The staff was truly impeccable, knowledgeable and friendly while maintaining the right level of formality. Chef Tomei even came to the dining room to thank and say hello. Number one. Congratulations

04/10/2025: Last night, three friends and I had dinner at this magical place, with wonderful, flavorful dishes. The maître d' was kind, attentive, and very sociable, and he took us on this journey, as was the other waiter, who was always efficient. Thank you, you're a wonderful team. 03/09/2025: At first glance, you enter a dark alley near the city center, then a courtyard surrounded by buildings. However, the atmosphere, service, and food make up for the initial impression; it's a very nice place.

19/11/2025: The EL INCA restaurant is truly disappointing. It's so hyped, but ultimately, nothing is good! Neither the service nor the food. I made a fool of myself with my colleagues. We were there yesterday. There was a waitress who didn't understand Italian or Spanish. There were five of us. The appetizers arrived last. We were all almost finished, but one of us didn't even get her appetizer. They'd forgotten her order. The WORST CEVICHE I've ever tasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

18/11/2025: Everything was delicious, I really liked Peruvian food, especially El Lomo Saltado.

20/10/2025: Reservations are essential at this small restaurant - especially if you are planning on being there during a busy season. The food is excellent - best fried artichokes in all of Italy. The staff was very friendly and even provided games for our littlest diners.

10/10/2025: The chef was really nice, but the head guy Simcha, the one with the white beard and hair, yelled at us at first. In the end, though, he started telling us about all the famous people who’ve eaten at his restaurant. Also, the bathrooms were clean — not sure what that other review was talking about when they said they were disgusting.

17/11/2025: Wonderful restaurant with a convenient location almost in the city center. Delicious food, friendly staff. Large selection of Italian dishes and drinks. We enjoyed this place!

12/07/2025: I've been following Jack on Instagram for a while, and today we finally stopped by for lunch. Delicious sandwiches, made to order (Jackebab and Jackpot). An explosion of taste and flavor!!! Really, really good. And what can I say about him? Sunny, kind, very friendly, and with a good face!! We'll definitely be back!!! 👍🏻

28/06/2025: Today I had lunch with a sublime sandwich!! Truly an excellent sandwich with pickled tongue. The sandwich is beautifully stuffed, with fresh ingredients, and the sauces are really tasty!! The environment is clean, spacious and quiet. Jack is just like in the videos, on social media: friendly, genuine, and sunny. It was a pleasure to meet him, taste his delicacies and have a chat with him!!! I will return to visit him soon, I want to try all the sandwiches!!

08/10/2025: Loved our dinner, we were group of 8 and everyone enjoyed it! We chose to have the steak Florentine which is very popular here and it was cooked to perfection. One of our guests preferred it more done than the medium rare. The kitchen heated up a plate that she could cook her pieces on to make them well done. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and suggesting wine and meal options. Our dinner was fantastic and we each received a shot of limoncello on the house at the end of the night. Very cute and comfortable atmosphere. Not a very big place but nothing here is we would highly recommend it.

08/10/2025: We were part of a group with a set meal so I can't comment on individual dishes but our choice of various types of meat and the side dishes was good. They were also very good about accommodating people with special dietary needs and switching out the set menu for alternatives

03/11/2025: Like a Bollywood movie: meticulously curated, exciting, special! A preface: I don't usually leave reviews, preferring to leave the pleasure of discovery to others. However, for this restaurant, I'm happy to make an exception, because it's an experience worth sharing. From the moment I booked, I already knew it was a special place, where kindness reigns supreme. My expectations were not disappointed; on the contrary, they exceeded them. Immaculate Ambience: The atmosphere is refined and very pleasant. Impeccable Service: One of the best I've ever had (and I've even worked in the industry!). The professionalism and courtesy of the staff are a real strength. Excellent Food: A divine experience for the palate. I ate everything with gusto and absolute pleasure. Every dish is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Exciting Cuisine: The cuisine is not only exquisite, but also has the power to unlock profound memories and sensations. Reasonable Price: The price is absolutely in line with the high quality offered. I was here in pleasant company, and the experience was made even more perfect. In short, a highly recommended experience. I'll be back often!

27/09/2025: We arrived late at night, so unfortunately there wasn't much choice of pre-made dishes. The guy prepared pasta with clams and fried fish for us to take away. We also ordered baked cannoli and baked potatoes. We ordered everything to take away, and everything was carefully packaged. The spaghetti was very good, as were the baked cannoli. The mixed fried fish wasn't anything special, honestly, as were the potatoes. Perhaps it didn't help that we ate the food after an hour. The very kind and friendly guy made the wait go by in a fun way.

19/09/2025: Wide selection, takeout or dine-in, excellent, plentiful, and constantly updated, from meat to fish. Excellent first courses, freshly fried food, dry, delicate, and not heavy! Since we discovered this place, we've always come here when we're in Orbetello. There's no comparison, neither in terms of the selection nor the quality of the dishes.

18/09/2025: We were at Café Leonardo yesterday and tried the cantuccini – they tasted absolutely excellent, highly recommended! We initially bought four mixed bags for €5 each. Later, we wanted to buy another bag, but it suddenly cost €5.50. We only noticed this by looking closely at the debit card reader. Upon inquiry, we were told that there was a surcharge for "other varieties" – even though it was clearly stated that the bags cost €5. Unfortunately, the whole thing seemed like a bit of a tourist rip-off, which is a shame, as the first salesperson was really friendly and welcoming. The taste was excellent, but the inconsistency in the prices left a bitter aftertaste.

16/10/2025: Impeccable service. I was looking for a particular book, they found it for me, and in half a minute it was gift-wrapped and ready.

08/09/2025: Spectacular! Lots of variety and very friendly staff. You can find history books and recreational games in different languages.

09/10/2025: The best gelato I had in Italy by tenfold! The pistachio is salty, sweet, nutty (of course), and so utterly creamy. I went back every day I was in Florence and I’m still dreaming of it. Everywhere else was so far below how good this gelato was even though their reviews were also amazing. The owner deserves her flowers!

16/09/2025: Being vegan, I was sure I was going to have a great time there. And indeed, the four-course dinner, in this beautiful setting with a view, was delicious, refined, and intimate. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

12/09/2025: Romantic dining experience! Incredible food. Our best meal among many incredible meals in Montepulciano! Stunning and serene views. This is a must!
