Great Aosta Valley classics revisited, with a constantly updated menu featuring seasonal ingredients. Extensive wine cellar. The owners are friendly and discreet, never intrusive. This is the third time we've been, always at different times. Excellent experience. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant, we ate there twice in a row and everything was delicious. The owner is very pleasant and always gives a warm welcome with a smile. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, we were there in the low season, so we dined in an empty room. However, this didn't prevent us from creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for couples to enjoy. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was simple yet attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: The dining room is very beautiful and welcoming. The food is good, with a great selection of high-quality products (cheeses and cured meats). The gnocchi al bleu and apple pie are top-notch. Bravo, Beppe!

Ristorante L'Essentiel da Andreone

07/03/2026: We recently ate at L’essentiel and the food was delicious including the trout starte, onion soup etc. all exceptional. But more importantly, the management and personnel are accommodating and so thoughtful. They had steak off the menu and it had finished so they promised to order some for us on our next visit. Truly caring. We highly recommend
