Unfortunately, we only had dessert, but it was enough to make us want to return. Impeccable service and a very refined atmosphere with pleasant background music. Authentic dishes with unique ingredients. Recommended!

The menu is updated daily, offering a delightful selection of both new and traditional Sicilian specialties. Guests can also enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and the inviting terrace.

We loved this restaurant in Santa Marina, Salina. We loved everything: the setting, the service, and of course the food, especially the spaghetti alla salinara... We loved it so much that we went back the very next day!

We love changing places to discover different flavors and atmospheres. We enjoyed Casa Lo Schiavo so much that we went back four times in one week. The cuisine is refined, authentic, and unpretentious. Every dish is excellent. Some are exceptional, like the fennel with orange that perfectly complements grilled octopus or seared bluefin tuna. And what can we say about the impeccable service? Everyone is friendly without being obsequious. And the owner is radiant. He loves what he does and he loves making his guests happy. You feel right at home. And on top of all that, the local wines are wonderful. What a delight! A huge thank you to the whole team!
