18/07/2025: Definitely the place where we ate the best in all of Palermo. The atmosphere is youthful and comfortable. The red shrimp and sea urchin tortillas are sublime. The fish is incredibly fresh. The "gelo di melone" dessert, recommended to us, is truly unique. What can I say? The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the staff are courteous and friendly, offering impeccable service. If you're passing through Palermo, you can't miss it. Marco and Pamela

22/07/2025: A restaurant I'd call rural. Slightly outside Scopello, in the open countryside and high hills. Traditional dishes, meat, fish, and pizza. The usual Sicilian monster portions. We had an appetizer for two (enormous) of seafood delicacies and two busiate allo scoglio pasta dishes that we struggled to finish. I'd call it a very baroque dinner, everything delicious and the price fair. Definitely recommended for the local specialties.

21/07/2025: Very welcoming restaurant, the owners are helpful and very nice people, the food is plentiful and excellent, generous portions, you can spend wonderful evenings in company, characteristic place, excellent pizzeria, excellent waiters and staff, Girolamo the best, and the guys in particular Nouh Gentile, friendly and good waiter. They pay attention to detail and are always attentive.

04/07/2025: The real and best and historic Panificio Ragusa in Bagheria! Here you can find the real Bagheria sfincione (very good!), bread made with knowledge and heart by hand in a wood oven, without additives and fantastic in flavor (which also remains very good for days). Even if it is a little more hidden and absolutely recommended to go and find it. There is nothing better in Bagheria and around.

27/03/2025: It's a must! You can't not go there. The arancino with ragù and the crepes filled with ricotta are highly recommended. The history of the place is authentic and very beautiful.

25/07/2025: When we asked for a simple bottle of tap water (as required by Italian law and a modicum of common sense), we were met with a firm "no," forcing us to buy bottled water. Besides being an unsustainable choice, it's also disrespectful to customers. At a time when more and more establishments are committed to offering transparent and environmentally friendly service, this attitude seems anachronistic and unpleasant. It's a shame, because the food is truly delicious, but this detail ruined the experience.

15/05/2025: Forget the gala burgers, onion rings, pistachio drippings. The buns speak for themselves: smash very good because it is faithful to the traditional recipe. Great place for those who want to get their hands dirty. Thanks! 🇺🇸 🍔

Each dish is prepared with care and passion. Despite a small initial inconvenience with a bottle of wine gone bad, the staff handled the situation with extreme kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly at home. An experience that we recommend to those who want to taste the real Sicily, in a welcoming, quiet and authentic environment.

17/07/2025: Went here 2 times on our visit in catania. Great local place with delicious pastries and many Catanians enjoying the shadow outdoors. Can only recommend! Great coffee too.
