This is a historic and excellent Prato pastry shop, so the desserts aren't surprising. I'd already thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness of their dishes during their business lunches, but Thursday's experience during the Piedmontese wine tasting evening was truly a wonderful discovery! The dishes were carefully prepared and expertly prepared, and the presentation of the paired wines was thorough, detailed, and not at all boring! I'd say it's something interesting even for those unfamiliar with the world of wine! I'll definitely be back for the next such evening.
