25/06/2025: Nice place with tables outside that serves, with a really fast service (almost too fast!) modern dishes based on tradition, even if there is no lack of great regional classics. Pleasant selection of local wines by the glass.

28/06/2025: We didn't like the outdoor area, a plastic tent along the road. The dishes recommended as excellent by the owner seemed rather ordinary to us. Prices a bit high for what was offered and no receipt.

24/06/2025: We ate a pizza here and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever eaten, I also complimented the pizza chef, really good and very light, I didn't even have any digestion problems afterwards. Highly recommended for the pizza, we didn't have the chance to try the rest.

Sipatiche le botti "privè". ottima scelta di vini valdaostani e non, possibilità di taglieri con salumi tradizionali e piatti anche poco impegnativi e sfiziosi. Personale gentile e solerte. Sempre pieno, meglio prenotare.

10/06/2025: We only went to the restaurant, not to the hotel. The restaurant is a few minutes drive from Aosta. Genuine food, of very good quality. You can find excellent dishes of the Aosta Valley and Piedmont tradition, from appetizers to desserts. The Valpellinentze soup is exquisite, one of the best you can find in the Aosta Valley! The wines are also good. Fair prices, excellent value for money. Truly a trattoria where it is pleasant to stay, the environment is very welcoming. Furthermore, very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

We got the best bread basket of all the restaurants we had eaten at in Italy, where the bread was still warm and fresh. Everything we had was delicious and we were even offered a couple of small things to try. It was the perfect spot for us.

24/04/2025: Ci ha consigliato questo locale l’hotel dove alloggiavamo e non sbagliava! Carne ottima, cotta perfettamente nel forno a legna, buoni i contorni, come il vino, servizio puntuale e veloce, e per finire una torta paradisiaca (veramente) appena sfornata . Se siete a Cervinia non potete mancare questo locale, caldo e accogliente, come il personale. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con i prodotti ed il servizio. Meglio prenotare perché è piccolo, ma proprio per questo affascinante. Noi in realtà non avevamo prenotato, ma ci hanno dato lo stesso un tavolino alto con due sgabelli dove siamo stati bene. Si può cenare anche al banco.

13/04/2025: This is a great traditional Italian restaurant. Their speciality is meat, steak to be precise, I don't think I have seen a steak so big!! We were seated at the bar so had a good view of everyone's steak being cooked on the open fire, looks like thirsty work! For the vegetarians there is a chose of pastas/gnocchi with a choice of sauces, mix and match. The tiramisu is the best in town however, a must try! The portions are quite big for children but are easy to share.

22/06/2025: We stayed two days in Gressoney and, only after doing a little research, we found this place. What can I say, we decided to have dinner both nights of our stay in this restaurant because the first dinner really amazed us. Delicious dishes, we tried appetizers, first courses and second courses. Highly recommended are the mushroom tart as an appetizer, the tagliarin with guinea fowl and chanterelle sauce and the veal tip. Also delicious desserts, we tried the panna cotta and the chocolate mousse, wonderful. Highly recommended, we will be back. Guenda and Gabri

15/06/2025: The restaurant is very nice and typical, all made of wood. Prices were definitely high, food was good, we had some first courses and we liked them, but nothing spectacular. When we asked for some parmesan to put in the pasta with sauce for the little girl, we were told that it was all finished because it was used for polenta. Too bad for the lady who works there, not very friendly, she seemed a bit annoyed and not very kind, even when we asked to be able to change a diaper on a simple chair, she told us that it was absolutely not possible.

08/06/2025: Came here for lunch in very low season. Ate the menu of the day. Average. Acceptable gnocchi with gorgonzola, good scaloppina and also excellent accompanying vegetables. Friendly and kind service, simple environment, the location is on the road, not much. To try again in high season for dinner.
