27/08/2024: We went here because the reviews were great. The place inside was fine. Everything we had was terrible. The bread was stale, the bruschetta was essentially just chopped tomatoes on stale bread, the carpaccio was inedible, truly inedible. I could chew for five minutes and never masticate it enough to swallow. My husband had lamb and it was terrible just chewy meat and some odd gravy. I don’t know how we missed what fabulous other meals people were having but everything was terrible straight down the line. The waiter even asked me how the carpaccio was and when I told him he just said sorry and that was that. A good host would’ve simply removed it from the bill, but he had no intention of doing so nor did he do so. Also, the music was bad and a little bit too loud. Overall, very disappointing.

17/08/2024: A pleasant surprise in the center of Pisa. A place with style, discreet background music, unlike many other places in the area, it is possible to converse with your fellow diners without "intrusive" background music. Relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent dishes and in the right size. Prize-winning desserts. Courteous, professional and pleasant service. A gem to experiment with.

ATTENTION if you want to follow the tradition of the Horn of Africa, order a dish with the njera UNDER the meat and it does not belong... Just ask for the traditional version then take the typical bread and use it to take the meat... The cocktails are also worth trying.

02/09/2024: We booked a table by phone, specifying that there was a one-month-old baby. While we were eating we needed to change the baby's diaper. I go over to ask if there was a changing table and they tell me no and to my request to be able to rest somewhere (with a special portable changing table and towels) they tell me that they can't let me put anywhere because people eat there. Without words!!

05/08/2024: The waiters mixed the food and brought it to us as soon as we started eating. The pasta was dry and without sauce. The meat was ordinary. At the end they asked if we would leave a tip. I do not recommend visiting. Bad experience.

05/08/2024: The decor and look of the coffee attracted us to this place for brunch but we ended up having a terrible experience. The service was awful and it was the first restaurant in the world we were asked to pay for salt/pepper and €4 at that! Toast arrived cold and replacements didn’t turn up till we’d almost finished eating and other accompaniments gone cold too. Definitely would not recommend!

14/08/2024: Pastisseria in the center of Lucca, a lot of variety of pasta and bread. In addition to also having wines and liquors. Very kind and pleasant shop assistant. The bread and pasta I bought were very delicious.

19/07/2024: I stayed in Lucca for a couple of days and I went into this bakery and pastry shop to buy something typical. I took two bags of biscuits packaged by them and a couple of loose ones that they had on the counter. The shop assistant who served me took them from me my hands without gloves or tongs and he weighs them on the scales and then touches the money and gives me the bill. I give three stars for the fact that the hygiene left a bit to be desired on the service and on what happened for the rest I have to say that what I bought was all very good

15/07/2024: Every time I go to Tuscany it is a fixed stop to eat at Ciro's. I went there on Saturday evening with my father-in-law. Very good pizza. Very kind staff. We waited a moment for the pizzas but it was worth it. Excellent, quality products. I get really nervous reading certain things. clearly bought reviews on here say that the pizza is not good and truly an insult. Surely, an error can happen in terms of cooking when I have an ingredient, but to say that it's not good is absurd. Ps we left a 10 euro tip but not because we are horny, we simply rewarded the service and quality

02/08/2024: Nice place, for beers I didn't find great products, mostly Bavarian German beers, I would have expected some Italian craft beers, excellent sandwiches

26/07/2024: Entri e nessuno ti considera, ma porti pazienza e riesci a sederti. Ordini due bevute e con queste non viene portato niente... Vero, non è dovuto (forse?)... Facciamo presente che vorremmo ordinare qualcosa, portano i menù ma, ahimè, nessuno viene a prendere l'ordinazione...... Attentiamo più di 40 minuti e niente, invisibili. Venuti via senza assaggiare niente. Non credo che questo sia un trattamento consono, manca totalmente l'organizzazione, peccato!!!!

20/07/2024: I always come here to eat, it's a change from the schiacciata or kebab that are open till late, being open till 00.00 it's really convenient, without lingering on the quality. The owner is present every night and his colleague helps him with english speaking customers. I can't recommend enough
