I've been wanting to go for a long time; I've driven past it hundreds of times, and finally I did. It's absolutely worth it. The menus are all top-notch, and the service is in keeping with the setting.

We dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and had a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is quiet, refined, yet not overly formal, ideal for a relaxed conversation and a pleasant evening. We chose the tasting menu, a carefully crafted experience that allows you to appreciate the chefs' creativity. The dishes were original yet always balanced. The wine pairing proposal was also excellent: comprehensive, consistent with the dishes, and capable of enhancing them. The price was appropriate for the overall experience. This restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Truly amazing! We chose the "Raw Fish and Gin" menu, and it exceeded our expectations. We thought and hoped it would be unique and delicious, but the pairings truly surprised and delighted us. The raw fish was incredibly fresh, the ingredients were sophisticated yet extremely recognizable and delicious. In addition to the elegant and refined setting, the highly trained and never intrusive staff, we were pleasantly surprised by their attentiveness, their prompt but not rushed explanations, thorough but not overwhelming, and the very short wait between courses! They absolutely deserved their price tag, and are truly honest. The quality/price ratio is 10/10. We hope to return very soon!

07/05/2026: This 4⭐️ hotel is located almoast at the top of the hill. It has one of the famous giro cycling climbs going next to hotel. The view from the view terace is majestic. The hospitality of the employees is also very nice👍 But i guess, they fell asleep a bit. There are many little things, that could be improved. In the room, thi wifi signal is unusable-to weak. The small TV in the room is not smart TV🤔 The bed is folded up bed and therefore very squeaky. At the entrance of the hotel there are still Christmass decorations i guess🤔 And now the restaurant: it had one Michelin star from 2023-2025. We were dissapointed i must say. The appetizer with six different seafood was ok-tasty👍 The main course i ordered was a steak with green pepper and acceto balsamico sauce. I got a small 200g steak served with a big chunk of lemon, one parsly leave and on slice of carrot on it!?! What is a big lemon slice and carrot doing on a plate with a steak? There was not a trace of green pepper sauce... And the side dish. Backed potatoes, omg were they hard to swallov! Pre-backed, heated to serve in microwave. Untasty, bad. And my wife was fighting with an untasty octopus served with sour vegetable. I hope it was just a chefs bad day nevertheless. But for 150€ we were not happy with the dinner!
12/04/2026: A high-end restaurant with highly qualified, friendly, and attentive staff. It's a shame I didn't take any photos of the carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes.

21/03/2026: It's a small but comfortable pub; the service and food are good, and the atmosphere is original and friendly. We had a great time.
08/02/2026: We've been here several times. What can I say? The food is delicious, with amazing off-menu items and a quality worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The beers are also very good and well-tapped. I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic experience that leaves you smiling!
