The filling was rich, harmonious, and well-balanced, with quality ingredients that gave the dish an intense and satisfying flavor. Each bite conveyed a pleasant sensation of authenticity and care in its preparation, making the dining experience decidedly satisfying. The vegetarian salad, on the other hand, was less convincing: while attractively presented and with fresh ingredients, it lacked flavorful character. The toppings seemed rather bland, and the overall experience lacked impact on the palate, leaving a feeling of incompleteness compared to the richness and personality of the pizza al testo.

03/04/2026: The dishes are both delicious and visually stunning, and truly exceptional. Some are even experimental, blending diverse culinary traditions with classic Italian cuisine. The interior is stylishly modern and very cozy, with chill jazz playing in the background. The staff is very friendly (especially with children)! Not overpriced! Update 2026 (8 years later): Nothing has changed! On the contrary, it might even be a touch better :)

03/04/2026: The truffle pasta at the restaurant recommended by the guide was delicious. However, ordering at an Italian restaurant felt a bit awkward. I clearly ordered just one pasta dish, but a fried egg came out with it, and the price was similar to the pasta. I was shocked. I don't know if I just mindlessly said okay, but it didn't feel good. I turned around thinking it was a relief since the food was good, but did they pull a trick on me for a moment? Anyway, make sure to check the box stating that you are only eating this when ordering.

04/05/2026: A must-see location, a truly exceptional welcome. We took the 45 euro menu, 1 kg of Chianina beef for two with roast potatoes, a glass of wine and dessert... we were a little disappointed with the meat... too stringy... it didn't melt in your mouth, the rest was good.

28/04/2026: It was really delicious! I went without high expectations, but there wasn't a single dish that wasn't tasty, from the truffle pasta to the steak. The atmosphere was great, and I appreciate the lively, friendly, and well-mannered staff. Also, the restroom was incredibly clean and spacious. It's hard to find a nice restroom in Italy, but I liked that this one felt very well-maintained.

But the service and ingredients are on par with a high-end restaurant! Let's start with the service: there were 12 of us, and Leandro served us with great care, friendliness, empathy, and speed. Even the extra virgin olive oil brought to the table had an intense fruitiness from a local mill, which isn't easy to find even in gourmet restaurants. And every dish ordered, from the ancient grain or regular pizzas to the sliced ​​meats and desserts, was excellent and served promptly and with attention to detail. The bill was also itemized, ensuring complete transparency. Kudos also to the owner for his vision and organization.

07/04/2026: Traveling with my girlfriend, we discovered this magic... We wanted to try the Lovers' Tower, but unfortunately it was closed, so we opted to have lunch at the fantastic restaurant, which offers not only a fabulous view but also fabulous, indescribably wonderful traditional cuisine. There are no words to describe the breadth of emotions that embrace and captivate me... even just thinking about the magical experience; whether it's the food, the location, the kindness, friendliness, cordiality, and professionalism I encountered!! Thank you, my only regret is not having been able to find time to stay overnight... So I can't give a full review... but from what I saw, it was certainly a unique experience too!

16/03/2026: We've had lunch at Tenuta several times. It's a beautiful place for any occasion, from family lunches or dinners to celebrations of any kind. We had the seafood risotto 🦞, truly delicious (and coming from someone who isn't particularly fond of fish, that's a great compliment!), the sea bream fillets, the baked potatoes, and the sorbet 🍋 Spent about €80 💶 A place to definitely return to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/05/2026: The food is good, but the service is a bit slow because there are fewer waiters than there are tables. The plus is that you can visit Hadrian's Labyrinth below even when it's closed, and for free.
