07/06/2026: A typical trattoria with a friendly and helpful owner. Fast service, excellent food, and excellent value.

02/06/2026: Disrespectful to tourists. I was alone, looking for good, authentic food, and waited over 30 minutes. The owner barely looked at me; other Italians called him over, telling him I was waiting. When he finally attended to me, even though there were two empty tables, he wouldn't let me sit down, saying he was waiting for other Italians to arrive. After waiting an hour, he said I would be seated in 30 minutes, but the restaurant closed in 15 minutes... I went to the restaurant next door, Al Pozzo, where the service was much better and the food was excellent.

16/08/2026: Terrible service organization. Noteworthy food. 5 stars to Estephanie, the very kind and professional waitress who ensured a much higher rating than we would have given otherwise.

14/08/2026: Ordered a bottle of Sibillino Pecorino — server poured it straight into the glass with no bottle presentation, no taste offered. I assumed it was just a casual house style. Minutes later watched staff bring a bottle of Cesarini Sartori to the table beside me, present it to the buyer, and pour a taste for a verbal confirmation before serving. Same wine category, same server section, two completely different standards. At first I thought the place just had a more casual sloppy approach to service paired with high prices, which is… fine. But this second action is showing me the team knows how to offer the right service, but with some customers they choose not to. Left early and went to find a better spot. I’m there rn 😎 EDIT: I contacted the owner because I felt this response (attached) was an unusually hostile intrusion into my personal life. The combination of a business using this platform to publicly broadcast irrelevant details about what I ordered, my time and location, and then the vague implication that they wish to know where — or with whom — I spend time here in the Valnerina feels unnecessarily invasive and, frankly, surprisingly intimidating. There’s no need to intimidate or publicly humiliate customers when your staff has performed poorly. Do better

16/08/2026: While chaos reigned everywhere, I spent a fantastic Ferragosto holiday in the company of good friends. Thanks to Mr. Claudio, his son, and the entire staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive, welcomed and hosted us all, including our big dog, Arya, in the best possible way. Exquisite food, a super relaxed atmosphere, and lots and lots of smiles. It couldn't have been better. A special mention for the tiramisu and limoncello: delicious! It was my first time at this restaurant, but I'll definitely be returning. See you soon for the "Follow the Dream" aperitif and to enjoy the pizza in the evening breeze. Thank you so much, Francesca

14/08/2026: Truly a highlight of our vacation in Italy! Andrea and Michaela were amazing! The truffle hunt is a must! Our meals at Seven were among the very best of our 14-day trip! These men are smart, hard-working, talented and incredibly entertaining! This experience is not to be missed!

06/08/2026: Top of the top 👌💯 The best place to try beautiful created dishes with black truffles🖤 The food and service on the highest level 🤩 Still! We are coming back to the Seven Cafè Restaurant for the last five years and we can still find there delicious food serving with smile by the friendly people. The dinner or supper in this place makes your day. We come back next year for sure.

11/08/2026: A very pleasant place; we ordered truffle tagliatelle, a ribeye steak, and a pizza, and it was extremely good. We had a great meal. I recommend it.

08/08/2026: We dined with four adults and two children, and unfortunately, the experience was truly disappointing. From the beginning, we experienced significant delays in service, with unjustified wait times. The most absurd thing was that none of us managed to eat together: the dishes arrived at completely different times, and some orders were even incorrect. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and inattentive to customer needs, giving the impression that the problems were normal rather than trying to resolve them. It's a real shame, because the food, overall, is good. But a restaurant isn't judged solely by what's on the plate: the service and the experience it offers also count. And in this respect, the evening was a failure. We won't be returning, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

14/06/2026: Extremely attentive and friendly staff! The place was immaculately kept and clean, and with soft background music, we enjoyed sublime dishes! Prices were just above average!

02/08/2026: It had so much potential. Good reviews, lovely atmosphere and warm welcome by the younger bloke.. We so looked forward to the restaurant, the smell was incredible. But as non Italian speakers, it was extremely difficult to understand the spoken menu... my wife speaks French and Spanish and has done a good job picking up a lot of Italian in the last two months, but his accent was very difficult. And he did not accommodate non Italian speakers. Totally ignoring me. We were guided towards pasta, which neither of us wanted.. then mains.. I ended up with two boar dishes. Both okay.. but way too much food. My wife had the rabbit.. pretty much cooked to death and totally lost in all the other ingredients. Then nothing... The plates sat on the table for over an hour, I stacked them to make it easier and give us some room. My wife went to pay.. and waited. She told him that we didn't want dessert as we were too full.. He then came looking down at me and very judgemental asking if I wanted dolci, knowing full well I didn't speak Italian.. and then added 'dessert' after I was struggling with language. By no means was this meal exceptional.. good, but ordinary. Service was rubbish and you had to constantly fish flies out of your food. I'm glad we were early as others waited for a long time for their meals. The owner it seems didn't let his staff help where needed, and insisted on doing it all himself. Then.. As we were camped there for the evening, a large group were also there, who loved sitting around playing music.. sounds nice, until two a.m. and they're at the top of their lungs accompanied with drums just gearing up for the night. The owner seemed to make an economic decision, people do as they wish if they pay enough for the food and alcohol. We were out.. at 2am looking for somewhere else we could sleep. We had looked forward to breakfast and coffee.. but no thank you. I did a loop walk the next morning, and as I expected, the lovely bit of forest is small... and the flies numerous. I'll give it a solid pass. They also wanted to sit us by the busy door, secluded from the lovely forest views. We insisted on sitting out in the open, and glad we did as we watched a marmot walk through as we dined. Potential, spoiled. Everyone matters, or no one matters.

24/08/2026: Delicious, high-quality food! The cocktails are fabulous and perfect with meals. The Basil Fizz is my favorite!! 💚 🍃 The bartender was brilliant with his brilliant and original ideas. He even let us sample some of his truly exquisite treats for free while we were paying the bill at the register. A charming location, just steps from the Marmore Falls. The prices are fair and in line with the high quality of the products. Everything was wonderful! The waiters were very kind and professional. My compliments!! 👏 👏 👏
