07/10/2025: A wonderful experience. A property located a short distance from Narni, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful landscape. Absolute silence all around. The property is modern and elegant, yet retains the style of old farmhouses. Surrounding it, beyond the pool, is a beautifully maintained expanse of greenery. The pool is just outside the property. Ample outdoor loungers are available. The building is very welcoming and well-maintained. A couple of annexes with additional rooms (8 in total) complete the package. The room (superior double) was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Special mention for the comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with a large shower. Adjustable heating. Windows with mosquito nets. Breakfast was rich in natural products, both savory and sweet. Omelettes were available. Courteous and friendly service. The breakfast room was very intimate and pleasant. Francesco was a very kind host, welcoming us with a good coffee and plenty of suggestions for nearby attractions. A comprehensive list of restaurants was available. He was always available for any need. That's what makes the difference for a pleasant stay. We'll be back soon!

03/10/2025: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up daily, with fresh water provided. There’s also a mini bar – we tried the white wine and it was excellent! Francesco and his team were incredibly nice and welcoming. Four nights felt far too short – next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Thank you so much! 🌿🍷✨

08/11/2025: What an amazing experience to kick off our honeymoon with the truffle hunting followed by lunch. You gain a lot of insight into the truffle hunting with a very entertaining guide, Michele, and his dog Argo. That is followed by a beautiful lunch and wine pairing led by Andrea. Highly recommend this experience if you want to learn more about the food and wine in Umbria!

22/10/2025: Overall, it was a disappointment. The wine, a Sangiovese, was tasty. It was served in attractive, but not clean, glasses. We sent them back and were served again in glasses with streaks. Presumably from the dishwasher and not properly cleaned. A no-go, especially considering the extensive, sometimes expensive wine list. Are bottled wines costing over €100 also served in such glasses? That's simply not possible. The bruschetta with truffles was okay. The tagliolini and gnocchetti appetizers were good. No bread was served with the salad. They probably should have asked for it. The tiramisu with biscuit was a tasty cream, but not tiramisu in my opinion. The liquid center of the tortino al cuore caldo must have gotten lost somewhere. A real shame.

08/11/2025: Super-stocked bar, you can find everything. Excellent aperitifs and dinners. Kind and friendly staff. Clean and welcoming place.

14/09/2025: Having to find a pizzeria halfway to meet up with my parents, I relied on reviews, and I have to say I wasn't wrong. A unique location, a very kind owner, and not to mention the waitress, but what can I say about the pizza? I usually never eat it because if it doesn't rise well, I feel sick all night. Instead, this pizza was light, easy to digest, and simply fantastic. And don't forget to try the desserts, they're amazing.

12/09/2025: I repeat, in Terni, for me, this is the absolute best pizzeria. The selection of ingredients is never mediocre; you can immediately sense the careful selection of the highest-quality ingredients. The panuozzi, too... are truly first-rate, filled to perfection 😁 The dough is a masterpiece, perfectly hydrated, with a long and well-managed leavening process, resulting in a light and easily digestible result. A true gem, for those looking for something different from the usual pizza...

13/10/2025: It was a beautiful day, we celebrated Grandma's birthday and felt welcomed right at home. The food and service were excellent, and the location is surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. The owners were able to accommodate all our needs. Thank you, and see you soon!

In the summer, you can dine in the beautifully landscaped outdoor garden. Located a short distance from the Marmore Falls, in a very quiet area. Vegan and gluten-free options available.
