This was our second time at the Aqua Crua restaurant. From a culinary perspective, the experience was positive: high-quality dishes, well-executed and with attention to detail, living up to the expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The only negative was the service. During dinner, we found a bullet inside a plate, without being warned of the possibility of one. After reporting it to the staff, the plate was not replaced, and we were not offered any form of attention or compensation. In a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected a different handling of the incident and more careful communication. With more attentive service, the experience would have been truly excellent.

I booked this restaurant with very high expectations. After reading the chef's biography and the reviews, I can say that after being there, everything was completely satisfying, starting with the wonderful, friendly, and always kind waiters, and then moving on to the dishes, an explosion of flavor and passion that echoes in every dish. Finally, after meeting and speaking with the chef, I can say it was a wonderful experience; he was a down-to-earth, friendly, and kind person.

After reading the chef's biography, I went to Aqua Crua with very high expectations. These were confirmed by the amazing dinner I just had. I chose the Initiation 1 menu, since it was my first time there. I won't describe the dishes to spoil the surprise for new customers, but I would highly recommend the experience. In the open kitchen, the owner chef worked in unison with two colleagues. Incredible coordination, studied movements, not a word out of place. The staff in the dining room are very professional and knowledgeable. The price is appropriate for the high level of the restaurant. It's definitely worth visiting several times throughout the year. I will definitely try the other tasting menus as well. Giuliano Baldessari chatted with the guests after dinner. He was a friendly and affable person.

A delicious dinner. The initial welcome at the end of the meal was a real experience. I was curious to learn about chef Giuliano Baldessari's cuisine. I found the "Initiation 1" tasting menu excellent in every course, and some dishes surprised me, always positively. The dining room service was excellent, providing information about the dishes and wines throughout the evening. The professionalism and passion that the entire staff puts into their work is evident and makes for a wonderful evening enjoying excellent food. Thank you and congratulations, Aqua Crua!
