03/04/2024: Beautiful gastronomy experience we had. Really good food and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth returning and above all worth trying for anyone coming to Florence.

24/03/2024: Small but nice place, in the center of Florence but a little outside the narrow triangle of tourism and this is not bad, all delicious food, precise and polite service, excellent quality for money, I don't give my all for just one thing: the steak inside must maintain its temperature, however cooked perfectly

05/04/2024: The staff is not friendly, they serve less ice cream than in other ice cream shops. Now I understand why there is a queue for ice cream 30 meters from Neri e Figlio.

05/04/2024: we came to florence as a vacation from los angeles and absolutely loveddd this place for breakfast/brunch. My sister is pretty picky and she ordered the eggs benedict and finished the whole plate. The chicken and waffles are a must as well as the smoothies!!! def a must when in florence

05/04/2024: Genuinely delicious gelato with several unusual flavours like black rice ice cream and passion fruit sorbet. Basic seating for four inside. Air conditioned. Avoid the tourist traps and come here instead.

26/03/2024: You can’t go wrong with Florence’s gelato shops .. Always delicious and mostly available everywhere in the city .. The place is nice and small with very beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy your gelato !!

27/03/2024: The shop, located in one of the main access roads to the Centre, offers excellent artisanal ice cream which has won several awards over the years.

05/04/2024: Very good food in a neighborhood on the edge of the center. The shop does not have anything special in its appearance or decoration but the atmosphere is warm and the service friendly. We ordered a variety of cheeses (which turned out to be quite a bit), two "pasta" dishes which were very tasty and a fiorentina which was really well cooked (maybe a bit too much salt but ok). Overall, the store is expensive.

05/04/2024: Excellent food, refined in the combination of ingredients, and unique in the creation of the dishes! Excellent recommended wines!!! Impeccable service! Simple and pleasant environment! Super recommended!!!

06/04/2024: Restaurant that the fritur guide recommended to us and it disappointed us. Broccoli casserole with cheese, and truffle pizza with cheese, delicious.

06/04/2024: A bit scammy. I ordered take-out/takeaway and paid with a credit card. Everything went through and it showed as approved with the green check mark, but after the green checkmark the machine showed as low battery, so the woman gave me a difficult time, questioning whether it went through and asking me to pay again. I opened my bank app and showed that it indeed went through, thanked her, and told her I’d be waiting in one of the chairs in the front. She looked at me almost annoyed that it had gone through. Prior to this I asked for a glass of tap water, and the same woman begrudgingly gave it to me, making it very clear that i would only get one (small) glass of tap water. The pizza was fine, not great. I had the mortadella pizza. Anyway weird experience and the food wasn’t worth it.

27/03/2024: Ended up in this gem of a place of a rainy afternoon. The food was out of the world, the best we had in this long trip! I ate the gnocchi with chestnut and asparagus sauce. The chocolate desert was so good we ordered multiple times and ordered some take out too! Home made biscotti with coffee sealed the deal

07/04/2024: While thinking about what flavor to eat, IL GIANDUJA and LA CREAM are the representatives? I tried it and it was really delicious There was no line when I lived there, but later I saw that there was always a line. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try gelato.

05/04/2024: I started chatting with the person right in front of me and didn't even get a greeting when it was my turn. No matter how delicious the food is, if the service is not good, you can't taste it. It's not even tasty and it's just extremely sweet. There are many delicious and friendly gelato shops, so others should consider going somewhere else. I hope you have a nice trip

05/04/2024: One of the best breakfast cafe we found in our stay in Florence. It’s very near to our hotel and a perfect place to get s cup of coffee and croissants. We went twice in a row. The 2nd time, we ate 3 plain croissants and take away another 3 for a later snack. It’s that good. And try the hot chocolate, if you are not a coffee fan.

17/03/2024: Kind and young staff, and special attention for the waiter who made the day for us by finding us a table quickly (they were almost full and my boyfriend and I had booked in the restaurant of the same name but in Bagno a Ripoli 😅🤣). Accurate welcome, calm service. Excellent food with Tuscan dishes well made with quality raw materials. Lots of greenery, relaxation, countryside and hills with the possibility of walking and bike paths.
