06/06/2025: I organized my son's end of school year party here.
There were 36 of us, including kids, parents and teachers.
The very kind and helpful owner prepared a small room just for us, adding tables for people added at the last minute.
Attentive and fast staff.
Delicious pizzas.

29/03/2025: High-level restaurant in a very particular rural context, 'out of this world', with very few tables and a large window overlooking the illuminated valley. Very quick service, attentive to everything and kind. Taste journey in a tasty and comfortable style, with excellent pairings of refined wine. Some, very few to tell the truth, dishes not entirely proportionate in terms of taste and desserts that could be improved. The final bon bons are better. Overall, at a reasonable (not low) price, an interesting and stylish experience. Despite the criticisms added only as an incentive, they deserve 5 stars on everything. P.S. suitable for romantic dinners for two.
24/02/2025: Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene.
It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained.
Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed.
In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below.
During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie menu.
For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.

10/07/2025: It was a surprise to find a restaurant that researches and experiments in a beautiful valley near Bassano del Grappa. Low-temperature cooking, cooking oil, and excellent, meticulously prepared ingredients are the order of the day. The location is surrounded by greenery. The quality/price ratio is in line with what we ate and drank. Well done!
18/06/2025: Ci siamo gustati un ottimo pranzo nei tavoli esterni, con atmosfera rilassante.
Personale molto gentile, discreto e attento. Il pesce dell' antipasto Crudo di mare era di ottima qualità. Buoni anche la calamarata ed il tonno abbinato in modo inconsueto era sorprendente.
Unica nota, l'esterno potrebbe essere più curato.

The food is excellent, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes, and the environment is well-kept, perfect for those looking for an experience that combines taste and Japanese atmosphere. A positive experience that I can't wait to repeat!

You should definitely try it if you're ever in the area.
It's fantastic, and the service is incredibly friendly.
It's also great value for money. So make a note!
27/06/2025: Very good food, service leaves much to be desired. We ordered the first courses, with the intention of ordering the second courses later.
The first courses took about an hour to arrive.
When ordering the second courses, the waitress said that the kitchen was closed. We were not informed of the closing time of the kitchen and we had to leave the restaurant hungry.
From the moment we encountered the problem of the kitchen being closed, the waiters avoided our table and we had to get up to go to the counter to ask for what was missing.

03/06/2025: The food was very good. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was as ordered. After the meal, no one asked for desserts. OK, no big deal. Then I wanted to pay. The waiter was very rude. They gave me the wrong bill. I should have paid more. Then they rudely demanded 5 euros without apologizing. I found that rude.

17/06/2025: Excellent in everything. When I want to make a good impression or simply want to eat well-cooked and thoughtful dishes I come here. I know it's a place where you spend a few euros more for lunch but it never disappoints. The tiramisu is a delight, it can't be missed. Excellent choice for breakfast too.
