29/03/2026: Excellent ice cream shop, but especially for its assortment of Sicilian pastries... cannoli and cassata, brioche (bbrosce in dialect) with ice cream, and other amazing delights for the palate and heaven for the soul. Never tried it? Then you're in hell!

31/03/2026: Awesome gelato at an honest man’s store. We all enjoyed our gelato, including the pistachio, the biscotto, the peanut, and chocolate. The owner/worker accidentally overcharged me without me realizing the billing error. He then refunded the overcharge despite my lack of knowledge about the overcharge on my credit card. This type of honesty is rare and it impressed me greatly. On top of this business honesty, the gelato competes with the best I have ever had. Get the pistachio or the biscotto.

10/04/2026: I was disappointed! If all you do is burgers and hots dogs and fries, then you need to do it really well! For $18 USD for a burger and fries, this did not live up at all, unfortunately. The fries were ok, but not great. But the burger was so bland and had no flavor at all. Tasted like ground beef on a bun with no salt or anything. I was so sad as I was hoping to really like this place and to feel like a got a good burger fix. I hope this feedback is helpful.

11/03/2026: Rich texture and flavors. Get milk, caramelized fig or the lavender one if you want something light, unique, and not too sweet. Get walnut or coffee to get the thick creamy flavor.

20/03/2026: A Magical Experience It was truly a wonderful evening, a birthday present for my partner, who thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue is incredibly exclusive, located inside a historic Florentine villa, Villa Bardini, which is worth a visit in itself. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes and describing the wines and their pairings. We chose the "La Via di Mezzo" menu, featuring eight courses with a selection of seven wines. Each course was a discovery, a visual and gustatory experience. Personally, I was struck by the elegance and simplicity of the Beetroot: it was almost a sin to eat it. The Jerusalem Artichoke, Stravecchio, and Coffee Risotto, on the other hand, recalled the latte I drank as a boy before class. Among the desserts, the Brunelleschi Cupola with chocolate, black cherries, and ricotta was a truly delicious treat. The wine pairings were all spot-on; The wines didn't overpower the dishes, but complemented them, enriching the experience. Finally, a wonderful surprise: the view from the villa's terrace of Brunelleschi's Dome and a 200-degree panorama of Florence that rivals even Piazzale Michelangelo. This restaurant has all the credentials for a Michelin star, even if these days it's become a somewhat overused and sometimes "misleading" accolade. Many congratulations again to the Chef and all the staff!

12/02/2026: It's located on the side exiting the Uffizi Gallery. The staff was friendly and the steak was sooooo delicious. I ordered a 1.2kg T-bone steak, which was enough for two people. It melted in my mouth the moment I put it in... It was really thick and cooked just right. I now understand why people say you have to eat T-bone in Florence. I would definitely visit again~

18/04/2026: I saw someone highly recommend this shop on Instagram, especially the Fouchi tea and the pomelo tea! They're not too sweet, the tea flavor is very strong, and they also have other tea flavors to choose from. There's a super nice and friendly Taiwanese-American staff member there ❤️

11/04/2026: I booked expecting to simply find a fantastic location, but it turned out to be something more than just a restaurant: it's an authentic Tuscan cuisine experience using locally sourced ingredients. The menu is set based on the season but still attentive to your tastes. The friendly atmosphere, and the idea of ​​bringing guests to experience home-cooked, quality flavors, was a success: unique!!! I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back.
