I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant after reading various reviews and I confirm the quality of the bigoli with white ragù and Venetian-style liver. Amazing dream snails. Excellent service. Mrs. Marika accompanied us during dinner and with professionalism and kindness she followed us, recommending dishes and wine. The rest of the staff was a bit sullen and detached except for the owner who at the end offered us a delicious limoncello. The prices were more than appropriate for the quality of the food. We will return thanks to Marika and the owner for the wonderful experience.

What can I say? We couldn't have made a better choice than to dine at the Aubergine Restaurant. The dishes are spectacular. The tagliolini with squid ink is mind-blowing, not to mention the suckling pig and cheek. The desserts? Even better. In short, a true delight from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful, and approachable. They made sure we had a truly wonderful evening. In conclusion, if you find yourself in Abano, you absolutely must stop at the Aubergine. You won't regret it.

Professional and welcoming staff. Very good, balanced dishes. I recommend changing the bread selection: you can't afford frozen bread or packaged breadsticks in a restaurant like this.

It was me and my kids, and we had three different things: a burrito 🌯 and tacos 🌮 A lemon scallop and spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper. All good.

You feel right at home, the food and service are excellent. We'll definitely be back. The tagliolini carbonara with squid ink and shrimp are incredible.
