I was pleasantly surprised by this place!
Pros:
Free parking, friendly concierge.
EXCEPTIONAL food.
Very nice and clean atmosphere.
Small flaws:
- Despite the air conditioning and fans, the heat was indescribable (it was still one of the hottest weeks ever).
- They served people who had sat down after us first (meaning they were already taking their orders and we didn't even have menus). It was definitely an oversight, but it affects the service rating; otherwise, the wait staff was friendly and efficient.
The bill was quite steep, but at least everything was up to par, from start to finish.

The "fresh fish counter" at the restaurant's entrance deserves special mention.
The restaurant is quite large, with pleasant, professional, and fast service. Excellent, fresh ingredients and a menu that meets all expectations, with few frills and excellent flavors. A pleasant experience worth repeating.
