14/09/2024: This was our first summer at the il faro establishment, the owners were helpful and friendly especially with my children, we trusted without ever trying Enzo's cuisine, for my husband's surprise party, and he did not disappoint us, excellent cuisine! !all my guests were satisfied. Clean and spacious establishment. Highly recommended

24/12/2024: Disappointing experience from every point of view. The wait was endless, the service was extremely slow and the staff was not professional at all: not very friendly and not attentive to our requests. As for the food, nothing special. The kebabs, on a positive note, were tender, but not very tasty. Average dishes, without any particular point that justified the waiting times and the price. A real shame, I definitely won't be back.

14/12/2024: Dinner on a Friday night without a reservation, the place was full and everything was perfect. Congratulations indeed! We ate a lot and excellently and the kebabs didn't say goodbye to me during the night 😁

08/12/2024: Really shabby, ordered via Just Eat at 8.30pm with home delivery scheduled for 10.10pm, 2 buffaloes and 1 from the garden with a portion of fried gnocchi. At 10.40pm, given that I was half an hour late, I called the restaurant and the very friendly, empathetic and very professional woman who answered me could only tell me that even if I paid and the food hadn't arrived yet and when it arrives it will be cold, these are not her problems and that I should have “attached to”. To stay away from us for kilometers. Just squalor. In all of this, instead of receiving a potato and sausage from the garden, a vegetarian person rightly orders something for herself and finds the food late, cold and wrong, forced to watch others eat. 16/08/2024: Ci siamo stati a fine luglio, su consiglio di amici, con prenotazione, altrimenti era impossibile, il locale era pieno; location stupenda avvantaggiati da uno splendido tramonto, abbiamo ordinato come antipasto una frittura di calamari molto buona, 4 primi piatti tra cui delle linguine alle vongole spettacolari e chitarrine allo scoglio molto buone. Ottimo tutto, eccetto il servizio un po' confusionario e alla fine anche con il conto qualche errore. Prezzi abbastanza alti, ma qualitá dei piatti alta.

14/08/2024: Siamo stati male sia dal punto di vista di educazione da parte dei camerieri sia per il mangiare.Ci hanno portato un risotto di mare che era riso bollito condito con alcuni calamaretti cotti a parte anche perché appena ordinato il risotto ce lo hanno portato dopo 5 minuti.Quindi riso già bollito prima con condimento di calamaretti forse congelati e mischiati al riso

10/10/2024: I have been to this place before and have always enjoyed it, but the last time the service was terrible. I spent the whole night in the bathroom because, being lactose intolerant, I had asked, as always, for an almond milk with matcha. However, the boy brought me a glass of normal milk, forgetting my request even though I had specified it several times when ordering. I'm sorry because maybe the guy doesn't have experience and I don't condemn him for this, but at this point I don't understand the point of taking notes in the order notebook if they don't check them again. In the end he obviously apologized by not including the milk on the bill, I certainly appreciated it but that's not the point. I sincerely hope that in the future more attention will be paid to these things because an intolerant person feels bad one day and that's it, but for an allergic person it would have been very different..

01/01/2025: Abbiamo scelto il locale per festeggiare il capodanno con cena e dopocena. Con grande sorpresa abbiamo scoperto che il nostro tavolo era in una saletta secondaria (adibita dopo la mezzanotte a guardaroba) a cui si accedeva passando dai bagni. Appena accomodati ci hanno chiesto il pagamento,era sfuggito che avevamo già saldato giorni addietro l’importo di 1560 euro. Ecco senza soffermarmi sulla “qualità” del cibo, è stato paradossale che allo scoccare della mezzanotte non abbiano portato neanche un prosecco o spumante. La bottiglia andava ordinata a parte con costi aggiuntivi, bene…ordinata e PAGATA ci è stata portata dopo 40 minuti (inutile dire che in alcuni tavoli della sala principale il trattamento è stato diverso). Un cenone di capodanno seduti nel locale guardaroba e allietati da una cassa che trasmetteva musica e vocal live dalla sala principale. Clienti di serie A e serie B. Non professionali e disonesti. Vergognosi.

21/08/2024: I have never tasted such good, high-quality kebabs! Furthermore, for the first time I ate delicious, non-gourmet desserts, especially the tiramisu! Highly recommended!

22/12/2024: Following telephone agreements with the owner, the agreed full menu per person was 25 euros per person. In reality, at the time of payment without any specification, drinks and cover charge were added, significantly increasing the price by almost a third of the total. Exactly 650 euros compared to the 450 euros established by telephone. It was my mistake to have paid without batting an eyelid, trusting. Furthermore, there is no possibility of consulting a menu that informs customers of the prices and what the cost will be, even following various requests

25/08/2024: Today 25 August 2024 at 8.30 am I went to have breakfast at your establishment after queuing rightly but at the moment it was my turn and we were only two customers the barmaid served another customer, after I told him I was Before . Change bartender and next year we'll change establishment.

05/01/2025: Quelle surprise de trouver un restaurant dont la spécialité est le poisson et les crustacés à Elice, dont la renommée a été faite par son pastificio (la mugnaia). Des produits de qualité cuisinés avec soin. Un accueil chaleureux et une ambiance détendue. Je conseille vivement le détour.
