11/08/2025: It was an exhilarating experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We came with children a variety of ages and everyone enjoyed it from age 6 and up

10/08/2025: Very nice experience! We did the "Complete/advanced" tour with guide Chris. The guide was the best: instructive, funny and made sure we had a great time. The rafting was fun and adventurous but not very difficult so everyone can do it I think. Great company and would recommend 100%!

09/07/2025: The food was delicious, the service was great, and lovely atmosphere. All dishes were top-notch. We recommend their personal cave aged cheeses and local wines.

06/07/2025: We had lunch at the Foyer des Guides on a beautiful summer day and were thrilled. The location is truly priceless: a postcard view of the mountains of Valtournenche that alone is worth the visit. The cuisine is authentic and tasty, I had tasty polenta concia and tagliatelle with venison ragù. Also ideal for families: outside there is a nice playground with ping pong and trampolines, where children can have fun safely while parents relax in the sun.

16/07/2025: erano diverse volte che si opzionava la visita a questo tempio della buona cucina e cosi a mezzogiorno di oggi 16 Luglio ci siano recati in questo tempio della cucina di Tura un bravo e eccellente chef che ormai si e fatto le ossa nei templi della garnde cucina e che adesso gestisce con il supporto della sua compagna questo buon locale ubicato alla periferia di Valtournenche con comodissimo parcheggio l'accoglienza e stata buona e il menu che ci e stato presentato con un varietà di scelta molto buona dal classici piatti locali alle buone specialità della regione di provenienza della compagna L'Abruzzo servizio molto curato in tutti i particolari e ottimo cibo da noi scelto e difficile per noi piemontesi e valdostani aprezzare la buona cucina che il nostro bel amato paese offre ma in questo ristorante il connubio si accosta secondo me alla clientela ottima la scelta di una buona bottiglia di cerasuolo d'abruzzo per per terminare un grazioso e sfizioso dessert e poi l! offerta di un ottimo digestivo no potevano concludere con un buonissimo pranzo lo Chef tura non avrà la stella Michelin ma due stelle le merità grazie per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza noi sicuramente torneremo magari accompagnando amici a cui le buona e eccellente buona cucina apprezzano un semplice grazie e arrivederci ai vostri tavoli. 05/09/2025: The food is excellent, no complaints. The price is fair. However, I have to be a little critical of the management. We entered the restaurant and there were about 6-7 free tables, but despite this, they seated us in a second room, almost completely dark, where we were the only ones, without any explanation. We assume it's because we have two small children. 5 stars for the food, without a doubt. 2/3 stars for the management. I recommend it for the food, but if you have small children, you might want to eat in the second room. Almost completely dark. 4 stars. Because I'm generous.

13/08/2025: A very pretty location in this village with stone houses. The place isn't huge, but it's very well decorated. The cook, an old-school Abruzzese woman, came to take our order. Her cuisine is sublime, and you can tell she uses quality ingredients and makes everything herself. We spent the right amount.

12/08/2025: Osteria Mansio1695 is a converted 17th-century house, where wood and stone exude warmth and sophistication. Fresh homemade pasta and dishes cooked on a traditional wood-fired stove make every dish authentic and delicious.

06/07/2025: Searched on Google, driven by the more than positive reviews, we stopped for a lunch as a couple and I must say that expectations were not disappointed: excellent dishes cooked with quality ingredients, trained and friendly staff, attention to the customer and promptness in satisfying the different needs (for example, sharing a dish that arrives already plated separately, or bringing the meat with different cooking methods according to personal taste ...). Not least the location immersed in the greenery of a small village ... Highly recommended restaurant 😊

14/06/2025: When entering this classical Italian eatery to enjoy a Valdostano menu you feel like being transferred some fifty years back in time, not only by the interior decoration but also by the soft jazz being played over the loud speakers and the strict black and white outfit of your fun English speaking waitress. It was only the white apron that was missing. I had the best polenta ever and wines by the glass were excellent. Overall good value for money!

20/08/2025: A great evening at Vecchio Ristoro. All the dishes were tasty, creative, and varied. Everything from A to Z is 100% homemade, using traceable and local ingredients as much as possible, and the service was very warm and informative! We also had some wonderful wine discoveries, with several gems from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant is clearly above many French 1-star Michelin restaurants, so we hope to get a second one soon, given all the hard work and talent! Thanks again!

27/08/2025: A must-visit for sampling traditional dishes and local produce from Chamois and the surrounding area. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Reservations are recommended.

27/08/2025: A very charming place, nestled in a breathtaking view. We ate outside, taking advantage of a beautiful day, and the atmosphere was truly special. We started with a platter of cured meats and cheeses for two: a great appetizer to share, especially if you appreciate aged cheeses and specialty cured meats. Next, we had two polenta concia dishes: one with sausage and cabbage, the other with venison. I personally don't like game, so I chose the sausage... too bad it was a bit cold and had more cabbage than meat. Overall, however, the dishes were tasty. With two beers and a water, the bill came to around €65, a fair price considering the quality and, above all, the beauty of the place. The staff is incredibly kind, truly appreciated. Overall, an experience worth trying, with a little room for improvement on my portion.
