04/08/2025: FAKE PISTACHIO... Inspired by the reviews, we had breakfast here this morning. Unfortunately, both we and the two girls next to us ordered pastries with pistachio cream, and were served a commercial cream with a vanilla aftertaste (the kind you find in the supermarket in Milan, so to speak)... For Sicily, not much! When the girls asked for the real cream, it was served, so basically, depending on your level of "tourism," you'll be served a commercial product rather than the original.

04/08/2025: We've been here twice: the first time was excellent, and the lady who serves is very friendly. The second time, however, was very disappointing, and the gentleman was very rude. The saddest thing was that we discovered that if you're a tourist, they'll give you a quality of pistachio spread that only tastes like pistachio in name, while if they think you're local, they'll give you the real thing. It's a shame that taking advantage of customers isn't a good way to do business.

12/07/2025: We had lunch at this taverna. It perfectly represents the classic tourist spot, in terms of food, service, and ambiance. I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for quality over quantity.

29/07/2025: I came in there like 10 minutes before closing time and I work in a restaurant myself, so I know how much you hate the people who come in just before the end, while you're already cleaning up. So they weren't really the friendliest, which is, like I said, understandable. But the vegan pistacchio gelato + brioch were pretty good.

29/07/2025: I'm reluctant to give this a very negative review. Unfortunately, my last experience was absolutely terrible. I bought a brioche with gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream, and although the waitress reassured me that there was no contamination from either source (I ordered chocolate and vanilla), after a few hours at home I felt terrible (that evening, that night, and the next morning). Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the ice cream shop at the number listed on Google, no one ever answered. The phone seems to be disconnected. I would have reported the lactose contamination, which, given my symptoms, was certain, but I haven't been able to discuss it with anyone. I hope at least the review is visible to the right people and that no one else besides me is poisoned.

22/07/2025: A great find Small place with a few seats on the street as it offers takeout The quality of the products is excellent The best pane cunzato I've tasted in Sicily. The fried fish is not at all greasy and made with fresh fish. The panelle are delicious The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2025: Discovered thanks to the Gambero Rosso street food guide, we returned to this place twice during our short stay in Marsala. The food is excellent, the ingredients are top-quality, and Vito is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

26/05/2025: It deserves 5 stars. Everything is taken care of in detail. Excellent raw materials. Kind and prepared staff. Clean bathrooms, Prices $$$$$ in line with the quality of the food served. Chatterscale 3 (Lively Chat).

07/04/2025: Welcoming and modern environment, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Careful in the use of good quality raw materials and also carefully prepared, with attention to the presentation of the dish which enhances everything. The first courses were very good, including the gluten-free one and praise for the offer of gluten-free bread to accompany the starters. Very Recommended

01/08/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Nicolosi. Very pleasant waiters. The antipasto platter is very good and perfect for nibbling on Italian cheeses and charcuterie, but be warned: it's very generous... The terrace is a little noisy due to traffic.

26/07/2025: We came for dinner with my family, honestly after a few years. What can I say? The pizzas were truly delicious... but especially one of their specialties, the yellow squash pizza with ferla mushrooms and burrata... the best pizza I've ever tasted. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the service was very fast. The lady was very kind, as always.

18/06/2025: Restaurant on the sea yes it's a fairy tale you eat very well very helpful owner efficient collaborators I recommend it not only in Avola not only Sicily the whole world unique it really deserves to come here 💯

16/06/2025: Last night we stopped at this little restaurant attracted by the many positive reviews and we made a pleasant discovery, the tagliatelle all'oro verde were sublime, a rich and good appetizer. I will return

11/08/2025: Reheated arancini.... Exorbitant price...I've never paid €4 for an arancini in Palermo... It's madness... Central Palermo has become a place only for tourists and no longer for Palermitans... Come back HUMBLE!!!

Excellent coffee, arancini, especially with peas are great, in the evening they make excellent pizza. then it is better to make a reservation, it is usually full. 19/05/2025: So, first of all, the atmosphere was really nice and the waiters were very attentive… One star goes to the person in the kitchen, unfortunately more people at the table felt sick after eating, nausea and vomiting, apparently it seemed good, but the effects were felt anyway
