24/03/2025: It is now the sixth time, in the last 6 years, that I have returned to Bar à fromage. The service is always excellent, this time we also added a nice platter of local cured meats and cheeses to the raclette, followed by really good desserts. In my opinion the restaurant is among the best in the Aosta Valley, for the food, the service, the environment and the windows overlooking the slopes.

03/03/2025: Stunning place, beautiful view and fantastic food, well-trained staff. Surely if you go to Cogne you can't help but stop and taste what the Bar a Fromage offers. I recommend it you will not be disappointed.

23/03/2025: Ci siamo stati a pranzo, si raggiunge perfettamente in macchina. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, piatti bellissimi e buonissimi. Consiglio l’insalata di carciofi (abbondante), la pasta al ragù di polpo, veramente deliziosa, e le pork ribs con salsa bbq. Non buon mercato ma ne vale senza dubbio la pena. Ristorante sulle piste da provare assolutamente.

23/03/2025: Locale di alto livello, dotato di enoteca in grotta e cantina per salumi e formaggi. Propone cibi tipici locali della zona e tipici dell’italianità in genere. Personale cordiale , preparato, simpatico, professionale. Siamo arrivati a cena mezz’ora prima della prenotazione, lo staff tutto stava cenando, ció nonostante ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo e servito da bere, comunicandoci che il personale era impegnato per la cena e che avremmo potuto ordinare nell’orario concordato alla prenotazione. Prezzo decisamente all’altezza del locale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

This Aosta Valley restaurant perfectly combines the charm of mountain tradition with a touch of elegance and attention to detail. The cuisine is excellent, the result of an interesting mix of Aosta Valley and Abruzzo traditions, thanks to the origins of chef Christian and his partner. We particularly appreciated the tartare, fresh and tasty, the crespella, balanced and tasty, and the fondue, creamy and perfect. Even the desserts, all homemade, are exquisite and close the meal impeccably. A great strength is undoubtedly the welcome: Christian and his partner are of a rare kindness and availability. 14/03/2025: Although the weather was not kind, through the clouds we still managed to have an unforgettable experience up to Helbrunne point. The staff at Skyway Montebianco are extraordinary, helpful, attentive and kind. We used their services for a workshop in the Vertical room of the Pavillon from which you can admire a breathtaking view. The aperitif, lunch and coffee break were plentiful and of high quality, served by truly fantastic staff. An ideal place to enjoy an experience of excellence. Thanks to all the Skyway Montebianco staff!!!

04/02/2025: Chamois is a little gem, reachable by cable car from Buisson (5.5 euros) and therefore there are no cars 🤗. We were there at the end of January and it was all covered in snow: a spectacle for the soul and the heart. The houses and cabins all set up with flower holders make it seem equally beautiful and welcoming in summer. Chez Pierina is certainly the most famous restaurant in Chamois; we went there and it was an experience worth repeating. Mountain environment, warm and welcoming; friendly staff with great customer care; very good dishes (the stews are amazing), really generous portions (a bread soup is enough for two), substantial and made with a high level of quality. Nice choice of wines, local and otherwise. Excellent quality/price ratio Well deserved fame Highly recommended

02/02/2025: What can I say? Everything good and cared for. Stew, cured meats and appetizers with flavors from times gone by. Abundant dishes. Spent 60 euros for 2 with drinks and wine. Highly recommended.

17/03/2025: It’s a beautiful place and the food was incredible. It was a bit challenging to drive to and then also to find but it was well worth it. The pistachio tiramisu is amazing.

It feels like being immersed in an oasis of peace. From the Ristoro you can see a breathtaking panorama, in winter you can observe the ski slopes, the spectacular beech forest is ok all season. 24/02/2025: Excellent address! This family restaurant offers very high quality. The cuisine is refined but with simplicity, each dish is a treat, prepared with care and with the best products. The service is very attentive and very friendly. I warmly recommend it is surely one of the must-see addresses in the region! We had a great evening and came back as a family!

Curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, camere molto pulite e originali negli arredi , noi avevamo la camera con la pergola in legno e l uva in ferro battuto, inoltre la stanza del sale è un valore aggiunto. Si respira aria di montagna e di ricordi. La colazione è ottima e di qualità con prodotti che promuovono la regione. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutta la famiglia. Cena a sorpresa nel ristorante molto particolare e "sorprendente" che segue la stagionalità, bisogna solo avvisare se vi sono alimenti non graditi. Consiglio per un soggiorno sia romantico che per regalarsi una coccola. Complimenti a questa famiglia che dedica tempo a questa attività facendolo con amore e trasmettendo la loro storia e la loro passione agli ospiti. Comodo sia per visitare il Monte Bianco che per vedere alcuni castelli o andare ad Aosta.

29/03/2025: Ottima fonduta servita calda e ottima zuppa Alpage. Entree di benvenuto e dolcetto finale buonissimi. Personale molto professionale e accogliente all'ingresso, ma la ragazza che ci ha serviti a tavola è stata molto fredda e forse un po infastidita dalla presenza dei bambini . Il locale si presenta molto curato e caratteristico , un bere gioiellino. Buona carta dei vini
