31/03/2025: Pranzo con i fiocchi! La qualità dei piatti a dir poco ottima! Abbiamo iniziato con uno spaghetto con asparagi e gamberi rossi, e un fantastico spaghetto blu, per passare poi a una frittura mista di pesce... squisita ! Tutto buonissimo! Siamo stati accolti e serviti molto gentilmente da un ragazzo di nome Youness, molto professionale e attento ai dettagli! Torneremo sicuramente a farvi visita! Consigliatissimo a tutti!!

27/02/2025: Teníamos dos deliciosas pizzas aquí. No habíamos hecho una reserva, pero eran muy serviciales y nos apretaron en. Estuvieron muy ocupados toda la noche, pero el personal era servicial y se esforzó por asegurarse de que tuvimos una gran experiencia.

16/03/2025: Arrivati a Sauze, decidiamo di pranzare in questo ristorante che non conoscevamo. Dopo una lunga ma piacevole camminata, raggiungiamo il Grange Tachier! Dal momento in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia del locale è stato tutto un divenire di piacevolissime sorprese! Dalle piccole salette molto ben arredate e curate, alla selezione di vini, al personale disponibile, accogliente, premuroso! Le portate sono state eccellenti! Una menzione speciale alla battuta di fassona ed al crumble di mele su letto di zabaione. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie, abbiamo trascorso un pranzo straordinario in vostra compagnia!

29/03/2025: Excellent little restaurant, ideal for lunches, dinners and aperitifs. It has a menu with various choices, in particular I recommend the meat, but also the typical Roman vegetables, such as artichoke or chicory.

31/03/2025: The location is simply BEAUTIFUL. The garden is the first business card that already makes you understand a lot about the location... you experience a bit of an almost wedding atmosphere. The food and wine list is limited but complete... the thing that surprised me most is the large number of staff in the dining room, yet no one went by chance or created confusion in the service, which is very rare. I paid a little more than I expected, but I justify it by the quality of the raw material. I'll be back 😊

24/01/2025: Excellent quality food, especially the ravioli, truly spectacular. The homemade desserts were plentiful and very tasty. The environment is welcoming and well heated, ideal for recharging after a day of skiing or a nice excursion in the mountains

25/03/2025: We went for dinner during the week, à la carte menu that varies from time to time that contains mainly vegetarian proposals with some vegan ones. Very fast and very courteous service, for two we had an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a side dish, final dessert; all generous portions. Highly recommended place even for those who are not used to vegan/vegetarian cuisine. Highly recommended!

10/03/2025: Thanks to a gift, I went to dinner on Friday evening, I had never tried vegetarian cuisine and I found the dishes very good and presented really well. Very friendly and kind staff but above all the really proactive guy. I will definitely go back.

10/04/2025: I went to Italy many times, but this place is where I ate the best pizza ever. I strongly recommend their Semifreddo dessert, also best dessert I ever ate. The staff are all very friendly.
