13/08/2024: Friendly and efficient staff. Cozy place with good dishes. Must try.

09/08/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant during a trip to Cogne. During the booking we pointed out that our 1 year old daughter was with us and when we arrived we found the table set for her too, with everything she needed. The staff is truly fabulous, kind and attentive, they pay a lot of attention to the service. The dishes are really well presented and above all they are excellent!!!. We will definitely be back!

18/08/2024: I did advanced rafting. It was a lot of fun and the staff was friendly and competent. Definitely recommended for those who love adventure and want to try something new

17/08/2024: What a joy to discover this magnificent place in a breathtaking setting overlooked by these mountains of the Grand Paradiso massif! Paradise is found on the plate. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in the region! Bravissimo to the whole team!!! In the photo the beef tataki and the raw and cooked prawns and the semi-cooked salmon. For dessert, chocolate ganache.

11/08/2024: I came here with my relatives. Starters not too much for my taste but then I had a beef tartare with also a piece of cooked meat. Very good. Friendly and friendly staff, welcoming and historic venue.

25/08/2024: It's a unique experience. Experienced it in the summer and would like to repeat it in the winter. It's an experience for everyone but don't dream of going equipped and covered because at the top as soon as the sun covers it gets cold. You shouldn't venture onto the glacier alone! Very beautiful piece of engineering. Lots of things to see inside too and then the white piano in the hall is a gem!

21/08/2024: Una recensione non potrà mai spiegare a pieno ciò che si prova ad essere ospiti in questo locale. Anzi, la parola "ospite" è quasi denigrante dato che tutta la famiglia che gestisce questo ristorante ti fa sentire parte, appunto, della famiglia. Sul cibo poco da dire: vi consiglio la polenta concia e gli gnocchi al bleu. Anche il tiramisù fatto in casa è stato tanta roba. Prezzi più che onesti. Consiglio una chiamata per prenotare.

16/08/2024: I recently ate at Brasserie du Breithorn and the experience was excellent. I ordered the polenta concia accompanied by stew, and it was simply delicious. The polenta was perfectly seasoned and the stew tender and flavorful. A truly excellent dish, which I highly recommend to anyone who visits the restaurant. A culinary experience that is definitely worth a visit.

02/07/2024: TOP hospitality, even for our two dogs (well-behaved, but medium-sized); TOP TOP menu with amazing pecorino parmigiana and apple crumble as good as I've ever eaten; TOP TOP TOP location that makes you feel at home, and really makes you feel good. We will be back, you guys are really very good!

14/08/2024: For years I walked past it saying I wanted to try it, and today I did. Le Sabot is not huge but it is warm and welcoming, all in wood and with decorations typical of the restaurants in the Valley. I ate pappardelle with exceptional hare ragu, but there were those who tried a wonderful risotto. Even the mixed cold cuts and cheese platter, eaten as a main course even though it would be an appetizer, was rich and full of flavor. The desserts didn't disappoint either, and the cakes, a sbrisolona with Nutella and a lemon and meringue cake, were delicious. I also recommend the lemon sorbet and liquorice liqueur! All obviously homemade! The best touch? The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming and treated us wonderfully. We'll be back... it's early too!

02/08/2024: Dopo molti anni sono tornato a mangiare in questo posto che frequntavo da giovane. Ho ritrovato i sapori di un tempo con qualche variante moderna, ma sempre di ottimo gusto e con porzioni generose. C'èstato qualche fraintendimento sulle ordinazioni ma nulla di serio, può capitare in una serata affollata di luglio. Consigliatissimo per chi è alla ricerca di un buon posto in questo splendido angolo della Valle d'Aosta.

29/08/2024: Food that tries to impress like being sophisticated. Pretty much tasteless and just a reminder of that deconstructed food. Mille Feuille cake that made with two layers of puff pastry and inside whip cream. Children unfriendly particularly the lady that looks like the maître.

24/08/2024: Que ce soit les amuses bouche, le pré-dessert ou bien les plats eux-mêmes, tout est ravissement quant à la qualité ou la créativité. Ajoutés à cela, un cadre agréable et un service soigné ! Comment ne pas mettre 5 étoiles à ce petit trésor d'Aoste?! Et votre Carte Bleue n'en souffrira même pas !😁
