A very popular and well-kept place, with truly kind and knowledgeable staff, and owners who are very attentive to their customers. You feel pampered. If there's a little delay, it's understandable. The turnout is really high. Two of us were there last night and we'll gladly return.

For example, this evening they made a mistake with my pizza because they couldn't tell if it was mushrooms or offal, but in about 5-10 minutes they remade it without any flaws.

I went to Pizzeria Cuomo last night with a group of friends, recommended by one of them, and had very high expectations. The place is modern and refined; we dined in the outdoor area, which I assume is used as an open veranda during the summer. Now that it's winter, the space is perfectly heated thanks to an efficient pellet stove.
Before the pizza, we ordered one of their "nuvolette": delicious small bites made with pizza dough and topped with different ingredients depending on the version chosen. A perfect prelude to the true star of the dinner: pizza.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that, in my opinion, this is currently the place where you can eat the best pizza. You can choose between the Neapolitan version, with a thick crust, or the classic one, thinner and crispier. I absolutely recommend the "Regina di Parma," with burrata, prosciutto, dried tomatoes, and a basil sauce: aesthetically, it looks like a painting. On the palate, it's simply phenomenal; Every ingredient is clearly distinguishable, and the tomato sauce they use is unique, unlike any other I've ever tasted. The dough was like a cloud: soft yet crunchy, thanks to perfect cooking.
We concluded the dinner with a tiramisu, which was also noteworthy: very good and decidedly superior to many tiramisus I've tried at other restaurants and pizzerias.
The service was excellent, even though we happened to be there on a rather busy evening due to the large influx of customers (I highly recommend making a reservation, as we did). My expectations were far exceeded, and if it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. I repeat: the best pizza I've ever eaten.
It's just a shame the place is over 40 km from our home, but I can definitely say that the trip was worth it. It would be fantastic if they opened in the Padua/Alta Padovana area: I'd go there much more often. I'll definitely be back.

Personally, when I'm craving pizza, Fratelli Cuomo is my first choice. Unfortunately, due to the quality, the wait for a table can sometimes be long, but the table service catches up, so I recommend patience, as the wait is worth it with the quality of the pizza, whether classic or flatbread, or the fish dishes.

If you want a good, authentic pizza, choosing from a variety of shapes and doughs, you're sure to find what you're looking for at Cuomo in Thiene.
The ingredients are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
There are several dining rooms, and you can also order and pick up your pizza.
The pizzeria/restaurant is in a great location, making it easy to get to. Parking is often difficult, though, as it's often necessary to park in the surrounding residential area.

A lovely pizzeria in Thiene. The Meitre Sabatino is well-prepared and informal, making you feel at home. Antonio, his brothers, and the entire staff let me try all their pizza options—the padellino, pala, contemporanea, and schiacciata, all extraordinary (I'm a pizza chef). Finally, I also took home two panettone options: the classic and the apple and cinnamon one. What can I say? They even make the best panettone.
