30/07/2025: A really nice place to stop for lunch. The men in the kitchen make it a real party, sometimes even shouting at each other in a fun way. The truffle pasta was delicious. They were very nice to our children, who were watching the kitchen with interest.

27/07/2025: Dinner for four, three first courses and one appetizer, water, and a single beer, for a total of €76. Exorbitant. The first courses weren't even good. A €3 cover charge, which doesn't even include bread. The menu has very little choice. There are better.

24/07/2025: Excellent food, especially the fish specialties, with a more than balanced price-performance ratio. The service was very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The children were also very attentive, with their own selection of dishes. The pizzas were also delicious. We were so impressed that we went back the second evening. Overall, I highly recommend Cecina Mare; it's very hospitable and friendly.

22/07/2025: A particularly good place for a delicious dinner while admiring the sunset. The excellent staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and caring. Their attempts (rather successful for French) to speak the customer's language are adorable. And the cuisine is truly delicious and refined.

11/06/2025: We had a great stay with a delicious pizza, cool draft wine, and a beer. We chose the Pizza Diavola with extra Gorgonzola. Very crispy and savory. We'll be taking another pizza back to the boat. Highly recommended, as the ambiance is surprisingly simple, but perfectly adequate, and you feel at home. The music and atmosphere is like something from the 1960s/1970s. Expect a longer wait, about 45 minutes, for your order.

31/05/2025: For me, the best place to have dinner or lunch by the sea on the island of Elba. Location, as they say today, fantastic, on the seashore right on the beach: a spectacle. In the evening, there is a tranquility that is priceless. Very nice and helpful staff, we had a nice chat and had a great time. And then delicious pizza! Personally, I have come several times for the reasons above and I have also had other dishes and I have always eaten well! In perfect lunch style by the sea: salads and carpaccio. I recommend coming.

22/07/2025: Be careful when paying; the person in charge plays on customers' incomprehension by charging between 10% and 30% as a tip... a practice lacking in seriousness and elegance. More than 4 euros charged per place setting... a high price, especially since the bread provided was as dry as the sliced bread from the previous meal. The dishes are decent, but the value for money is not there. 24 euros for three cannelloni.

21/06/2025: Cuando por fin estás cansado de la pasta de pizza y panini, y has gastado demasiado dinero comprando este lugar es un oasis. Finalmente algo de comida con muchas verduras que se siente refrescante pero nutritiva al mismo tiempo. Mi esposa dijo que pensaba que era la mejor comida mediterránea que había probado. Todo lo que sé es que estoy lleno y siento que finalmente tengo una cantidad decente de verduras. Tengo la ensalada griega y la pita mediterránea, era mucha comida, como mucha comida era fantástico y estoy tan satisfecho que me detuve a escribir una crítica. Y el dueño también era genial. Chico muy guay, la comida fue hecha con amor y se nota.
