29/01/2026: I booked for lunch on Saturday and had a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant has a few intimate, well-spaced, and well-maintained tables, with comfortable spaces, background music, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was impeccable: smiling, kind, and professional. We chose to order from the à la carte menu, and every course—appetizers, first courses, and desserts—proved to be of the highest quality, from the ingredients to the perfectly balanced combinations of flavors and textures. A true harmony of flavors. The welcome finger foods were also excellent and truly delicious. I will definitely return to try the tasting menus, which I'm very curious about!

The wild boar plin with red berries is unforgettable, a true delight, but I also found the rest of the meal satisfying and very balanced. You can see the dedication and passion for food; it's a place I'd love to return to, perhaps in the spring. There's a lovely outdoor space, and it would be lovely to have lunch in the sun.

07/02/2026: We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation, but the staff was immediately understanding and helpful: no problem; in fact, we were immediately escorted to our table by an extremely kind and smiling young woman. The menu is extensive and well-structured, with options for all tastes, and what immediately strikes you is the attention to the quality of the ingredients. We started with a truly remarkable charcuterie board: superior products, with a sweet and delicate prosciutto crudo and an intense and flavorful 'nduja, perfectly balanced. The pizza deserves a special mention. The dough has a distinctive texture and flavor, the result of careful preparation, which Mimmo kindly explained to us, based on a blend of selected flours, strictly made in Italy—a crucial detail for me. The fior di latte cheese was excellent, beautifully stringy and milky, and the aroma of the porcini mushrooms was extraordinary, elegantly completing the dish. We ate really well for a reasonable price, with professional, attentive, and never intrusive service. But what struck me most was the genuine kindness of all the staff, which makes as much of a difference as the food. Otherwise, everything was fine.

05/02/2026: A sure thing in Silea! Da Mimmo is one of those pizzerias that never disappoints. The pizza is truly excellent: light and highly digestible dough, made with sourdough starter and unrefined flour (not "00"), perfectly cooked, and quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The menu offers a nice variety, from classic to more sophisticated, all with attention to detail. Friendly and fast service, informal and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a dinner with friends or family. Excellent value for money too. The team is made up of highly qualified staff. Everyone is super friendly and always smiling. If you're in the Silea/Treviso area and are looking for a truly authentic pizza, Da Mimmo is a must. I'll definitely be back! 🍕🔥

26/02/2026: Dinner with friends on Thursday. The atmosphere was lovely, the decor simple yet sophisticated. The food was excellent, the service top-notch. The manager (Emanuela) was very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back. Recommended.

06/02/2026: When we want to treat ourselves, we come here. The place is beautiful, and the menu changes seasonally but features mostly local and home-grown produce. The two of us shared an appetizer and a first course, and we each had two second courses, two glasses of wine, and two coffees for €94. We were full for dessert, but they offered us fritters with coffee... there weren't any left!

05/02/2026: I chose the seasonal tagliata from the menu, and I have to say it was very, very good. I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 only for financial reasons: the price seemed a bit above average...but you have to pay for quality.

01/03/2026: This was my second visit to this osteria on the slopes of Montello. I found it to be a very nice place with excellent food. My wife and I had a snack, two main courses, and a dessert. The quality was very high, with interesting pairings (e.g., rabbit roulade on apple puree). The staff was extremely friendly. The owner, a wine expert, recommended an excellent local Merlot. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food served. Congratulations!

This is what one might say at the end of a dinner in a restaurant in our wonderful Montello, which only lacks the ordinary, modest atmosphere of when I was a kid, and these rare restaurants on the slopes or in the valleys were run by peasant families who supplemented their meager incomes. The wine list, I would say, is invaluable, because it is not only extensive but also well-reviewed by Marco, and then there are traditional dishes but also creative solutions that Epicurus could long revel in. The service is prompt and courteous, without overdoing it with unnecessary Byzantineisms. The price is appropriate for the gastronomic value of the dishes and wines. So, well done, and thank you.

18/02/2026: We ate here for a baptism. We were very satisfied. The dishes were beautifully presented. The service was excellent. The waiters were very kind, even with the children, who usually don't cooperate, to make their work easier. The interior was very welcoming. The exterior, though very beautiful, was a little less so. I imagine it's because it's not used in the winter.

04/01/2026: A small but cozy restaurant, the staff are truly friendly and attentive. The food is good, although the portions are a bit small in my opinion. The ingredients used are definitely excellent quality, with plenty of raw milk and local cheeses. The German bottled beer is good.
