The village is characteristic, set on a hill from which you can admire San Gimignano, a few kilometers away. The booking was quick and you are able to check in independently, in case you arrive at the property late. The period structure has its charm. The rooms are clean and spacious. A beautiful terrace allows breakfasts (delicious and abundant) or dinners with a unique view of the Tuscan hills. The excellent cuisine is all vegetal and offers interesting ideas, pleasant plating, unusual and sometimes strong flavours. Accompanied by the service present without ever being intrusive. The managers are really kind and helpful. It has now become a point of reference for our trips to Tuscany!

We enjoyed New Year's Eve dinner. Tasty vegan dishes, well thought out and well presented. A visit is recommended. The cellar offers some interesting bottles, little gems, if I may say so, which perfectly accompany dinner. A mention for the panoramic terrace, from which we could see all the fireworks displays in the valley to celebrate the start of 2024!

Abendessen nur auf Vorbestellung nach Hinterlegung einer Kreditkarte. Fand ich sehr unüblich. Menü war interessant zusammengestellt. Für den Preis hätte man sicherlich noch was hochwertigeres anbieten können.

siamo tornati a visitare il vicario dopo tanto tempo, e abbiamo voluto prendere il menù vegetariano e anche quello vegano. siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi dall’incredibile capacità della chef nel creare dei piatti sensazionali con accostamenti coraggiosi e deliziosi. sicuramente una tappa vegana da non perdere
