04/11/2025: Authentic market gem! This place is located right in the market and serves absolutely incredible food — honestly, it was probably the most memorable meal of our entire trip. The service was friendly, and the vibe is that perfect mix of trendy, hipster, and local. Everything was super clean, beautifully presented, and the food quality was outstanding. A big bravo to this spot — truly deserves all the praise! It was also recommended to us by Sicilians themselves, and now I understand exactly why.

02/11/2025: Very good restaurant Recommended by friends. Very nice when there's a local market with all the fish, vegetable, and fruit vendors. It's a typical Sicilian restaurant with outdoor tables, the bar on one side, and the kitchen at the other. We had calamari and prawns as a starter, followed by pasta with vongole and baby tomatoes. Everything was very good and cooked perfectly. The wine was a lovely white. Very reasonable prices.

16/10/2025: Very attentive service, a large selection of pizzas, including specialty pizzas, and very tasty food. And the tiramisu was delicious, too!

28/09/2025: My husband and I went to Egopizza for pizza on a Saturday night. What can I say? We were absolutely SATISFIED! The service was friendly, the welcome attentive, the atmosphere quiet, clean, and very welcoming! We were truly impressed by the kindness and politeness of the two waiters (a young man and a young woman). The pizza was delicious, thin and crispy, yet with a soft crust! We also tried some fried foods, some delicious battered vegetables! We were truly happy with this experience! We highly recommend it!

This spot is legendary in Palermo, not just for the sheer variety of flavors but also for the absolutely huge portions—you definitely get your money's worth! We made this our first arancina stop, and it was a delicious introduction. While my daughter enjoyed the traditional ragù flavor, my husband and I branched out: Pistachio: My choice, and it was indeed delicious! The creamy, rich pistachio filling blended perfectly with the crispy, fried rice exterior. Aubergine (Eggplant): A unique and surprising choice for my husband, offering a flavorful, savory, and distinctly Sicilian twist. It was definitely worth the indulgence; we all loved it! The arancina here is the true definition of filling, satisfying street food. They are perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, and packed with intensely flavorful fillings. If you are hungry, curious, and want to try both the classic and the creative versions of this Sicilian staple, Ke Palle is an absolute must-visit.

14/06/2025: In giro per la casbah di Mazzara del Vallo, incontriamo questo ristorante con musica molto bella. Pranzo fantastico: caponata e crostini al pomodoro buonissimi ma ancora più buoni i paccheri allo spada e finocchietto selvatico e la pasta con le sarde. Unica pecca: personale freddo e poco empatico.

06/07/2025: Wonderful pastry shop in Castelvetrano. The granita is delicious Wide selection of sweet pieces and cakes. Iris made on the spot and excellent arancini. Ample seating and fair prices. Highly recommended. I will return to get my birthday cake.

08/07/2025: I discovered ice cream in a brioche there and it's really great. I think it's here that I tasted the best strawberry sorbet of my life.

07/07/2025: To say that the ice cream is good is really an understatement… Here at Cicciuzzu I ate the best ice cream of my life! The “Sapori di Sicilia” flavor is something exceptional, an explosion of authentic aromas and flavors that I will never forget. Congratulations indeed!
