23/06/2026: The "fresh fish counter" at the restaurant's entrance deserves special mention. The restaurant is quite large, with pleasant, professional, and fast service. Excellent, fresh ingredients and a menu that meets all expectations, with few frills and excellent flavors. A pleasant experience worth repeating.

23/05/2026: A small but welcoming place. After several visits, I can say the food is truly delicious. Not being a pizza expert, I can't judge the dough, but I can say I've never had a stomach ache the next day. The owner's constant attention to detail is evident in his search for the right, well-balanced pairings to bring out the best in the flavors of the ingredients and, ultimately, the pizza. After coming there for a while, I can say they also refine their wine selection, always striving for perfection in the all-round culinary experience. On weekends, you'll find a friendly, attractive young woman taking your orders! Overall, a favorable experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone!

We highly recommended this place, and also, the place is realy confortable and good looking,oviously a part of history. We didn't had the possibility to compare with another pizza maker here, but for sure, you will be pleased by this travelling experiences!!! If you like it ,you can taste the carusu red wine, special wine from Etna area, loved it!!! 🤩

24/11/2025: A truly beautiful, well-designed venue with delicious food. These organized events were also very tasty, like the all-you-can-eat focaccia or the delicious charcuterie and cheese platter. The only flaw, if we can call it that, was the waitress, who was obviously in a hurry to clear the table, almost taking our plates away with food still on them. The rest of the staff, however, was very friendly and professional. I hope this review of mine can help them continue to improve their service.

26/04/2026: Coming off a pleasant day on April 25th in Donnalucata, my group of friends and I decided to have pizza, having booked dinner in the morning. The location was well-maintained, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the pizzas were aesthetically pleasing. The menu itself is ambitious, and the pricey, though acceptable, is quite high for the final result. My pizza was too burnt on the bottom for my taste, so it was uneatable. I promptly replaced it when time was short. The chips with their skins were excellent, and the entire table enjoyed them, having eaten them before the pizzas. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, even if it was overpriced. However, this was severely marred by the manager's refusal to offer a free post-dinner liqueur at checkout, with the childish excuse that it was a busy evening and there were a lot of us. Bad, but it means we'll make other choices next time, hoping for a better experience.

You can taste the long leavening and careful selection of flours. The crust was high and airy, just how I like it. • Top Ingredients: From the buffalo mozzarella to the tomato sauce, you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. Nothing is left to chance. • The atmosphere: The place is welcoming and meticulously designed. Perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. • Quick service: Despite the place being packed, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the wait was very short.

11/01/2026: I don't recommend it, especially on Saturday nights. It's unacceptable that despite a 9:00 PM reservation for two, we were given a table at 9:45 PM. I understand the large crowds, but reservations shouldn't be accepted like this. Add to that another 45-minute wait for the pizzas to arrive. Despite this, the pizza was good and the waiters were very helpful.

10/05/2026: Special dishes based on pistachio cream and chopped pistachios, both pasta dishes and pizzas, specialties!! As for the rest, I had classic bruschetta and tonnarelli with fried zucchini and Mazzara red shrimp. Good, good ingredients, but not excellent! Very fast service. Friendly and efficient, even when it was packed on a Saturday night—not for everyone! Well done!

06/05/2026: Super welcome, excellent quality food, we had 2 octopus salads, I had pasta with gorgonzola, pistachio and guanciale (Gorky), my wife had the pistacchiosa (20k), we didn't want to stop eating, moderate prices, excellent service, attentive waiters and clean place

17/05/2026: A gorgeous spot in Malfa, especially at sunset. We only got drinks but wish we had tried the food. Drinks were fantastic. Service was amazing and setting was just magic. Highly recommend!

16/05/2026: This place is beautiful, with a fantastic view of one of Salina's most beautiful coves. The food is excellent for dinner, but it's also the perfect spot for an aperitivo or late-night drink! The management is perfect, the service is superb, the bartender is friendly, and the cook is phenomenal. We'll be back every time we come to Salina. Excellent!
