05/04/2026: After a full six years, we returned to this establishment, after a decidedly negative experience in the past (as documented in our previous reviews), sincerely hoping that something had changed in the meantime. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The welcome was normal, but when it came time to pay, the same unacceptable attitude recurred: presumptuous and arrogant tones simply because we wanted to pay by card. Let's be clear: it wasn't a single payment, but the fact that each of us wanted to pay for our drinks by card. From there, decidedly inappropriate comments erupted, including remarks about always having to carry cash, at least €10, and even the conclusion that it would be better if we didn't go at all if we intended to pay by card. This was unprofessional and untimely behavior, considering that electronic payment is now the norm. The result? This time too, like six years ago, the experience ended in the worst possible way. And with us, today, this establishment has once again lost 15 customers. It's a shame, because it would take very little to avoid situations like this.

16/02/2026: I tried to book for four people, and so far so good. When asked if I had children, I said yes and that we were two adults and two children. As soon as I said that, the lady immediately changed her tune, saying they don't accept children and that she works for sports and therefore doesn't care about the customers' opinions. Oh my, what a shame! I wouldn't go to a restaurant like that even for free, not even if it had a Michelin star. I'm disgusted. Probably only those with children can understand me, but this woman's behavior is shameful.

14/02/2026: Terrible service; I noticed a very cold attitude toward customers. The owner was very rude and unwelcoming, and she also paid little attention to taking our orders. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with children; they won't be welcome.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this pizzeria was very disappointing. The place wasn't very clean, and the tables seemed sloppy. The service was slow and inattentive: we waited almost half an hour just for drinks and an hour and a half for three pizzas. The supplì looked well-breaded, but they were inedible with overcooked rice and no toppings. The pizza, which should be the highlight, arrived lukewarm and with a dough that tasted like shoe soles. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the toppings were sparse for the price. The cashier was rude and rude. Overall, the value for money was truly disappointing. I don't think I'll return, and I don't recommend it.

26/08/2025: I had dinner with my family this evening for pizza, and I have to say that in 50 years, I've never had such a bad meal. We had supplì as an appetizer, which looked good because they had a crispy panther filling, but unfortunately the rice inside was completely overcooked and lacked tomato. We ordered four pizzas at 8:30 PM, and they arrived at 10:05 PM. I think it's absurd to wait so long considering the place was half empty. Leaving this aside, we were hoping for at least a good pizza, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case: the pizzas tasted like cardboard and had very little topping, which made them even drier and more dry: believe me, it was INEDIBLE!!! All this was accompanied by a total lack of courtesy from the lady at the cash register who took our order. The young man who served us, however, was very kind. It was a terrible experience. An evening to forget, and I would never recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

26/08/2025: The place is way too expensive (a tiny bao costs €16 and a poke costs €14 with very little to choose from) for what it offers. The wait times are incredibly long, and they even made the wrong order. One of the guys even confirmed several times that the mistake was ours, saying it was written on the sheet we filled out to compose the pokes. When we asked him to show us the sheet, we pointed out that the mistake was theirs. Unprofessional, definitely not recommended.

20/08/2025: I'm sorry but I have to give a negative review. My daughter's sandwich was stale and having reheated it, she couldn't eat it because it was so hard... the drinks and the cover charge were expensive...

12/11/2025: I called to order "spianata" pizzas. Where I come from, "spianata" means a larger pizza, placed in a larger box, to be shared at parties. The lady, not understanding, made annoyed jokes and rudely rejected my request. I had never spoken on the phone with someone so unprofessional and unpleasant.

01/03/2026: Ordered takeout. Rubbery pizzas and expensive mashed potatoes. 21 euros for two pizzas. Yes, it's 2026, but takeout????? If I'd paid a lot and they were good, I wouldn't have complained.

18/01/2026: The room, quite warm, is spacious, as is the bathroom, equipped with a large shower. Breakfast is served in the property's bar, just below the rooms, and is truly excellent, both in quality and quantity. The location is perfectly immersed in nature, with the river flowing nearby. We loved the place, and the owner, Antonio, is very friendly. The parking lot needs improvement, ruined by bad weather, but they are working on it.

02/01/2026: Stayed three nights for New Year's Eve. Friendly hosts, nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast. Overall, a great experience!

14/03/2026: The boss who works inside the business was rude to customers, refusing to take and bring their orders to the table, forcing customers to serve themselves. Unlike the other guy who also works here, who is very polite and professional, my compliments (but he wasn't there when we were here).

11/03/2026: A well-stocked, historic bar in the center of Roccaraso, also a tobacconist. We tried an excellent crepe; the rest of the food was average.

17/01/2026: A horror experience that I won't return to and won't recommend! Creepy! Lazy and unprofessional service, acidic and incisive! The food deserves a 4 (the restaurant is another matter). 50 euros for these things with water, 4 euros for bread (strictly stale).

17/01/2026: The only plus is its strategic location, right next to the ski slopes. Otherwise, zero stars.
