I already want to go back. Best one-star restaurant I've ever been to. The only flaw, perhaps, is that the chef never came to the table: it was a midweek lunch, there were few customers, and that would have been a plus.

A wonderful experience. Unique and delicious dishes. The chef is a true team captain. With the kitchen open to the public, I noticed that throughout the dinner he was at the forefront of every stage of the preparation process (I saw him clearing/polishing a pile of empty plates...before they were plated!!!). Afterward, we chatted with the chef, who proved to be a very friendly, cordial, and approachable person. Well done, well done!! We'll be back.

I took a cooking class and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The chef takes you into his creative world and introduces you to a vision of his cuisine that is grounded in nature and the natural. His collaborators were with us, and despite our presence, absolute calm reigned. The chef guided us through some of his iconic dishes and at the same time taught us to cook with our senses of smell and taste, without neglecting technique. But above all, he taught us a great lesson: respect for the world we are part of, to capture its essence and share, through a small transformation, all its flavors, colors, and aromas. Thank you so much for everything.

I had lunch at Aqua Crua and I must say it was a true gastronomic journey. The location is refined and tasteful, an elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. 07/06/2026: Arrived at this beautiful place way too early for dinner and the kitchen was close but it wasn't a problem at all. We got a delicious asparagus lasagna. We even got offered a lovely little starter. The service was excellent and they made us comfortable immediately. The local wine and beer are tasty too. We'll go back any day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

26/04/2026: Exceptional experience. Outstanding food, an explosion of well-balanced flavors that make you think, "I don't want to finish this dish, I'll savor it very slowly." Intimate, quiet, and clean atmosphere with excellent taste. Outdoor terrace with additional seating. Impeccable service. Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous staff. Top-notch wine list. What more can I say? Thanks to the owner, Luca, we'll definitely be back!
20/04/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and have always been delighted. Yesterday, we celebrated my daughter's confirmation. The aperitif served on the terrace was a huge plus, appreciated by everyone. Some of our guests chose the meat and some the fish tasting menu, and all the dishes fully met our expectations. Each dish was a true experience of flavors, with excellent presentation and quality ingredients. Great attention was paid to even the smallest details and requests. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Additionally, one thing I particularly like is that this restaurant is run by a young team: Luca, a brilliant young chef who offers modern and highly refined cuisine, and Giorgia, the focal point of the dining room, who recommended and introduced us to excellent wines ranging from Veneto, Piedmont, Sicily, France, and Argentina. Among all the excellent dishes, I'd like to give special mention to the "risotto with saffron, licorice, and scallop" and the "wild boar fillet with mashed potatoes and raspberries." The dessert, "wild berry panna cotta with berries and brownie," may seem like a predictable dessert, but it was truly amazing and garnered compliments with every spoonful. Finally, thanks to the entire team who did an impeccable job and made yesterday truly special. Luca was a great host who, at the end of the meal, knew how to entertain us even outside the kitchen. This review isn't just based on my experience but also includes the comments and opinions we've collected from all our guests, resulting in 22 5-star reviews. Thanks again, and see you soon!
