Each dish exuded care, passion, and originality, yet at the same time, we felt welcomed and at home: a rare balance between refinement and human warmth. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and offering advice that fully respected our tastes. One aspect that particularly impressed us was the great attention to dietary requirements: my partner, who is celiac, was able to enjoy the same dishes in a gluten-free version, completely safely and with the utmost care. An experience that combines haute cuisine, authentic hospitality, and impeccable professionalism. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special dinner in a refined and authentic setting.

30/10/2025: We organized a wonderful dinner at this location with some of my athletes and their parents. We were all very satisfied with the excellent organization, the owner's professionalism, and especially the delicious pizza. The interior of the location is gorgeous, very welcoming in my opinion. I also highly recommend the gluten-free pizza for those with celiac disease. We will definitely be back.

30/09/2025: We tried a lot of different things, and they were delicious and had a wide variety of cuisine. I can say it's the best restaurant I've been to in Ancona. The prices are very reasonable. We waited half an hour just to order, but the food arrived about 40 minutes later.

It is well off the road and meals have to be planned as the restaurant is only open on the weekends (except for breakfast), but the staff and the pets more than make up for the extra effort. Of course the pizza is tasty but what also makes this place special is the owner who is very sweet and kind with a special character. 28/09/2025: Our apartment for a week in Trieste was a dream, right across the street from this ice cream parlor, and we probably got ice cream there every day. It's delicious, with many vegan ice cream flavors and seasonal blends. The service is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: I celebrated a birthday with a group of friends at Tijuana restaurant, in the Borgo Santa Caterina neighborhood. The location, relatively close to the stadium, is convenient for those arriving by car thanks to readily available parking. The restaurant's interior is striking for its elegant and refined style, with extensive use of wood and large windows that create a warm and refined atmosphere. The extensive, meat-focused menu offers quality cuts such as fillet and rump, carefully cooked and beautifully presented. Although it's a restaurant designed for meat lovers, even a vegetarian friend of ours found satisfying options, a sign of good attention to variety. The service was discreet yet efficient, without any downtime or excessive waiting. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience, the price is reasonable. Overall, a restaurant recommended for those seeking a refined dinner in an elegant setting, also ideal for special occasions.

29/09/2025: We had the best dinner here!! This was our first night in Italy and arrived late so we were thankful this place was open. The owners were so sweet cause I think they could tell we were nervous Americans in a country where we don’t speak the language. They even gave us complimentary desert wine. The food was absolutely AMAZING!! Truly throughout the rest of our trip, this dinner was such a highlight. Please go check this place out for it will not disappoint!
