I went for lunch for my girlfriend's mother's birthday party.
The food was really good and top-quality (the asparagus was a big hit).
They also made a great choice to keep the asparagus field just behind the restaurant, so customers can see that the food is locally sourced.
The service was almost impeccable.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and felt like home.

I was here a couple of weeks ago for my birthday. The food is excellent, the only flaw is the service. On Thursdays, there's not a huge crowd, so sometimes the waitresses stare at the ceiling, which would be better than clearing away my plate while I'm chewing, or sweeping the floor while we're still there. I can't stand that.

Last night I had dinner with friends I met while traveling between Italy and Spain and we found ourselves here at the Pavone... well we ate very well... my husband was satisfied with his large plate of tagliatelle with asparagus, my son bigoli with duck sauce and colt steak, my main dish was suckling pig with asparagus, fried potatoes and salad 😋😋😋😋 excellent... nice place and very well positioned between one table and another... we will definitely be back

I went here for dinner with a friend.
The atmosphere was very charming and quaint.
I had the cod as an appetizer and the tagliata as a main course: both were truly exceptional.
The owner is friendly and professional.
I'll definitely return when I'm in Bassano again.
