Worth going back because... they make you feel good, you eat (and drink) well and the price is correct. Well done! Book in advance though because the place has 25 seats and is very popular!

All perfect! I've been wanting to try this place for a while and last night I finally did and I must say that all expectations were largely satisfied. The environment is that of a typical Venetian tavern: small, spartan but welcoming. Nothing to say about the service either: friendly and courteous, but also prepared and fast. The food, however, was the best thing: good, tasty food, with typical flavors of the Venetian tradition. The portions are generous and the value for money is correct, overall. I particularly recommend the fettuccine with morlacco and asiago, which was amazing

What can I say......two excellent dinners with cod and cheeks...even the first courses deserve it. We will be back

Small and very informal environment, kindness and friendliness of the staff greatly appreciated. The food is of excellent quality and also plentiful. The price is in line with how much you ate.

Trattoria molto tipica in pieno centro con pochi coperti per cui occorre prenotare visto che è sempre pieno. Il titolare è particolarmente cordiale e simpatico. Abbiamo cenato con 2 antipasti (una tartare di manzo e una specie di tortino di frittata o "fortaja" con delle erbette ed una fonduta di formaggio locale, buonissima) e proseguito con fettuccine pastin e radicchio e un classico fegato alla veneziana. Il vino della casa era ottimo ed i prezzi assolutamente onesti. Siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo per l'aperitivo. consigliatissimo

Onestamente si voleva andare in altro ristorante, recentemente assurto a notorietà ....televisiva, ma totalmente "sold out", per usare appunto una definizione da spettacolo. Il proprietario dell'Osteria della Caneva è stato gentilissimo e pur essendo quasi completo è riuscito a trovarci un tavolo per due. Ambiente molto tipico e nella tradizione da trattoria dei bei tempi andati. Personale e titolare molto accoglienti ed empatici. Sul menù direi alti e bassi, sia per la mia cena che per quella di mia moglie. Primi eccellenti. Pasta e fagioli super e tagliatelle al ragù...da urlo ! Così il dolce. Una torta di mele fatta in casa freschissima, accompagnata da una ottima crema pasticcera. I secondi mediocri e il coniglio arrosto che mi è stato servito, al limite del mangiabile. Duro, rinsecchito, probabilmente risentiva dei passaggi in forno a microonde. Peccato perchè probabilmente appena sfornato sarà stato anche ottimo ! Il prezzo nella norma.
