16/07/2026: Incredible food and extraordinary kindness! We didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurant because, due to a technical issue, Pasquale (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!) couldn't open that day. But instead of sending us away, he prepared an incredible vegan takeaway dinner for us and refused to let us pay. The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all delicious, creative, and made with so much care. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Pasquale himself. His generosity, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip to Sicily so much more special. Some places stay with you because of the food; others because of the people. Singula gave us both. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing food, a special atmosphere, and an owner who is simply an extraordinary human being. Thank you so, so much. We can't wait to come back!

Characteristic cuisine expertly prepared, generous portions, and a welcome that makes you feel at home. A rare gem, one we are fortunate to have in our city.

10/07/2026: We arrived with no expectations and a bit of a thirst. We were greeted with friendliness and warmth. The sandwiches and arancini were delicious, and we had a very pleasant lunch. Thank you very much. We will gladly return on our next visit to Modica.

16/07/2026: My wife and I were melting in the midday sun in Modica and Egopizza came to our rescue with air conditioning and snow delicious lunch. My spaghetti carbonara lacked true guanciale but still tasted good abd my wife wolfed down her buffalo DOC pizza. Our waiter also kindly filled our double-walled flash with ice and water for our journey home in the car

16/07/2026: The place is hidden away from the main street, which might mean fewer guests, but it's definitely worth stopping by because the food is delicious and the staff is lovely and helpful. We don't eat meat, so we always have fewer dishes to choose from - the wonderful chef agreed to make a carbonara without bacon (even though this might have seemed like an absurd request in a country of pasta experts). The dishes were served very quickly, and both the pasta and the pizza were excellent. Well-seasoned, made with heart. I honestly don't understand why there was no one else besides us - maybe it's the not-so-inviting outdoor seating area, or the not-very-Italian-sounding name? I'm not sure, but the food is delicious and worth trying, especially since it's hard to find good pasta in Modica. A special thank you to the chef for his care, effort, and the wonderful treatment we received❤️

10/11/2025: We had a wonderful time on a warm November Sunday, sitting on the veranda... we were immediately greeted with a truly refined appetizer and entrée, both balanced and delicious. We enjoyed an excellent prosecco recommended by the very attentive and friendly staff, and then continued with superior pasta and main courses. Definitely an experience we'll happily repeat!

19/05/2026: Delicious gluten-free pizza, even with more toppings than expected (for example, arugula on the Parma pizza). Probably the largest selection in all of Sicily. 🤩 Fast and friendly service. I was only surprised that the restaurant is relatively small. A huge plus that the menu is available on the website and clearly indicates that gluten-free options are available. 👍 This isn't always the case with other restaurants, where you might find a Facebook page at best.

You can taste the long leavening and careful selection of flours. The crust was high and airy, just how I like it. • Top Ingredients: From the buffalo mozzarella to the tomato sauce, you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. Nothing is left to chance. • The atmosphere: The place is welcoming and meticulously designed. Perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. • Quick service: Despite the place being packed, the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the wait was very short.

01/06/2026: Totally and completely spectacular bar in Ispica. The family who does everything from baking, Barnstable, cleaning and making everyone feel welcome is just so amazing. I live 8.5 kilometers away and frequent Bruno's often. Yes, there are bars closer and very good too, but Bruno's is family!!!

29/06/2026: I discovered this pizzeria restaurant because I was searching online for a place that had a little bit of everything so my nephew Nicolò could choose between pizza and first courses. My husband and I were on vacation with him and my daughter. It was a real treat. The staff were very professional and the location was very nice. We enjoyed excellent pizzas and special first courses with ingredients you rarely find. I especially thank Andrea and the lady who takes orders, whose name I unfortunately don't know, who gave us excellent advice. We hope to return soon!

10/06/2026: Excellent pizza: tasty, fluffy, and full of flavor. A wide variety of choices, with authentic and delicious ingredients that make every pizza special. The appetizer and dessert are also truly amazing, worthy of the rest. The location is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening.
