Ci siamo sempre relazionati con Lorenzo, il proprietario, e fin dall’inizio ci siamo trovati bene sia come tempi organizzativi che come prezzi. Il pranzo è stato delizioso, ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La location mozzafiato. I camerieri cortesi e disponibili. Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo affidati alla sig.ra Rossella e a sua figlia per allestire la confettata e la sala dove abbiamo mangiato ed è stata superlativa. Ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari come le avevo chiesto. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

28/05/2025: With friends to share an asparagus dinner at the end of the season, we were able to enjoy a tasting of the highest level. Starting with an appetizer of fried and raw asparagus in salad, continuing with a risotto, followed by the classic asparagus and eggs and finishing with an asparagus ice cream with salted caramel. All excellent, with attentive and punctual service. A Raboso Piave and a Malanotte Gelsaia from the Cecchetto winery completed the joy of our palate. Truly a great evening. Well done. Highly recommended and we will return at the end of the summer for the game!!

18/05/2025: We went in the evening for dinner, and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the piadina sitting outside. The menu is extensive, but in the end I decided on a piadina with bresaola. Very good!

02/06/2025: Premetto che la pizza era molto buona, non ho però apprezzato il complicato processo di prenotazione: ho chiamato per sapere se avevano posto per due a cena, hanno confermato, ci hanno chiesto nome e numero e pensavamo fosse fatta. Invece no, ci arriva un sms con link ad un form da compilare online, ci chiedono allergie ed altri dettagli, pensiamo sia fatta. Invece no, ci arriva un altro sms dove ci si chiede di aspettare un ulteriore messaggio di conferma della prenotazione, se no la mia prenotazione non sarà accettata. Finalmente arriva anche questo sms e siamo pronti per andare a cena. Nonostante avessi già compilato le mie allergie online, decido per sicurezza di ripeterle di persona al cameriere che seguiva il nostro tavolo che era molto gentile. Quando arrivano le pizze la mia e’ coperta delle cose a cui sono allergica che avevo prima compilato online e poi detto al cameriere. Il cameriere che seguiva il nostro tavolo era desolato, la ragazza con la coda che mi ha portato la pizza invece era pure infastidita. Risultato: il mio ragazzo ha mangiato da solo e appena arrivata la mia pizza ho mangiato sola io. E’ davvero un peccato scivolare così, dovrebbero decidere se automatizzare il tutto o tenerlo analogico, perché così un po’ ed un po’ non sembra stare funzionando. Capisco l’errore umano, ma essere trattati con sufficienza di sopra dopo aver mangiato separati e dopo l’intricato procedimento mezzo online e mezzo di persona, anche no. Peccato.

02/06/2025: Ci trovavamo a Palermo e cercavamo una buona pizzeria … tra varie ricerche troviamo loro con un curriculum non da poco e una location molto suggestiva . Proprio per essere precisi visto la presenza di due bambini abbiamo fatto la difficile prenotazione a largo anticipo …. Abbiamo appuntamento alle 21,15 e ci fanno entrare alle 22,10 circa. Ci sediamo e per la comanda passano almeno 15 min …. Fatto l’ordine visto la presenza di un bambino di 2 anni chiediamo di voler almeno preparare la sua pizza vista l’ora … ma nonostante i solleciti la sua pizza è arrivata verso le 22,40 … nel frattempo aspettiamo le nostre … tutto procede …. L’altro bambino di 10 anni ansiosamente aspetta. Nel frattempo arrivano altre persone che vengono servite prima di noi chissà’ per quale motivo ( amicizia??? )a questo punto ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via restando digiuni visto che erano le 23 e ancora delle pizze non c’era traccia. Purtroppo secondo me x essere in buon locale non basta la buona cucina e la location in primis occorre umanità e correttezza .

10/05/2025: Starter with Tuscan capocollo and two slices of anonymous salami, irrelevant pecorino. The "normal" Ragù is much tastier than the one made with game meat, now the taste is a personal matter and therefore questionable, but so is charging €5 for a small beer in a bottle, you don't realize that, if a customer who was less than satisfied wanted to give a second chance by trying other foods, with this type of behaviour, he or she would never come again! Much better to stop at the bakery 30 MT before, at least they cut the cured meats before your eyes and a small beer costs an acceptable price (€3), for a place that serves food...

31/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questo ristorante trovato su The Fork. Il locale è molto bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli e l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole nonostante sia un po' rumoroso. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese fornendoci anche consigli sul menù che prevede cucina romana ma con influenze salentine. Abbiamo preso un Supplì di orecchiette con cime di rapa e delle Crocchette di pollo alla romana veramente degne di nota!!! Poi abbiamo scelto tre pizze per via del profumo inebriante che veniva dal forno all'ingresso del locale. Le pizze sono fine e di dimensioni enormi ma allo stesso tempo leggere e molto digeribili. Da provare!

20/05/2025: It's been years since I returned to this restaurant where I remembered the excellent quality and still acceptable prices I hope it's a suggestion not a criticism but all the dishes I tasted were flavorless (mushroom crepes - truffle gnocchi and the second course of potatoes and porcini mushrooms) the service is fast and the prices are always honest
