In Narni for work, I came for lunch and ate their fantastic bruschetta and their homemade pappardella with wild boar... I also returned for dinner to try their pizza accompanied by a delicious craft beer... all surrounded by friendly, kind and welcoming staff. I will be back again!

There are evenings that seem to be written specifically to be remembered. Ours began with a stroll through the alleys of Narni, as the sun slowly gave way to the evening lights. The ancient stones, the unexpected views, and the timeless charm of the city provided the backdrop for a dinner that turned out to be one of the most enjoyable of our trip. We had booked practically at the last minute, and yet we were welcomed with a kindness and courtesy that deserves special thanks. Thanks to Amedeo, always attentive and available, and to Valentina, who looked after us throughout the dinner with professionalism, kindness, and that smile that makes you feel instantly welcome. Dinner took place on a splendid terrace overlooking the valley, with a panorama that captivates the eye between courses. One of those places where the landscape becomes an integral part of the experience. The dinner began with excellent bruschetta, simple and delicious in keeping with the best Umbrian tradition, accompanied by a selection of supplì in different flavors, all carefully prepared and truly successful. This appetizer made us immediately understand that the evening would live up to its promise. The first courses with white wild boar ragù, prepared with handmade pasta, were simply amazing: authentic flavors, intense yet balanced, expressing the region with every bite. The stuffed rabbit was also excellent: tender, flavorful, and enhanced by excellent ingredients. What is striking about I Ghibellini is the ability to combine hospitality, cuisine, and atmosphere into a harmonious experience, where each element finds its place. There is nothing ostentatious, but everything is curated with care and passion. A dinner we will take home with us, along with the memory of the sunset over Narni, its alleys, and that terrace overlooking the valley. And it will certainly make us come back, when we want to feel welcomed again as guests and not simply as customers.
