08/04/2026: Wonderful summer location to enjoy the view of the Tuscan hills while sipping an excellent wine.
Relatively fast service, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because they misplaced a dish, which arrived a few minutes later.
The food is okay, the peposo is very...very peppery, perhaps too peppery for my taste. The rabbit is good but not too meaty. The side dishes are decent.
Average for many Tuscan restaurants, but worth a visit just for the location!

06/04/2026: A truly wonderful setting in the heart of a pavilion. A harmoniously decorated osteria with incredibly friendly staff. The food was excellent. My wife and I opted for an antipasto and a primo. The house wine is also highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: I found it by chance. I was in Pontassieve for a medical appointment, and this place, a charming trattoria, was the closest to my destination. It was packed, and they managed to find us a table for two. Fast service and excellent food! Reasonably priced, we'll be back with friends!

It's a bit risky to find a seat right away, but it's a sign that the place is well-liked.

16/04/2026: I went to eat for lunch, wide choice, only that twice I went to take the plate for the first time and I found a long hair, they redid it and yet another hair, I didn't eat anymore and the person who served me was very rude, not recommended.

12/04/2026: Excellent! Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared dishes! The three of us had poppadums, a mixed vegetarian appetizer, shrimp tava, vegetable korma, and lamb tikka masala, all served with delicious spicy sauces of various kinds, meat, and vegetables. To accompany the rice, we had white and lemon rice, garlic and cheese nan. The lassi, yogurt-based drinks, were also excellent, sweet or savory (the savory one was only slightly savory and spicy). We also had a dessert and some chai. All in all, just under €80, a very fair price. Highly recommended.

16/02/2026: I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise! I had an appetizer that amazed me with its balanced flavors, and the risotto confirmed and further astonished me. The dessert to round it off was delicate and exquisite...what can I say? I'll be booking for a future dinner with work colleagues. I must emphasize the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff, especially Robert, who accompanied us from the beginning of this culinary adventure! Thank you!

16/04/2026: Monday lunch for four. We had a sampling of soup and todelli, followed by a 2kg steak served with baked beans, potatoes, and cooked vegetables. Everything was excellent and carefully prepared. Both the owner and the service staff were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience. We had a great time, and I've booked for Saturday evening. I highly recommend this place for excellent cuisine, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.
