09/10/2025: A very nice restaurant on three floors...nicely renovated, almost unique in the area...very classy and with a lovely atmosphere...the food is excellent...nicely laid out, even though there are no tablecloths...the entrees are good and tasty...excellent bread of various types. Nice and friendly staff.

The food is excellent, superb in every course, meticulously crafted and rich in flavor. Carolina is incredibly sweet, and it's natural to want to return soon to relive the experience. Few places combine such naturalness with quality and kindness!

17/09/2025: I ate here during my recent stay in Otricoli and had the best experience, we actually returned a 2nd time. Both times the staff was incredibly kind & we received great service. In addition, the food was AMAZING & our waitress gave great recommendations on what to order.

16/09/2025: We ate here 20 years ago on our first visit to this wonderful town so when returning we searched it out again. It's under new owners since our first visit but the place is still great. You need to sit outside on the vine covered patio, order some house wine and enjoy the delicious meal. Would highly recommend!

17/09/2025: Truly a special ice cream shop, I'd say the best! In addition to the excellent quality of their ice cream, they also have a wide selection of gluten-free options, a real plus for those with intolerances. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. Today they even made an exception by serving me an ice cream outside of opening hours, a gesture that shows how much passion and care they have for their customers. Highly recommended!!!

24/10/2025: I'm truly incredibly satisfied with this restaurant. We arrived at a time when it was already full, but the waiter told us we could come back in half an hour and he would reserve a table for us. My boyfriend speaks Italian, but unfortunately, I don't. In other restaurants, this has always meant that the waiter generally only spoke to my boyfriend. Here, however, the waiter made sure to explain everything to me in English, and I felt welcomed. I definitely wanted to mention that! It was truly amazing. The food was outstanding, and the service was simply excellent. A small note: the online English menu didn't match the Italian menu at the restaurant, and we couldn't have found the cheese platter as an appetizer on the main menu. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

03/11/2025: Great experience... We came to Orvieto for a short trip. At lunchtime, we looked for a restaurant and found Trattoria dell'Orso. We ate very well, everything was truly delicious. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommended. P.S. The background music was also perfect.

08/11/2025: What an amazing experience to kick off our honeymoon with the truffle hunting followed by lunch. You gain a lot of insight into the truffle hunting with a very entertaining guide, Michele, and his dog Argo. That is followed by a beautiful lunch and wine pairing led by Andrea. Highly recommend this experience if you want to learn more about the food and wine in Umbria!

22/10/2025: Overall, it was a disappointment. The wine, a Sangiovese, was tasty. It was served in attractive, but not clean, glasses. We sent them back and were served again in glasses with streaks. Presumably from the dishwasher and not properly cleaned. A no-go, especially considering the extensive, sometimes expensive wine list. Are bottled wines costing over €100 also served in such glasses? That's simply not possible. The bruschetta with truffles was okay. The tagliolini and gnocchetti appetizers were good. No bread was served with the salad. They probably should have asked for it. The tiramisu with biscuit was a tasty cream, but not tiramisu in my opinion. The liquid center of the tortino al cuore caldo must have gotten lost somewhere. A real shame.

22/10/2025: Let's forget it... Since you enter and find the sign at the cash register saying "POS not working" (coincidentally), I should have left. Then, a good morning is always appreciated, and they even seem free. Sandwiches: all there in plain sight, wrapped in plastic. At first bite, they seem rubbery, then you realize they really are rubber! They "attempt" to heat them up without asking if we preferred them hot or cold... Maybe it was a commendable attempt to revive them. Coffee.... The value for money is more consistent at the vending machines. Oh... table service is not included. And oh well, that's a policy at all Autogrill restaurants... oh no, it wasn't. Now that I know, I won't go back, should I ever have another chance. I'm sorry.

17/10/2025: Beautiful ambiance, very friendly staff, and excellent food. We had pork skewers and lamb chops, respectively, and were impressed by both the preparation and the quality of the meat.
