18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!

22/07/2025: Very nice place, well preserved, in the highest part of the town of Lu M.to which was a pleasant surprise. I came here for the first time on a hot Saturday evening at the end of June: place full of customers, the staff courteous and very kind a bit in crisis between the crowding and the heat. We were lucky enough to get a table on the covered outdoor terrace from where we could watch a beautiful sunset and enjoy a beautiful view while staying cool. Traditional Piedmontese dishes and not very good. Excellent value for money. To try

Very reasonable prices. A must-visit if you're visiting Matera.

24/07/2025: The pizza dough was very good... You could tell it was a long-rising pizza and it was extremely light. Delicious. The service was very discreet, perhaps a bit too discreet and a bit slow despite there not being many tables.

All the employees were very helpful and kind, especially when they granted my wish to blow out a candle on the cheesecake I ordered because it was my birthday. The menu was based on local dishes, prepared with great care and attention to quality. Each course was tasty, well presented and perfectly reflected the tradition of the area, with a touch of refinement. In particular, I appreciated the homemade first courses and the meat, tender and tasty. The service was impeccable: kind staff, present but never intrusive. Everything was organized down to the smallest details, and you could feel great professionalism. A truly pleasant experience, which made the day even more special for everyone. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation for ceremonies or for those looking for high-level local cuisine.

14/06/2025: Nice restaurant. Nice veranda with mountain view. Very attentive and kind service. Excellent wine list. Excellent polenta with sausage and wild boar. Very tasty 1kg rib eye steak. A paradise for meat lovers!! Desserts: semifreddo with torcetti, tiramisu and panna cotta. All excellent. What can I say... Congratulations!!! Highly recommended! Well done
