20/01/2026: Exceptional! Impeccable evening: Delicious appetizers and pizzas! The leavened products and ingredients are of the highest quality, resulting in very light and sophisticated flavors.
Exceptional service with a highly knowledgeable sommelier who pairs both wines and beers in a way that's never predictable or banal, with a refined selection and attention to detail. The desserts and accompanying spirits are also very good. An experience worth repeating.

04/04/2026: We've eaten at this pizzeria several times and can only confirm the remarkable quality and deliciousness of the dishes!
We congratulate the chef and staff. The first courses are truly stellar: refined, well-balanced, and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is excellent. As for the grilled meat, the picanha and diaphragm were perfect, nothing more.
We'll be back soon, congratulations to everyone! :)

Unparalleled local products, wines, oils, and manna, along with the presence and words of Giulio Gelardi, warmed the hearts and souls of all of us. 26/03/2026: I recently went to the Imbufalita restaurant and was not satisfied. More than the service, which was very friendly and professional, never intrusive; the food disappointed me. I ordered spaghetti with clams, but the clams weren't fresh; in fact, they caused itching, irritation, and blemishes on my face and chest.
15/03/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for years, and every time we're completely amazed by the food and the kindness. Definitely worth a try.

04/12/2025: When we travel the Brenner Pass, we pass through it whenever possible. Just minutes from the Bressanone exit. Rustic beauty, both inside and out. Everything we've tried ranges from very good to excellent.
A must-try, when available, is the chestnut soup: it's a magical potion that transports you back in time (in fact, it's much richer and tastier today than it was 190 years ago). My only regret: I've never found mushrooms.
02/12/2025: An absolutely positive experience.
We started with a platter: the menu says it's for one person, but it was really generous, so two of us ate easily.
Then I finally got to try the famous dumplings with sauerkraut (I highly recommend the spinach ones).
I finished with soup, but given the amount of food on the platter, I could have done without it.
Very friendly staff.

02/04/2026: The best pizza we've ever tasted in Sardinia! The secret lies in the incredible preparation and the top-quality ingredients from local farmers. We tried a pizza with Parmigiana eggplant – it was an explosion of flavor. The prices are a bit above average, but they are completely justified by the quality of the food and the service.
