21/12/2025: Stayed as a group for a retreat. Stunning location with a view, especially from the glass-enclosed dining room. Large and comfortable rooms. The food was truly delicious. The desserts and cream show was unforgettable. The service was professional yet very friendly. An experience definitely worth repeating!

09/12/2025: I spent a night at this Alpine relais and rest stop, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, expertly managed with passion. The property is beautifully nestled in the mountain village, tastefully renovated with fine architectural features. There's a relaxation area with a sauna and Turkish bath. The dinner was excellent and varied, featuring traditional dishes. Thank you for the early breakfast on the holiday Monday.

05/11/2025: An unforgettable experience! The modern, cutting-edge structure gives you a sense of safety and durability. Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

09/12/2025: Just left dinner, and I have to say, Christian outdid himself. I tried the arrosticini and a carbonara made to perfection: flavorful, creamy, and with that precision that only someone who truly loves what they do can bring to the dish. All accompanied by a truly excellent wine, carefully and expertly recommended. To finish, a soft and delicious tiramisu, perfect for ending the evening with a smile. A place where you can taste the chef's touch and passion in every dish. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: We dined at this restaurant, a very welcoming and characteristic location. The waiters were particularly gracious and attentive, but never intrusive. The menu offers a wide selection of both individual dishes and convivial platters. We opted for a charcuterie board as an appetizer, followed by two convivial platters and desserts. The food was excellent and the prices were fairly reasonable. A small negative: in our convivial dish, "l'Encore de Sapin," the pickles were too few compared to the amount of cheese. Positive: The chef's welcome entree was very welcome, and the service deserves praise. The desserts are also highly recommended: the excellent apple parcel and the zabaglione prepared at the table.

06/01/2026: A truly excellent lunch, from the quality of the food, to the presentation, and the service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers. The menu featured a variety of cheeses, as well as meat and fish. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

02/12/2025: A pleasant surprise in the center of Aosta. A warm and welcoming restaurant managed with great professionalism. The chef has succeeded in bringing colors and flavors from around the world to the table, a culmination of his journeys through flavors and reinterpretations. Each dish is a true journey! 29/11/2025: I was very pleased with my experience here! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The environment was nice. Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.

Shout out to Roland our waiter who went well above and beyond when our hotel shuttle broke down and Roland drove us back to our hotel with a smile on his face. HIGHLY Recommend !!! Try the House special soup ... divine .....

06/01/2026: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends, enjoying good food and warm hospitality. The appetizer was excellent, featuring typical local cheeses accompanied by carefully selected jams. The pappardelle were delicious, and the tagliata was truly exquisite, cooked to perfection. The whole experience was made even more enjoyable by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were truly lovely and welcoming. An experience worth repeating, highly recommended!

05/03/2026: Excellent location, where I've been many times, with Aosta Valley decor and candles at every table that create a beautiful atmosphere. I've tried practically all the dishes and I must say they're all delicious, although the chocolate fountain was disappointing last time, as the fruit wasn't exactly the best. But all in all, it's a restaurant I recommend you try, and you'll find the staff very welcoming and friendly.
