05/10/2025: I've been to Nordkapp many times and I think it's the absolute best in all of Gressoney. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, and the wine list, both local and international, is excellent. The place is very welcoming; the wooden decor, the beautiful stove, and the photographs on the walls immerse you in a true Alpine experience. The manager who serves the tables has always been very courteous and helpful; we can't wait to return!

05/10/2025: I've been coming to Gressoney since I was a child, and since I've been working, I've treated myself to at least one dinner at Nordkapp every season. Undoubtedly the best restaurant in the valley, prices are a bit higher than average, but it's definitely worth it. Every dish is tasty, balanced, and perfect. See you this winter! 😊

27/06/2025: There is a place in the Aosta Valley where gravity falters, and the laws of common sense are put on hold in favor of something more important: the aperitif. A cosmic wormhole that leads to the Orion constellation of Stargate. No, it's not a dream. It's the AV Bar, nestled inside the Conad in Condemine, Sarre — or rather: it's the Conad that's nestled inside the AV Bar! Who cares about shopping after having had a mystical experience of this caliber? You don't go in here. You're summoned. In the morning, the coffee has such a thick cream that you could build a mountain refuge with stilts. But the real magic happens in the afternoon: as soon as you glance at the counter, one of the very good barmaids throws you a spritz like the Olympic torch: either you grab it, or you go home without fame and without glory. Period. No, but let's talk about spritzes. Let's talk about it. The barmaids are so generous with their pours that each glass measures as much as the aquarium you keep in your living room. If I were you, I would call the bar before arriving to ask if they have bunk beds for the night. Forewarned is forearmed! This is why we are fighting to have the Conad sign replaced with a giant 12-meter glass of Spritz. Because, let's face it, no one gives a damn about Conad. People come in there for detergent, but end up with three Spritzes in their bellies and a salami under their arm. That's the reality of the facts ladies and gentlemen. In conclusion: The AV Bar is the best use ever conceived in the history of humanity for a space inside a supermarket. P.S. We contacted the municipality for an urban planning proposal: replace the entire Sarre roundabout with a Spritz fountain! P.P.S. We wanted to thank the barmaids from the bottom of our hearts for forgetting to charge us for our coffees (for two consecutive mornings). We'll tip you before we're done with vacation. Promise!

27/06/2025: nice! I stopped by by chance this morning (I don't usually go shopping there) .. very kind cashier, always smiling (a short girl with long brown hair and piercings), I'll be back!

15/08/2025: A gelateria (because that's the service I often frequent) that has few equals in the hinterland. Variety of flavors, creativity, and quality ingredients. Gelato always creamy and served at just the right temperature. The staff is dynamic and courteous.

19/04/2025: Very polite staff and quite fast. The room is nice, the outside is in a small area but a lot of people still come in. If you want to relax and divert your mind, highly recommended

01/10/2025: The restaurant is busy, as there are many tourists in town, so the prices are a bit more expensive than in other towns in Aosta. The pizzas taste good and are really large. Unfortunately, one of our dishes was forgotten and arrived 10 minutes later than everyone else was almost finished.

29/09/2025: A woman with black hair suddenly emerged from my blind spot and reached for the spray bottle and cloth above my head, bringing them down onto my head. She offered no apology and repeated the action a second time. Unpleasant service. This is the first time I've had such an awkward Italian meal.

28/07/2025: Da fuori non gli daresti due lire, ma appena entrati ti accoglie un bellissimo e particolare locale con camino acceso. Il cameriere, pur essendo da solo, è attento alla clientela e, sebbene il servizio sia un pochino lento, il cibo e il vino (tutti prodotti locali) sono davvero ottimi. Due chiacchiere finali allietate da del Ginepy fanno terminare in allegria la serata.

02/05/2025: Ristorante davvero ottimo, vasta scelta di piatti tipici, potente di ogni tipo e personale super carino. Location da 10 più con vista sul paese e sui monti innevati della Val D'Aosta. Consigliato prenotare! Personale super cordiale, se ricapitasse tornerò!!!!

07/03/2025: Esperienza meravigliosa nella tranquillità e l’accoglienza di Pan er Vin. Piatti tipici valdostani al top (ravioloni al capriolo oppure polenta taragna), per nn parlare dei gustosissimi dolci ! Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo.

18/10/2025: Very high expectations, which unfortunately don't reflect reality. Dry polenta, spoiled venison, and a very questionable homemade dessert for €7. Waiting with the place empty. Inadequate value for money. Too bad, the waiter was kind.

13/10/2025: A historic restaurant built on the Busserailles Caves. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Adding a tour of the caves makes the experience unforgettable.

02/09/2025: 3 days of relaxation, friendly and professional staff, good food, excellent breakfast, the only flaw was the room in need of renovation and poor soundproofing. Central location and a good starting point for excursions.

02/09/2025: Here on vacation for two days, hotel in the town center, steps from the ski lift. Also close to the supermarket. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with everything you could possibly need. The staff was competent and attentive, and the hotel management was also commendable.

09/08/2025: I'm sorry because it looked much better, but in the end they brought us a second mixed grill for four. Only the sausages were good, very good in fact, but the overcooked and inedible pork chop and the cold lamb were the final blow to our meal. I understand that we arrived at 2 PM and the grill was almost out. We were standing next to the grill and watched the dishes come out of the kitchen after a long time, but nothing was removed from the grill. Does that mean the meat was kept under a chafing dish? I can't be sure, but it wasn't acceptable.

13/09/2025: The best hotel I stayed in on my 14 Day trip in the Alpes. Courmayeur was the best place I visited. The views were fantastic.
