04/10/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here, Dad claims this was one of the best pork chops he's ever had, and we enjoyed the rabbit and boar stew too. The lavender crema catalana was especially amazing. We had a very enjoyable evening here with great food and great service.

27/09/2025: We went in person in the early afternoon to book a table for two in the evening. The rude guy just shouted “completo”. Later, when stroking through their street during dinner time (around 7:45pm) there were SEVERAL empty tables. Conclusion: The guy didn’t want to bother to write down a reservation for two guests.

30/09/2025: Great food and excellent service. We stopped on a whim with a group of 7 plus two babies and they were able to seat us. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Great selection of pastas and meat dishes. Later in the week, I got a flat tire right outside, they were officially closed, but still offered to sit me for a quick aperitivo and wine while I waited for a tow truck. Will visit again if I’m ever nearby

02/10/2025: I had the absolute best steak of my life here! The meat was top quality, packed with flavor, and perfectly cooked. What makes it even more special is that you can finish cooking it to your taste on a hot lava stone, so every bite stays deliciously warm. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is excellent, and the whole experience is unforgettable. If you love steak, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend! 🔥 Don’t forget to make a reservation in advance – it’s often full!

02/10/2025: Highly recommend checking out this steakhouse! 🥩 The steak was cooked perfectly — juicy and full of flavor — and the sides were amazing too. The service was friendly and fast, they really made sure everything was spot on. It’s a cozy place with a great vibe. With beef steak here you just can’t go wrong — everyone can find their favorite cut, from the classics to premium options like Wagyu. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving a perfect steak.

07/10/2025: A wonderful experience. A property located a short distance from Narni, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful landscape. Absolute silence all around. The property is modern and elegant, yet retains the style of old farmhouses. Surrounding it, beyond the pool, is a beautifully maintained expanse of greenery. The pool is just outside the property. Ample outdoor loungers are available. The building is very welcoming and well-maintained. A couple of annexes with additional rooms (8 in total) complete the package. The room (superior double) was comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Special mention for the comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with a large shower. Adjustable heating. Windows with mosquito nets. Breakfast was rich in natural products, both savory and sweet. Omelettes were available. Courteous and friendly service. The breakfast room was very intimate and pleasant. Francesco was a very kind host, welcoming us with a good coffee and plenty of suggestions for nearby attractions. A comprehensive list of restaurants was available. He was always available for any need. That's what makes the difference for a pleasant stay. We'll be back soon!

03/10/2025: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up daily, with fresh water provided. There’s also a mini bar – we tried the white wine and it was excellent! Francesco and his team were incredibly nice and welcoming. Four nights felt far too short – next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Thank you so much! 🌿🍷✨

22/06/2025: Tenuta Marchesi Fezia is on the hills between San Gemini and Narni scalo, in the middle of the countryside. In the summer, the sun reigns supreme, but they are organized to defend themselves. There is plenty of space and the organization is quite orderly. When I happened to eat here, the food was excellent. Perhaps the service was a little slow.

03/10/2025: Went for lunch after visiting the Marmore Falls... about 200 meters from the falls... delicious food... a little pricey but okay considering the proximity to the falls... super friendly staff!!!!

11/10/2025: Nice place, fast service. I had the ramen; the meat was very tough and the broth was very bland. Overall, the fish didn't seem to be of good quality either. The quality and quantity of the dishes are definitely not worth the price.

07/10/2025: After trying them all, I can say with certainty: Osaka is the king of AYCE sushi in Terni. I've been a customer for years, and the quality is consistently guaranteed. The fish is always incredibly fresh, the rolls are the perfect size, enhancing the flavor without overdoing it, the dishes are always well-prepared, and the place is welcoming and clean. To top it all off, the staff is always friendly and smiling, making you feel at home. For me, Osaka is and remains number one.

01/10/2025: To discuss this logo, we need to separate the restaurant from the agriturismo: the agriturismo is a restored old village; as soon as you arrive, a sense of peace and tranquility pervades your soul... the materials used are not far removed from the originals and are not displaced from the originals. There is also a swimming pool surrounded by hedges and olive trees, very quiet and hidden. The rooms are rustic, spacious, with antique furniture. Ours had a windowless bathroom, but that's understandable, and it had a large courtyard with a breathtaking view. The cleanliness could use some updating, with lots of cobwebs, but after all, we are on a agriturismo; they're part of the landscape! Furthermore, the silence that surrounds the property is conducive to sleep. As for the restaurant, the dishes are typical Umbrian, the platters are plentiful and made with top-quality ingredients, the pastas are all homemade and seasoned with top-quality ingredients. We also enjoyed an aperitif with two spritzes and a platter of cold cuts at a very reasonable price. For lunch, we ordered a platter of cold cuts, bruschetta, and fried foods, two first courses: fettuccine with Fassona ragù and strozzapreti with venison ragù, a liter of house red wine, coffee, and amaro. Breakfast includes a buffet of artisanal sweets, cakes, ring cakes, and biscuits; for a savory breakfast, please ask the staff. We stayed at the property using a Smartbox, and I must say we were treated with kid gloves. Overall, a truly wonderful experience, worth repeating even just for lunch in the open air and surrounded by nature.

30/09/2025: Excellent countryside location. Peace and quiet abound. A small village with a small church and rooms and apartments. However, they require maintenance, as they have been left to decay over time. The restaurant is excellent, with good service and excellent dishes, as well as top-quality meat. Good wine tasting available.
