruit, and syrup. The savory breakfast was average, although the bacon was a bit overcooked. The sweet breakfast was good, but unfortunately the strawberries lacked flavor. The pancakes were fluffy and well-made, and the variety of fresh fruit was appreciable. The service was quick, and the waitress was knowledgeable; she took our order without needing notes. We spent €18 for two, a fair price for the amount of food offered. Overall, White Bakery is a good option for a quick and hearty breakfast, but don't expect anything exceptional.

02/04/2026: I had lunch here with my daughter, my partner, and her son, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was divine; the fish was incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. The service was excellent, attentive and professional, yet friendly and personable, making us feel immediately at ease. I absolutely recommend this place and will gladly return!
