09/03/2025: I was there for a dinner with the family, interiors rich in history and the fireplaces lit in the rooms create a suggestive atmosphere. Delicious food, there isn't a dish we didn't like, everything done with care. Well done and see you soon!

25/02/2025: Internally quite "normal" place, but atmosphere warmed by the wood present in abundance. Wicker chairs also not... The menu is quite complete, with a strong presence of quality meat. The dishes are correctly prepared, the raw materials and the skill of the Chef are appreciated. The cellar is good. I was favorably impressed by the portions which, for once, for dishes above the norm, are abundant. For me it's definitely a plus. I will definitely return, to try other dishes and other wines.

21/02/2025: Nice place both inside and especially outside. Courteous and prepared staff. For the rest, I understand having to book to be sure of finding a free table, but not the time limitations for an aperitif. It can happen that a person arrives at 6pm and wants to stay beyond 8pm, without necessarily having to have dinner. Don't expect aperol or other classics!

18/02/2025: We arrived there after a visit to Possagno to see the house and temple of Antonio Canova. Trattoria with a capital T. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, the courtesy of the owners and staff makes the break perfect. Perfect advice on choosing the menu, very competitive prices. Absolutely recommended.

18/02/2025: Ci siamo arrivati dopo una visita a Possagno per vedere la casa ed il tempio di Antonio Canova. La Trattoria con la T maiuscola. Ottimo ed abbondanti i piatti, la cortesia dei titolari e del personale rende perfetta la pausa. Perfetti i consigli sulla scelta del menù, prezzi molto competitivi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Il titolare Tommy è un mito, davvero simpaticissimo 😁 e porta avanti un team di ragazzi tutti super! 💪🏽 Miglior hamburger mai mangiato in Italia, il “New Amsterdam”, 🍔 un fuori menù strepitoso! (…conosco i miei burger, essendo Americana, e non mangio MAI ai fast food, solo i VERI hamburger come fanno qui!) Ingredienti nei panini top, ben equilibrati e abbondanti, con abbinamenti di salse gustose 😋! Buona scelta di birre alla spina. In menu anche tante fritturine da spizzicare (anche queste preparate alla perfezione, croccanti e servite calde)… Tanti panini, burger e dessert deliziosi e creativi. Cosa dire? Ci si sente molto coccolati in questo curato localino, servito con sorrisi e bravura in sala e al banco… e viziati dalla bravura dei giovani e entusiastici cuochi in cucina!!! Grandi 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 avanti così Odessa!!! Noi ci torniamo volentieri 😋

18/03/2025: I recently tried this Osteria and was quite satisfied overall. The setting is beautiful for my taste, being inside a medieval complex. Small but incredibly welcoming. Better to book! Good food, all homemade including the pasta. Simple, home-made dishes but at the same time with a touch of refinement. Meat and fish menu that changes with the seasons. Appropriate times between one course and another that leave you space to better appreciate the flavors and have a chat with the diners. Excellent wines. Helpful and courteous staff. Adequate and honest bill. I recommend!

The service is definitely of quality, as are the dishes we chose and the wine list. The price is correct for the quality of the food and service. The outdoor parking is large and convenient. Well done everyone.
