14/05/2024: The welcoming and warm service perfectly complements the quality of the products and the pleasure of tasting. The cheese platter was delicious, enhanced by the condiments offered. The complimentary appetizer and aperitif also contribute to this unique experience.

03/06/2024: I started with fish, meat and vegetable appetizers. Then 2 appetizers, a first course, a second course, pre dessert and dessert and a tasting of paired wines. Plus great coffee. The place is in the centre: an old barn with a mezzanine, with public parking a few meters away. It offers refined traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley area, up to dishes with an international touch. Excellent wine list and carefully chosen pairings.

24/02/2024: Place with a nice atmosphere: soft lights, background music. Warm welcome. Limited menu offering but it is explained that the chef prefers to focus on a few dishes that change seasonally rather than having a broad offering. We tasted duck and fish soup and a cheese plate. Each dish is explained to make you understand the preparation behind it. If you want to taste Breton cuisine in Aosta this place is highly recommended. Parking can be difficult, you just need to know

17/02/2024: My husband and I decided to book a room here at the last minute as we wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains with our baby girl. We’re so happy we did! The hotel were able to accommodate us arriving on a Friday evening. They warmly welcomed us and were prompt in checking us in and getting our bags delivered to our room so we were able to use the spa before it closed for the night. They also made our baby some fresh vegetable purée as we needed, and booked us a dinner reservation. The staff were all around incredible especially with our baby, and really make this place feel like a home. The details all over are also so intimate and feel like a family member’s alpine chalet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The spa was nice although very small, especially the outdoor pool but decent enough. The sauna and steam room were nice. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. We will definitely return.

01/05/2024: Excellent restaurant with high food quality! Saffron risotto with pistils and excellent marrow! Delicious ravioli del plin, delicate veal with tuna sauce, excellent! And finally an amazing dark chocolate and pistachio cake! Congratulations to all the staff! I will be back for sure!!!

24/05/2024: An experience to definitely have in a lifetime, cutting-edge latest generation system, in a few minutes you are at the top rotating 360*. In my opinion, however, too much side dish, restaurant, bar, cinema, wine shop and various "experiences" make you lose sight of the charm and the reason for going up to Bianco which is nature and not a five-star structure

02/06/2024: Yesterday I had dinner at Stefenelli Desk... it's not the first time, a welcoming place where you feel at home. Chef Marco, Sandra in the dining room and all their staff take care of you to ensure you spend an evening full of culinary pleasure. You eat divinely, a search for flavours, colors and aromas that never disappoint. What happiness!!!

Good and well presented dishes all with high quality products, with an eye to local producers. Wide choice on the wine list. Right relationship between price and quality. Advised.

27/01/2024: A truly superb experience of typical Aosta Valley cuisine. The dishes on the menu are few and masterfully cooked. The concia polenta, available in three versions (normal, concia - with fontina, fat - with fontina and butter) is superb. Meat and sausages melt in your mouth. Informal and relaxing environment, smiling and courteous staff.

31/03/2024: What a pleasant surprise. For the first time, after the reopening with the new management, we find an excellent welcome, in a location that is always up to par. Excellent service, a very well assorted wine list, with prices for all palates. The dishes are presented very well and even better when you taste them. Quality and care in the cuisine, they offer a truly assorted and delicious menu. Well done…! From appetizers to desserts, everything is worth trying. We will definitely be back. Price appropriate to the quality, position and location, without exaggerating.

I went with a lunch voucher offered by the ski centre, from their point of view they could therefore have given me a "minimum of decency" service and nothing more because in any case I wasn't the one paying and maybe I would never have returned. On the contrary, they welcomed me as rarely happens for a place on the slopes, that is, with great courtesy and attention and not just in a hasty way. the portion of food was generous and of excellent quality. Really compliments for the service and how they work. Well done!
