06/10/2025: An excellent lunch with good service. An inventive menu that is beautifully presented. It is a beautiful location and a spacious restaurant. I think there are better restaurants in Ortigia but if you fancy something a bit boujie this works!

07/10/2025: We had lunch there, it was easy to select. Sweet and Savoury food was good. They do have the couscous di pesce however there wasn’t a lot of fish on my plate.
They have a high chair for the baby. Possibility to seat inside. Next to the very Nice Alagna Winery !

26/09/2025: There were three of us, we booked and ordered a platter and a half. We waited an hour and a half, the food was greasy and full of salt. All you could taste was the salt. I'm sorry, but we won't be going there again. They used to cook well and the prices were even lower (I looked at the menu and they have the same prices as Ortigia).
24/09/2025: Business lunch, excellent first course of Spaghetti with Mussels. The food was plentiful.

Always cheerful and courteous to everyone.
The staff is all incredibly friendly.
The pizzas are truly superb, with a light and crispy dough and top-quality ingredients.
What more can I say? Go and you'll be back.
Everything is wonderful.

20/10/2025: First and last time... eternity of waiting times, grumpy owner, somewhat disoriented waiters! More than half an hour to order two pizzas in a half-empty restaurant, another half an hour goes by and nothing! In the end, they tell us that due to a mix-up we still have to wait! So we decided to get up and leave... I don't recommend it.

09/11/2025: If you love classic style and service, you've come to the right place. I made a mistake booking a room, but it was resolved within fifteen minutes without any extra charges. A big thumbs up for the staff.
06/11/2025: This hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views of the sea and Mount Etna. The rooms are large, but could use some updating. The staff is very friendly.

The service was very slow as there were so many people wanting to pick up their products.
You take your number outside and wait, then you enter one by one with only one person at the counter.

The Bagheria white sfincione has few rivals in town.
Just looking at it will whet your appetite, and once you've tasted it, you won't be able to stop.
TIP FOR THE MANAGER:
Install a small cold drinks dispenser.
For me, it's a must-try 😋😋😋

23/10/2025: The most affordable food and yes super delicious the people are also very warm we found in Sicilië. We found it after try some others restaurant in the center of Taormina but after we know this Cafe we went there almost everyday. They have a lot of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered gelato but was not ready and they offer us with Granita it is like Sorbet but wow so delicious I tried Pistache and strawberry. The Lemon cake is also super tasty. Arancini and Pistache Croissant 🥐 are my regular 🩷. Very recommended place .

18/11/2025: It's a shame there's no option to give 0. We arrive on Sunday at 1:30 PM and are seated at 2:00 PM. When we make our reservation, they tell us there's a half-hour wait for the first courses, which is fine. At 3:00 PM, the people next to us leave without eating, tired by now. We ask the waitress how far the pasta is going, and she walks away and disappears. We get up too, fed up, and go to pay for our drinks, but nothing. The owner tells us they were preparing them, but by then we'd lost our appetite. At 3:20 PM, we leave hungry. Maybe the food is worth it, I haven't had a chance to try it, but the service certainly isn't. Too many seats for a kitchen that's probably too small. Non-existent service.
04/11/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! We celiacs know how difficult it is to find a gluten-free pizza that's even slightly edible...well, Pacinotti's gluten-free pizza is as good as, if not better than, "regular" pizzas. The dough is both soft and crispy, and they also come in so many flavors, you'll easily find one you like. Highly recommended!
