16/12/2024: Stopped in during a hike along the Meraner Höhenweg. The location is really nice, the service is great, the food is fresh and delicious. We ate goulash soup and Kaiserschmarrn and it was excellent. Plus a blackcurrant spritzer, everything is great. The prices are reasonable.

16/03/2025: Certainly the queue at the entrance on Sunday morning is a sign of quality, kind and available to take telephone reservations. The products are excellent and the focaccia even more so. One of the best in Genoa.

La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata e non mi resta che accodarmi alle recensioni che mi hanno preceduto. Abbiamo mangiato trota salmonata, la regina di San Daniele, con formaggio di asina, accoppiamento particolare ma stimolante al palato. Frico di ottima fattura e Cjalsons, prediligendo la cucina locale alla cena di pesce, presente nel menù. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del cibo: materia prima, ricerca,preparazione

30/12/2024: Unfortunately I feel obliged to report what happened during our experience in this restaurant because it does not reflect the reviews present. Of the 2 second courses ordered we received: - A duck breast with a side dish that did not reflect what was requested: instead of julienned cabbage, pumpkin and potatoes (a side dish present in another second course, requested to replace what the duck breast would have included) Romanesco cabbage arrived, cauliflower, beetroot and potatoes all boiled unseasoned apart from the potatoes cooked in the oven which were more burnt than roasted. All lukewarm. After asking to reheat for a moment everything returns to the table lukewarm as soon as possible. - A slice of sea bass, accompanied by the same stewed vegetables as the duck breast. Too bad that the fish was raw inside and therefore rubbery. We were particularly upset when we reported to the waitress that the sea bass was cooked incorrectly, who immediately reported it to the owner, who however pretended nothing had happened. After a few minutes the waitress took away the plates with the half-eaten sea bass and brought everyone a scoop of sorbet, probably thinking of remedying the general dissatisfaction. We tried to point out the inconvenience of the sea bass again at the cash desk and they replied that the cooking is fine even like this, raw inside because it is freshly caught fish, even though it was clearly stringy. The owner and waitress, firm in their convictions, offered us a ten euro discount at the checkout, from 100 euros to 90 euros, to send us away. It's a shame that 10 euros are nothing compared to the disservice reserved for us, I'm sorry.

La proposta dello chef è molto creativa, magistrale la presentazione dei piatti. Io personalmente ho apprezzato più con gli occhi che con il palato, le idee ci sono ma non ho trovato un filo conduttore nel piatto da me scelto...non mia convinta del tutto. Servizio ottimo, premurosi fino alla fine.

16/02/2025: Small place serving pan-Asian cuisine in a side street of the historic center of Cagliari. The room is well furnished and cared for and the service was overall sufficient (only one waitress in the entire room). The menu is not too vast and offers dishes from different cultures, not just the Kyrgyz one. I got a Nasip salad which was supposed to have octopus, prawns and an avocado and mint dressing with mango garnish on top. It's a shame, because the sauce was really good but the amount of fish and mango was paltry compared to the amount of salad, way too much. I really liked the ravioli, however, they were handmade, well spiced and the dill and veal seasoning reminded me of those eaten in various areas of Russia. The bill was not excessive, although some dishes were really high priced for the quantity offered. Definitely worth trying with more people so you can try more dishes. Advised!
