03/01/2025: Warm welcome with a welcome drink and a complimentary appetizer. The traditional “Favo” and trout pasta, fresh and prepared before our eyes, was exceptional. The anchovy-vegetable starter and the perfect homemade panettone enhanced this meal. Old chalet atmosphere, attentive service, and superb dishes: an authentic and memorable experience.

Cozy place, warm but not demanding, relaxing atmosphere. The owner, a RESTAURANT, handled a benevolent criticism with courtesy, grace and professionalism. The price is medium-high but completely commensurate with what is expressed above. Highly recommended

17/01/2025: Beautiful place to end your day on the Valtournenche slopes! Walter and Sabrina are perfect hosts and together with their top team they ensure that you enjoy yourself. Enjoy food, drinks, fun and views. From the beautiful and spacious terrace outside, but also inside by the fireplace.

06/01/2025: Fantastic experience. We called the day before but there was no room, we left our phone number and they called back the next morning saying they had found us a table. Even though we had booked elsewhere, we canceled and went here. Never was a more appropriate choice. The place is splendid, tastefully furnished but what struck us was the kindness and education of all the staff, and the truly delicious food. Normal prices for the mountains, extensive wine list and not a very vast choice on the menu (a good sign!). Congratulations to all the staff and managers, we can't wait to return in the summer!

18/01/2025: Beautiful, modern and well-maintained cable car. When you go up you have a beautiful view towards the valley and towards Mont Blanc. There are several tabulated times that you can see on the site or up close. When does it ever happen in your life to climb one of the most famous peaks in the world? A must do if you are in the area.

It is not just a viewpoint but a spectacular structure divided into two sections where there are museums, experiences, explanations on climbing and obviously fabulous views of Mont Blanc. It is also a starting point for those who want to do air skiing, paragliding, or off-piste (very demanding).

Situated in an enchanting position, this restaurant is a real corner of Val d'Aosta, where each dish tells a story of tradition, passion and quality. The atmosphere of Osteria Mansio is warm and welcoming, with rustic furnishings that recall the typical style of mountain huts. The wood, stone, soft lights and lit fireplace create an intimate and familiar environment, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. The staff is always smiling, helpful and ready to recommend the dishes of the day, making every customer feel at home. The real star of Osteria Mansio, however, is undoubtedly the Aosta Valley cuisine. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, many of which come directly from the region. The cuisine is rustic, but refined, with a strong link to local traditions.

30/12/2024: The only place that really satisfied us in this short holiday near Aosta. Kind and friendly service and never affected, portions generous portions of decidedly above average food prepared by a good (and friendly!) Chef, honest prices and understanding towards children. If we return to these parts we will definitely eat here again. P.s. to new customers, let the juke box play!

24/12/2024: Excellent restaurant where you can eat typical dishes of the Aosta Valley and beyond! The gentleman (I apologize but I don't know his name) who served us was very professional, kind, friendly and attentive to detail. 30/12/2024: If I had to choose a restaurant in the Aosta Valley it would be this one. Traditional food of exquisite quality and taste. The best gnocchi I have ever eaten and the ragù pappardelle with an authentic recipe that you can't find anymore. The service is close and super friendly. The very beautiful and cozy design typical of the area. We had dinner one night and before finishing dinner we made a reservation for the next night, that's not enough for words.
