04/02/2026: It would be nice to try breakfast midweek; I set out on purpose and drove dozens of kilometers twice, both Tuesday and Thursday, only to find it closed!
Doubly disappointing both in January and early February.
Is it expensive to change the hours online? ...It's pointless to write on the door that in January the hours are as follows, and then in February it's the same old thing.

09/01/2026: The place is right on the lakefront, with a beautiful and evocative landscape. They also have rooms available; they look lovely from the website. To be honest, we weren't crazy about the meat! And the polenta was nothing special. The lake is suitable for swimming, and there are also tables where you can picnic. The parking lot is a ten-minute walk away. I'd go back for an aperitif and to try the desserts!
21/12/2025: I wasn't able to have any experience at this place because I bought a €200 gift voucher in September, but in October I was told that it was fully booked, that they would be renovating in November, and I booked on December 6th. But I was NOT notified, and the day before I found out ON MY OWN that the place had been closed and no one had refunded me my money. The owner cannot be contacted, and I discovered via Facebook that I wasn't the only person whose money wasn't refunded. At this point, I have to say that it was a complete SCAM because, to be honest, the owner should have warned us. Not even the local municipal police were able to do anything. €200 LOST. BAD BEHAVIOR

01/02/2026: The staff clearly lack smiles, plus the €16 hamburgers are ridiculously overpriced for a really bad defrosted patty and bacon that's more fat than meat. You're better off going to McDonald's; it's better and cheaper!

25/02/2026: Professional tourist trap! The waiter offers you friendly "few day offers" outside menu, saying those were the “dish of the day” and arrive fast. Sounds a good option, but no info about price. Day offer is never higher price than the range of the menu — the highest price listed was €16, usually cheaper. But when you get the bill, these "dish of the day" were pasta €20 and aubergine €25 !? All the were the size of the starter rather than a "dish". Amazing how this place exists.read reviews and avoid it - 25-50% more than the highest price in the menu! And thats not all, we were 2 tables and when they understood, that i pay for both, the 2nd table was thrown out however my daughter was finishing her pasta. Just ridiculous place.

25/09/2025: I met the owner through a colleague of mine (we were on a business trip from Genoa) and we had to dine out every night as we worked at night... we came to eat here and every following evening too... the food was excellent at a truly spectacular price... the owner is friendly, kind and a great cook... I will definitely go back to her place on my next trip.

12/02/2026: I don't understand the very negative reviews; I ordered two takeout pizzas, they were very quick, and the pizzas were very good. The only negative thing is probably the price, because €13 for a diavola isn't cheap, but overall, it's very good.

22/09/2025: We were drawn to this bar because it advertised its house aperitivo outside. We ordered two alcoholic drinks and two non-alcoholic drinks, totaling €32, a high price for what we received.
The non-alcoholic drink was a fruit smoothie, while the alcoholic one was the same, with gin added. To accompany our drinks, we were given a small bowl of chips and a small plate with a little ham, a few thin slices of cheese, and a few breadsticks. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it.

11/09/2025: A beautiful location, the pitches are level and well drained. Lots of walks straight from the site. We stayed one night and found the hosts very friendly but the facilities are old and not very good. We had no hot water, even when we paid for it. It's not a bad place to stay but there is better. €32 for a campervan with 2 people, 2 dogs and electric.

28/12/2025: The food was nice, but expensive as expected when you are trapped in the alpine heights. When paying, the cashier chose to have me pay in DKK instead of EURO, which gives me extra fees, which the restaurant then earns. Bad style not to let the customer choose the currency, and probably a conscious choice to increase their own income at the customer's expense.
25/12/2025: Great service and food all around. The staff from each area is kind and willing to help. Incredible views in well connected spot on the mountain. Higher prices but given its location and the quality of the food, this was acceptable!

21/10/2025: I bought a pork shank on October 21st, pre-wrapped today on October 20th I opened the package, I had to throw it away for me the cold chain was broken and those who work there should be careful.
18/08/2025: Last Saturday, late in the morning, at MD in Saint Christophe, at the cured meats and cheese counter, after ordering some cheese and ham, I asked for 200 grams of culatello, which cost €2.60 per 100 grams. Once I got home, I noticed that the culatello's packaging read "bresaola," at a price per 100 grams that was almost double the price of the culatello I had ordered. This is frankly intolerable, especially considering that there were no other customers at the counter at the time, meaning the cheese and cured meats clerk had plenty of time to correctly select the weight and price of the cured meat I had chosen. I would appreciate an explanation.

15/08/2025: "I went to Bar Mafrica and had a cappuccino and a cream brioche. The cappuccino was cold, as was the brioche. The quality was poor, and I paid €6, which I think is too much considering the quality. I strongly advise against it."
