Went for dinner with my wife on April 3 and went back on April 6. I love food and wine . I've been all ever Europe for the last 40 years and this is the best meal experience of my life. Food, presentation, attention with out being suffocating, facilities, creativity is perfect. Matteo, the Michelin star chef was able to create my perfect restaurant, classy, friendly, professional and not snobby. I'm tired of going to restaurants where the personal tells me what my taste buds should appreciate. On the last dinner Matteo come twice to talk to us about the food and his creation ( inspired by Rita is Nanna) but what was the most revealing moment was when he said: “So what did you prefer?” He really wanted to know. At the same time with his open but glassed kitchen where we can see him work, he his constantly checking his customers reaction to his food. I honestly believe you get yours moneys worth. Matteo was 1 star Michelin at 19 years old(check it out) and Osterita ristorante while soon be one of the best in Italy.

I've eaten at Osteria Ristorante Osterita three times now, and each time has been a great experience. The cuisine successfully combines tradition and innovation: carefully prepared, balanced, and never boring dishes, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients and seasonality. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet dinner and a special occasion. The service is professional and attentive. Definitely recommended, I'll be back again! 👍

An extraordinary experience! Common ingredients, reinterpreted with creativity and skill, enhanced and exalted in every course. Impeccable service, and the warmth conveyed by the entire staff truly made us feel at home.

We dined at this historic Valpolicella restaurant. The restaurant has been completely renovated, with creative cuisine and modern reinterpretations of the recipes. However, I wasn't particularly impressed. The service was sloppy and the staff unprofessional. Perhaps my expectations were much higher for a Michelin-starred restaurant, so I was a little disappointed. It may also have had a negative impact: the evening was very noisy due to a large group of rude and boisterous guests. The wine list was adequate, and the quality/price ratio was fair. It's a shame; I'll try to return for a more thorough and calm assessment.

For Women's Day, we decided to move dinner to Friday evening and dine at this restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable. Each dish speaks of cuisine crafted with authentic care: high-quality ingredients, crafted with care, love, and a rare sensitivity that is clearly evident in every detail. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional, seamlessly integrating the evening with discretion and elegance. Even the bill was more than in keeping with the high level of the overall experience. A place where you can sense a true passion for hospitality and fine cuisine. Without a doubt, a restaurant to recommend and return to.

Fantastic experience! We took the chef's "carte blanche" and let him take our lead, and it was a truly perfect choice. Every dish was a surprise: exquisite flavors, perfect pairings, and truly top-notch quality. Special compliments also to the waitress who looked after us throughout the evening: professional, kind, and impeccable from start to finish. She made the experience even more enjoyable! We also really appreciated the chef coming out of the kitchen to present us with dessert; it truly shows his passion! Keep up the good work!!

Excellent location, completely renovated. Good dishes, some truly outstanding (superlative seafood tiramisu). Prices are high but reasonable. It's a shame there was a large group in the dining room, which ruined the atmosphere with loud shouts, and the staff couldn't calm them down. It was truly a shame.

Just one word: fabulous, yes, fabulous! Spending an evening at this place brought out strong emotions in both my friend and I. The refinement and quality of the food, the combinations and flavors were sublime, and the kindness of both the girl and the chef was very pleasant. A fantastic surprise, so I recommend it to anyone who enjoys pampering themselves with food.
