We stopped at this hotel for just one night because we were passing through, and we ate at the restaurant that evening. Dinner was delicious, the food was amazing, especially the lamb. The room was really clean. Everything was excellent.

Le Gîte aux Marroniers

The owners are incredibly kind, going above and beyond, and the dishes are a few, using quality ingredients and excellently cooked, at a more than fair price. I dined here three nights out of three, and I regret not staying longer to try EVERY dish on the menu. I had Savoy cabbage in bagna cauda, ​​Valdostan fondue, Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, salad, Valpellinense soup, Valdostan escalope, and hazelnut cake, all accompanied by a glass of Petit Rouge.
