Wow. It's been two years since I've been to the Aosta Valley and haven't had the opportunity to taste its delicacies. We struck gold at this place. The owners are very courteous, kind, and helpful. The place is very well-kept and clean. The background music is carefully chosen. Timeless classics. And what can I say, the icing on the cake is the food 😍 local cured meats, local cheeses, local honey, simply wow. The sandwiches and burgers are out of this world. Then the craft beers, oh my, what a treat. I recommend this as a must-stop for anyone passing through Gressoney la Trinité. A must-try.

I was looking for a restaurant to eat traditional cuisine, but the ones I called were all full. I saw this one, which honestly didn't look very appealing from the outside... but then, when the food arrived, it literally hit me. Everything was really, really good. The cured meats and cheeses were delicious! The pasta lacked a bit of salt, but the food was fresh. Truly top-notch...

Great place for lunch during a day of skiing. Moderate prices, very friendly staff. Very comfortable place. We'll be back.
