What to say...? fantastic, engaging and I dare say almost educational experience. Top level cuisine and presentation of dishes, relaxing overnight stay in a refined but casual environment. A special greeting to the guys on the staff and to Giuliano who I got to know personally and who turned out to be a real "histrionic"... not to mention "out of his mind" (in a positive sense obviously:). a hug from Matteo and Simona

Excellent couple's evening! We chose the first tasting menu, the initiation, super refined dishes from the first to the last course with a balance of flavors and a surprising search for ingredients, like the variety of cooking techniques used. Perfect wine pairing, friendly, pleasant and absolutely professional and capable service. Also very well thought out furniture. The nice and friendly chat with the chef at the end of the meal was also very welcome. Definitely coming back to try the other two tasting menus.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, I ate really well and I really appreciated both the preparation of the boys and girls who followed me in the dishes, and the originality and art that this chef managed to blend into the food! I can only be satisfied and highly recommend it. Absolutely value for money. Absolutely perfect value for money.

.... fuori dagli schemi e soprendente! Non era la prima volta, ma ogni volta rimango sorpreso dai piatti ed ogni volta Voglio essere sorpreso con nuovi piatti! Mi piacciono gli abbinamenti, gli ingredienti usati, gli accoppiamenti inconsueti che tutte le volte mi soprendono. Inutile dire che allo chef piace molto far pensare al cervello che quello che vede è quello che mangia, ma spesso non è così e questo a me piace molto. Se si ha una mente aperta a nuovi cibi ed abbinamenti questo è il posto giusto!

Arredamento minimale, musica di fondo soft, cucina a vista. Noi abbiamo scelto menù alla carta, ma siamo stati accolti piacevolmente con molti piatti / assaggi ricercati sia per il gusto che per la vista. Molto gradita la disponibilità finale dello chef.
