17/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at Le Sapin Rouge. Coming down from Cervinia, I stopped simply to ask for a toasted sandwich, but was told they could only make me a sandwich. Shortly afterward, however, I was told they didn't even have bread.
Honestly, it seemed absurd: walking into a bar and finding out they can't even make a toasted sandwich or a sandwich is a bit like stopping for a coffee and being told they don't have coffee.
A truly unprofessional incident, which leaves a bad impression on a place that, being in a tourist area, should at least guarantee the availability of basic products.
I can't honestly judge the kitchen service, as I didn't even receive basic service.
05/09/2025: Finally, after a few years, in memory of memorable barbecues, we returned to Tamara and Pasquale. A magnificent confirmation.
The best grilled fish, meat, and vegetables in the Aosta Valley are here. All accompanied by undisputed friendliness. Well done. Keep up the good work!

17/10/2025: Beautiful 3-star hotel with a spa, ski storage, and various amenities. A high-quality restaurant with good food and wines. Beautiful views of the Aosta side, convenient to the slopes. Pets are welcome.
01/09/2025: At the top of the mountain, fantastic location. A typical mountain hotel, very well-maintained, clean, and extremely friendly staff. Large room and large, well-equipped bathroom (lockers, drawers, and a real hairdryer). Quiet surroundings. There's a spa, very useful after a hike. Sun loungers outside for sunbathing and enjoying the view. The restaurant offers a different menu every evening, featuring numerous gourmet delicacies. A place to return to; I've been in the summer, and I imagine it would be beautiful with snow.

08/12/2025: Then you have to admit that trattorias like this are real gems. The food is excellent, truly good. It tastes of everything, home-made and very homely. I would have given it an extra star for the service, but Google won't let me. I think it's truly a place you should try sooner or later. If you're passing through, I think it's definitely worth it. I'm a really picky eater; I've tried several Michelin-starred restaurants, and this place even made me mop up the bread. That speaks for itself.
13/11/2025: We stopped at this trattoria for breakfast on our way to the spa, so we can't comment on lunch, but we can definitely say the cakes we had for breakfast were exceptional (a chocolate and pear slice and a crust of blackcurrant and almond jam). The owner is polite, welcoming, friendly, and down-to-earth. While we were having breakfast, the phone kept ringing with lunch reservations, so I assume the food is good at lunch too. We promised ourselves we'd come back and stay for lunch.

07/12/2025: Today, on a super busy day, they managed to handle the customers very well, but above all, compliments to the grilled food: excellent, tasty, well-cooked, much better than in other old restaurants, including Biella, Vercelli, and Vinovo. Well done, Aosta workers, keep it up!!

05/12/2025: I come with my husband Rosario or with children and grandchildren and it is very good. The meat is excellent and tasty and the burgers for the little ones are delicious. We come often and willingly, the owner is very kind and the boys are well-mannered. We will continue to come here.

16/11/2025: We chose this cozy little place to celebrate my daughter's second birthday... a table of 16 hungry relatives ready to party! We ate delicious cured meats and cheeses, followed by truly exceptional polenta with cheese and meat! Good food, genuine smiles, a restaurant with a strong positive energy. All this was enhanced by the friendliness and delicacy of Anita, who is legendary. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and veranda. Mrs. Nadia is kind, friendly, and attentive. You feel at home. The food is simple and good. Valpelinese soup is flavorful, but at a moderate level. Simple, flavorful ham and cheese crepes. A cutlet, not made here, but good to have. Aromatic local wine. Authentic mocetta. A tender heart jon cake, made here, but wonderful. :-P. Prices are a bit higher, but it's worth a visit every now and then. :-)
