Gluten-free options are available. A wide variety of flavors are offered. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream, and the person who served me was very kind and patient, even though my Italian is very poor.

I was looking for a gelato shop nearby and found this one. From the look of it, I immediately knew the gelato would be good. I wasn't wrong. One thing I noticed, because I always choose low-sugar foods and don't use sugar, is that the gelato isn't too sweet compared to other gelato shops. The staff is very friendly and happy to recommend pairings. The coconut and pistachio are amazing. I can't imagine the others. Regarding the price, despite the central location and the excellent ingredients, it's cheaper than other gelato shops in the area. Congratulations!

Intenso is confirmed as the best gelato shop in the city. I had a problem with Deliveroo, and the owner, with great patience and professionalism, personally resolved the issue. Excellent gelato and excellent staff!
