21/05/2025: I can’t believe the high ratings for this place. HORRIBLE!!! They did not give me what I asked for, and what they did give me was awful. Ricotta never saw the inside of these cannolis. Overly sweet was the only flavor

04/06/2025: Lots of special flavors, one more delicious than the other. The cone wafer is delicious and crunchy until the last little piece. Huge crepes and excellent soft yogurt. A must. Highly recommended👍 P.s. It was a nice surprise to see Mrs. Carla at the cash register again🤗

01/04/2025: Beautiful estate, amazing wines, and an all-around fantastic experience. The setting is stunning, and the team was super welcoming and knowledgeable. We also had lunch there, which was delicious—perfectly paired with the wines and served in such a relaxing, scenic atmosphere. We learned a lot, ate well, drank even better, and just had a really great time. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

20/01/2025: Short experience, a coffee on the evening of the bonfire, it seemed to me to be an excellent tavern, kind and friendly.

26/10/2024: My wife and I dined here in the Opera restaurant last week during our trip to Florence. Everything was simply outstanding; however, the food was by far and away the best meal we had during our entire 2 week Italian trip and the best restaurant meal I have had anywhere in the past 5 years. The co-owner was gracious, helpful and even delivered a meal that was not even on the menu! We will return and pass the message on!

10/10/2024: Although I didn't have high expectations at first, the dish made with plenty of seasonal porcini mushrooms was very delicious. The combination of fillet and porcini is especially delicious, and the beef stew and pasta are also excellent. It seems to be a family-run business, and all the staff were polite and had great smiles. You can enjoy your meal in a warm atmosphere, and if you're in the area, be sure to visit.

07/06/2025: We booked a cooking class with Karin and it was the most unique and beautiful experience. The villa and grounds are stunning rich with history. The pasta we made was incredibly delicious, fresh and organic. We aren’t vegan but enjoy eating vegetarian and this was impeccable.

19/05/2025: Excellent ice cream shop in San Giuliano Terme. It has several gluten and lactose free products. The cakes are very good and they are very available to satisfy every need, also she is very good at decorating cakes when I take the cake from them I always receive many compliments!!

14/05/2025: Most delicious Focaccia ever tried! Crispy, intense in flavours, many choices. And of course - cold Italian beer. Was recommended to try Dragone - must try if you like truffles and meat! Cosy terrace outside.

08/06/2025: Absolute must! Chef Boet Berendsen provides a real Fine Dining experience! The chef or his partner will personally come to your table to tell you in detail what is on your plate. They work with local products and suppliers. The view with sunset makes your evening complete.

22/05/2025: Le tre pinse che ho provato erano sufficienti anche se riscaldate, il problema principale è la totale opacità dei prezzi in quanto la signora mostra il taccuino delle comande per mostrare la dimensione media di un trancio di pinsa che dovrebbe costare circa €3,20-3,50 ma in realtà ne porta quasi il doppio perché con una bottiglietta d'acqua ho speso ben €20! Roba da matti! In più il pizzaiolo è stato veramente scortese. Parecchie supercazzole, pochissima trasparenza e gentilezza (a parte il cameriere) . Andate altrove.

20/05/2025: One of the best pizzas I've had in my entire life, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. If you are in Florence, this is a must stop!!
