22/03/2025: Great fine dining experience in Termini. I wanted to see the place months before I actually travelled there because I respect their vision and, of course, food looked great in all pictures. They were flexible enough to change my reservation even one hour before, as booking ahead sometimes can come with surprises. When I did manage to eat there, I found two great people, presenting the restaurant and the food in a simple, but meaningful way. Had the degustation menu and 3 wine pairing- food was excellent, all dishes. Some surprising tastes and textures, well balanced food. The wines they chose are the best I drank in Sicily, from Sicily. I recommend it with all my heart.

29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

14/11/2025: By far the best pizza of our entire Sicily trip!
We spent two weeks traveling around Sicily – in Palermo, Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, Ragusa, and Noto – and not a single pizza even came close to this one. Acido Lattico was an absolute highlight for us: incredibly delicious, perfectly baked, fantastic ingredients, and a dough that's simply heavenly.
It was so good that at the end of our vacation, we drove all the way back to Catania just to eat pizza there again. That pretty much says it all.
Our highest recommendation and a clear 5 stars!
03/11/2025: I decided to spend my birthday evening with some friends here. It was a super pleasant evening. The service and staff were excellent! And what can I say about the food, it was delicious!

05/01/2026: Second time here. The sushi is very good (the only shame, in my opinion, is that there are too many pieces—8 or 9, I prefer the 4-piece variety). Service is a little slow, but that's okay... the owner and waiters are super friendly.
The only downside is that you still have to order with pen and paper...

04/01/2026: The place is truly beautiful, both inside and out, the service excellent, and everyone was very friendly. I loved the appetizer and the meat. Everything was perfect, I absolutely recommend it.
04/01/2026: Amazing food! Small Italian restaurant. They had a meal of the day which has a 4 course meal. Also provide a red wine with meal. Tried several new types of dishes, most having zesty citrus flavor to them. The pasta was cooked to perfection.
