I loved everything! The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming... we had a table on the veranda near the stove, and it was wonderful. I appreciated how the entire team was so cohesive and enthusiastic. The fish was excellent: when the ingredients are high-quality, the simpler the dish, the more you appreciate the flavor. Turbot was delicious. And the bagigione ice cream? We had to try it... congratulations to whoever coined the name... it will remain in our memories! The wine list is excellent, but I would keep the prices updated online to avoid surprises. I would also like the final bill to be clearer.

Top-notch seafood, quality cuisine, creativity, and respect for the ingredients, in a pleasant atmosphere enhanced by the courtesy and kindness of the wait staff. Prices are in line with the culinary offerings, offering excellent value. A good wine list is also available, with the option of ordering just by the glass.

Probably the best seafood restaurant in Vicenza. Excellent quality, impeccable service, and a very elegant location. The raw fish is amazing!

Excellent fresh, well cooked fish. I mean fish that’s NOT overcooked!! Actually we had just a crustaceous grigliata with lobster, scampi, shrimp. It was truly delicious. The restaurant close to Largo Fimon, which in a nice summer day one could even go for a walk. But last night was way too cold. First they served a bean soup on their own that was creamy and delicate, if they see the bread basket empty, they fill it up…. Those little things that make an elegant restaurant stand out. The only thing that was missing is to clean the tables from the crumbles which a top notch restaura would do

02/04/2026: It's been a while since I've been there, but once again I was more than satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food served. The trattoria is very well known in the area and has offered a menu with excellent value for money for several years. It can't be compared to a restaurant, but you don't come here to look for the best etiquette, but to enjoy good company and have fun with friends. In fact, the building mainly features a very large room where everyone eats together and another smaller, more "quiet" one. The final price is more than fair. Given its fame, reservations are required well in advance (at least 15 days). I personally highly recommend it.

Trattoria al Fogolare

03/05/2026: Chef Formaggio and his young team deliver the best in every way: excellent meats cooked to perfection, tasty and original first courses, perfect cod... a cousin that perfectly combines traditional dishes and seasonal vegetables! And to finish, don't skip the desserts: if you're a sucker for gelato and black cherries, don't hesitate! If you like pastries of all kinds, indulge in a truly rare selection in a restaurant! It's a shame we're not close by because I'd love to return often :)
27/04/2026: Truly top-notch. The house specialty is the truly delicious raw meat, but overall, from the starters to the main courses, everything was carefully prepared and delicious.
