07/12/2025: Hidden away in the narrow streets of Imola, getting there is a truly special experience. It's absolutely worth it. Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time; there's a beautiful underground level. As for the food, everything you choose is excellent. They also have a wide selection of wines. The staff is incredibly friendly and will always be happy to help or answer any questions you may have about the dishes, wines, and even the history of the restaurant.

02/12/2025: EXCELLENT TASTING MENUS - EXCELLENT SERVICE ☺️ We tried a meat and a fish tasting menu, both excellent, but if we really had to give it an extra star, the fish one wins ☺️ The quality-price ratio is, in our opinion, very good and the portions are certainly satisfying. The service was also excellent, both in terms of welcome and table management. Special thanks to Mr. Claudio, truly professional and at the same time empathetic, able to put customers at ease and involve them in the culinary experience offered by the restaurant. The ambiance was our least satisfied; not knowing the restaurant when booking, we didn't express a preference and ended up in the first-floor room, which is completely different from the one on the ground floor. The first-floor room has dark colors and the lighting is too soft, which makes it difficult to appreciate the colors of the dishes. Even a small table lamp would have been enough and everything would have been improved (I don't understand why only the table next to ours had one), atmosphere, and lighting of the dishes. Good wine list 👍 Please note, the restaurant closes for seasonal rest from mid-October to December 😉

02/11/2025: We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and it immediately inspired us from the outside. Upon entering, the atmosphere is welcoming, as is the service that follows. The cuisine is top-notch, surprising the palate with every bite. A very pleasant evening that we can't wait to repeat. 23/11/2025: We had lunch today, a lovely discovery. The dishes were tasty and beautifully presented. They don't try to imitate meat-based dishes, but have created a new style of cuisine. Some ventures were successful, like the strudel made with carasau bread. Balanced pairings, smiling customers, and a clean, open kitchen. Thank you :)

17/11/2025: A paradise for vegans! Super delicious food. The cheese platter, in particular, was something special. The service was very friendly but a bit lacking – hence the one-star deduction. The appetizer wasn't completely cleared away; the service rarely came by, so we had to order more water, espresso, etc. ourselves. We would have expected a bit more service from a restaurant like this. Nevertheless, highly recommended!

10/09/2025: Last Wednesday we had dinner with family, always enjoying delicious and beautifully presented dishes. We particularly enjoyed the fried shrimp, the delicious melon and vegetable appetizer, the tuna tartare, and especially the truffle risotto. However, the carbonara, in my opinion, was a bit watery. Also, the wine Cristian recommended (a white from the Friulian mountains) proved to have a slightly acidic aftertaste. If I were to repeat the experience, I would probably prefer a more robust one. Anyway, thanks again for your kindness and the refined food!

A simple atmosphere, complemented by the flavors and warm Romagna hospitality, at over a thousand meters above sea level. Suitable for both casual omnivores and discerning vegetarians. Reasonable prices, and ask the manager for advice on your choices.

16/11/2025: For a medium gelato, €4, and that's not a bad price. Even though the gelato was tasteless and melted quickly, the clerks were so rude they almost seemed annoyed when I asked for the gelato. It melted in just a few seconds, and since I got dirty, I had to wash my hands in the sea because they didn't even provide a handkerchief, which should be included even if the customer doesn't ask for it. And, it's no excuse to say, "You could have asked," because some people are embarrassed, and the fact that the clerks aren't at all polite doesn't help; this should be a given. Terrible, not recommended. P.S. I didn't choose the wrong gelato shop because the other one is clearly better.
