I live in an area where there are hundreds of pizzerias, both renowned and otherwise. I have eaten pizzas of all types and in many latitudes but Al Tarabas' pizza IS THE BEST. Light, thin, tasty, cooked well... The choice is varied and the beers are decent. Don't ever change..!!

We went to this simple but welcoming place after a morning of skiing with friends, children and adults. In its simplicity it has everything you need to enjoy a quiet lunch...pizza, enough choices on the à la carte menu, courtesy of the staff. Personally I enjoyed a "simple" dish of stew with polenta. Well done and just the right amount. We also enjoyed the complete menu of starters, first course, second course and dessert and I must say that we didn't find anything unpleasant. Very recommended place.

Siamo tornati a pranzare qui a un anno di distanza, ed Entrambe le volte siamo stati soddisfatti della pizza che abbiamo mangiato, l'ambiente non è particolarmente nuovo, è un po' buio, ma la pizza è buona e il personale è gentile e si spende il giusto per essere a Cogne. Promosso 👍

Informalità, cortesia, pizza buona, costi adeguati. Personalmente ad una pizzeria non chiedo altro. Se verrò ancora a Cogne so dove andare a mangiare la pizza.

Repinsa Gourmet Food

11/12/2023: Posso definire la pinsa il "breve tratto", poiché il locale si trova nei pressi del centro ed è accessibile a tutti. Il locale punta tutto sulla specialità pizzaiola in salsa romana, inoltre quest'ultimo offre un onesto servizio alla clientela in materia di croccantezza. In questa particolare situazione ho optato per un classico rinforzo leggero, la pinsa bufalina. Una variante più spinta del normale che soddisfa sempre in qualunque occasione. Non abitando distante, ho optato questa soluzione per un asporto facile e sicuro. Nulla da dire sono rimasto enormemente soddisfatto. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da una semplice bottiglia d'acqua naturale.
11/10/2023: Morning at the Repinsa bar at Carrefour in Pollein. A coffee served with Santina's beautiful smile (I asked for her name for the review 😄)! Professional, kind and nice! Delicious coffee and croissants!

06/04/2024: 5 stars because it is very characteristic and as early as 11am you meet friendly local pensioners who drink grappa and speak dialect <3 (but it is absolutely not an alcoholic bar)
