20/10/2025: Rude and uninterested staff, food was nothing special, wrong orders were often delivered to the table and after we had tasted a dish the waiter comes to tell us that it was from another table, takes it and gives it to the table next to ours, the cooks with their phones in hand sending voice messages and in the meantime they handled the food, the blonde lady you ask her for things and she doesn't even answer I definitely won't go back given the terrible experience

25/06/2025: I'm modifying my review from 5 years ago, given the recent absurd prices: A breakfast for two 7 euros? With a croissant that's anything but artisanal? The non plus ultra is the "chocolate" braid (something 10 cm long and 5 cm wide) for 1.80 I think, actual value, I don't know: 60 cents? Come on, is this the center of Pescara or L'Aquila? Exaggerated

20/06/2025: He is always a pain in the ass, but luckily there is Alessandra, the new barista, who together with Donatella sweeten the place with a light of beauty, kindness, and availability. Breakfasts with excellent quality pastries, Illy coffee always superior... What more do you want....

22/08/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, which was my first time there. They seated me without a reservation and served me promptly. Prices were reasonable, and the fish was very good. I also added a stew after ordering; it was brought quickly, and they made sure it didn't overlap with the order I'd already taken. I'll be back to try other specialties on the menu.

23/10/2025: When you're fortunate enough to have an elegant, welcoming, and well-furnished space, it's worth making the most of it. I don't see chefs being forbidden from learning unsophisticated cooking techniques, nor is it forbidden for waiters to adhere to standards of courtesy. Our experience was poor quality ingredients: stringy carpaccio meat, non-native porcini mushrooms riddled with worms. Even supermarkets now sell porcini mushrooms cut in half to discard the "inhabited" ones. You can even learn how to properly prepare a cacio e pepe on Instagram! Three hours for two courses is an unacceptable wait.

12/10/2025: Overall, we were quite dissatisfied. I gave it 3 stars because the place is beautiful and refined. The food was generally average: it didn't particularly amaze us, but it wasn't overly disappointing either. I'd hardly call it an unforgettable place. The service, despite the kind and helpful staff, was rather confusing and a bit stuttering. Furthermore, the price seemed a bit high for an experience that, overall, didn't really leave a lasting impression.

13/04/2025: The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean and tidy, and he's very good. I don't like the beer selection, but that's just my personal preference. The prices are too high—€7 for a pint in a small hilltop town is too much. The pizza...so-so, also overpriced, too greasy and not very Neapolitan. In any case, if I'm in the area again, I'll go back. It's still a pub, and pubs are always worth a visit.

29/10/2025: I stopped by one morning for a simple breakfast with my son, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed very disorganized: there was one person at the counter managing many things—preparing drinks, liaising with suppliers—while a very young, visibly inexperienced and fearful young man was trying to help him as best he could, and a woman who seemed to be there to buffer the breakfast rush. Even though the bar wasn't crowded, the wait was long, and the overall atmosphere was confusing. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but I think the owner should avoid centralizing everything on himself and rely on a couple of trained people and learn to delegate. Only in this way, by giving people trust and responsibility, can a business be managed by a leader and not a boss.

09/11/2025: A sophisticated atmosphere on the Pescara waterfront, with a refined menu that's not overly expensive. The excellent Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven was truly a treat, with a light dough and tasty ingredients. The excellent service and friendly staff were the icing on the cake for a pleasant evening. Thank you.

21/09/2025: I don't recommend this place due to their lack of customer service. For two days in a row, Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st, no one bothered to answer reservations, much less voicemails. The website says "open," you drive up, arrive, and no one greets you. The welcome and courtesy are absolutely nonexistent. To be discarded.
