26/09/2025: I've been wanting to eat at this restaurant for a while, and it absolutely met my expectations! The restaurant is modern and very well-maintained. I appreciated the chef's presence, and contrary to what I've read in other reviews, I didn't find it invasive or overbearing. The staff are also well-trained, polite, and helpful. The sommelier, in particular, is very knowledgeable. I asked him to pair two wines of his choosing with two dishes I'd chosen, and he made an excellent choice, suggesting two wines I wasn't familiar with and which turned out to be excellent pairings. All the dishes were well-executed, with some more sophisticated and unusual pairings, but all were a success. But praise must go to the saffron risotto with raw beef marrow, the best I've eaten so far in Milan, and the tarte tarin, which I ordered because it was recommended by the Michelin Guide... and I understand why! The amuse bouche, appetizer, risotto, main course, dessert, and two glasses of wine cost around €80-90, and for the quality and experience I had, it was absolutely worth it. In fact, it's almost an understatement! A highly recommended restaurant.

05/11/2025: The evening turned out especially nice — I came here thanks to the bonus money I got from a website (it’s mentioned in the photo attached to the review). Decided to treat myself to dinner, and it was totally worth it! The pasta was amazing — simple but full of real Italian flavor. Good mood and good food — that’s all you need for a great day!

04/10/2025: The ice cream wasn't exceptional, the yogurt and raspberry bags were filled with completely frozen raspberry pieces. The dark chocolate and pistachio were good, but I didn't like the hazelnut much much more. I thought the price was a bit high for the quality and the truly negligible quantity.

A gastronomic gem in the Marsica region that I recommend to everyone, especially those who want to experience the raw, sincere, and authentic soul of the local tradition.

05/09/2025: The restaurant presents itself as a fine dining establishment, but the dishes belie this. We ordered a vegetarian platter... which wasn't vegetarian (with cured meats!). The gnocchi were completely tasteless. The pinsa was practically raw. If anything, the drinks were even worse: we were recommended a white wine that was completely unsuitable for dinner, very sweet and warm, and their own beer bore little resemblance to an IPA. The desserts we ordered were initially criticized because we didn't choose local ones... and then they never arrived. To top it all off, the POS didn't work.

21/10/2025: Very good home cooking, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. We wanted to eat on the terrace, and the owner went to get what he needed to offer us a table for 5 on the terrace.

20/10/2025: Small portions. Avg taste, salad is tasteless and not worth 12 euro. Service is poor.

18/10/2025: Very interesting dishes and exceptionally courteous staff. It's a sensory experience, so don't expect Bud Spencer-style bean stew. Precisely because of the refined cuisine, it's best to ask for a glass of wine (unless you're familiar with the dish) with each course, as a single bottle may not be versatile enough to accompany the entire meal.

14/10/2025: A small haven in the heart of Modena for vegan cuisine lovers. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, a charming and well-designed space with attention to detail (perhaps a little dark, but that's just my personal impression), meticulously clean bathrooms, a fairly varied selection, delicious dishes... and you leave feeling full, satisfied, and content.

12/10/2025: The pizzas are exceptional in terms of flavor and toppings. Exceptional calamari, fabulous Culurgiones d'Ogliastra, never tasted anything so good, and I'm Sardinian! Superb semifreddo with walnuts, figs, and honey. Excellent value. Everything was served promptly, with professionalism and a friendly smile by Cinzia. Kudos to the manager of Pappa e Fui for the organization and for the unique and delicious dishes. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tortolì and the surrounding area... but I'd also pop over from the regional capital Cagliari for a tasty weekend!

05/10/2025: Super delicious pizza—gluten-free too! We visited the restaurant on two days because the pizza was really good. The gluten-free pizza, in particular, is one of the best we've ever eaten. Simply delicious crust. For dessert, there was also gluten-free tiramisu. The quality of the gluten-free dishes is probably due to a family member with celiac disease; a blessing for those who have to follow this very strict diet!

18/10/2025: As always, it's super! It's now my favorite place as soon as I get back from Verona.

14/10/2025: Very good food that caters to many dietary needs. The only drawbacks are the tables being very close together and the waiters being a bit forgetful (but that's normal on Sundays). I'd go back.

Service: Correct... fast and precise, slightly aloof. Ambience: Unique and iconic, designed by Dante Ferretti. The service, divided into multiple acts and spaces, is highly appreciated.

10/10/2025: Truly an excellent experience. This isn't your typical pizzeria, but, as they rightly point out, a tasting pizza. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch and perfectly complements the star of the show: an extraordinary dough, flavorful and light as a cloud. The variety of dough options is interesting, and they're all delicious. For me, another great strength is the wine list, which reveals careful and original research into pairings: there's no shortage of sweet wines (hallelujah) to accompany dessert, a rare and much-appreciated detail. Impeccable service: friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff, clearly caring about both the customer and the products they serve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly superior pizza-related gastronomic experience, not just a simple dinner, for the same price.

11/10/2025: A wonderful lunch on a sunny terrace. We ate truffle-wrapped eggs and tagliatelle with truffles (black, not the white Alba variety), all washed down with a glass of Nebbiolo. A pleasant break.

04/10/2025: We ate well. The food and wine were good. The service was okay, although it seemed a bit overdone, a bit forced. The only flaw was the annoyed waitresses, either because customers called for reservations or because they rang the doorbell when it was full (not very nice or polite, in my opinion; that's what you're there for, and it's better if it's full).

12/10/2025: Excellent pizza, both round (shallow and crunchy) and pan pizza, and excellent baked goods. I recommend it.

29/09/2025: I wanted to revisit this place several times, trying multiple dishes on the menu to try and catch the chef in a mistake. Well, I didn't succeed! He managed to make me like a combination I was sure was a mistake! But no! Spaghetti with calamari, lemon-infused butter, anchovies, and toasted breadcrumbs infused with lemon. Yes, I did say anchovies in oil, and they're perfect; there's no loss of flavor, aroma, or taste. A great chef who doesn't know he's a great chef, in a context where he, his team, and his staff have a great palate. Creating such a well-crafted menu, with a high level of understanding for the diner but with such sophisticated pairings and preparations, requires technique and a great palate, both from the chef and the taster. My heartfelt congratulations. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I'd pay more for what you get. The revisited tiramisu deserves 1 Michelin star, without a doubt.

18/10/2025: Along the Sile River Greenway, we find the pizzeria Da Pino in Musestre. The pizza is always delicious, with a light dough and top-quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, fast, and always smiling, and the atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a quiet evening. Kudos to all the staff; keep up the good work!

16/10/2025: The atmosphere was nice, even though it didn't look entirely nice from the outside. The air conditioning was on even though it was already chilly: I would have preferred a higher temperature...or at least just turned off the AC. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: very good pizzas (a little too burnt, especially on the bottom) and super fair prices. We'll definitely be back. The owner and waiters were all very kind and attentive.
