We found this restaurant by chance while wandering around the streets of the city and it was a complete discovery. Very comfortable environment that immediately puts you at ease, beautiful atmosphere, friendly and very attentive staff. Environment where you can breathe a slightly retro air, the ancient prints on the walls tell a lot, few tables, perhaps for 20 seats, the menu presents dishes from the Terna tradition and beyond, the wine list offers a wide choice of native and non-native wines . All freshly prepared, and I must say that the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream and radicchio are superlative. Excellent presentation of the dishes. And then a lot of courtesy and professionalism. We ate some magnificent herring with sour cream and excellent guinea fowl and a super creamy onion soup: all delicious. Excellent natural red wine. Tutto ottimo e molto raffinato, meravigliose le bombette di maiale, consigliatissime, poi deliziose le costine in salsa barbecue, sempre di maiale, veramente speciali perfette, non grasse, magre al punto giusto taglio perfetto. Speciale l'olio nuovo su pure di fave e cicoria, idem per la sella di San Venanzo, tutto TOP. Torneremo presto per assaggiare anche altri piatti, visto che il menù era molto invitante. Atmosfera intima, da vera osteria , in stile enoteca. Pochi tavoli e piccoli, un solo cameriere che ti accompagna in un viaggio culinario eccezionale attraverso il vino e i piatti della tradizione. Prezzo più che adeguato. Consigliatissimo!
