05/03/2025: Today we had lunch "Divinely" in this restaurant.. First course: Fresh pasta with white Cinta Senese ragout with orange zest. Second course: Rabbit rolls with plum and bacon on a bed of cannellini cream. What if we drank wine? Naturally some good Sangiovese... recommended by Giovanni. We then concluded the lunch with dessert: Crumbled with Chantilly cream and raspberries. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone stopping in Orvieto. I congratulate all the staff who are very attentive to the customer and in particular to Giovanni, owner of the restaurant, for the welcome and kindness that distinguished him on my birthday. My rating is 10+1 both for the quality of the food which is excellent and for the presentation of the dishes which is impeccable. See you next time and thank you again for the exquisite experience.

15/02/2025: Nice bar in a beautiful street in Orvieto, wide choice of what to have. The only thing that made me turn up my nose, and that probably won't make me return to this place, is the fact that, passing in front of it, I saw the manager/bartender on duty (who had served me shortly before) throw a cigarette, not completely extinguished, on the ground behind him; This is not acceptable behavior for me, especially from someone who should have an interest in having the street in front of the business where he works clean. For the rest, I highly recommend it as the place is beautiful, in an excellent location and has lower prices than other bars I tried nearby.

21/03/2025: Dinner was a wonderful experience. Intimate place, attentive and efficient service, excellent food and wines. We ordered the tartare and the sirloin, excellent meats and very well prepared. We are left wanting for the next visit.. Well done Clessidra and well done Emiliano.

Prodotti di alta qualità, piatti pensati e realizzati con equilibrio, grande attenzione per le intolleranze. Ottima l’idea di affiancare all’ampia carta dei vini, una più ristretta di sintesi. Con un occhio affettuoso ai produttori locali. Sempre accurato il servizio. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi in relazione alla qualità della cena. È il ristorante di livello più alto a Terni, senza dubbio. Unica pecca: il locale è piccolo e si sta un tantino stretti e talvolta ci si imbatte, come ovunque del resto, in qualche commensale poco educato.. La Clessidra garanzia assoluta.

09/02/2025: Un menù da cui è difficile scegliere: proposte succulenti, mai banali, rese ancora più speciali da un'atmosfera accogliente, quasi intima e da un servizio discreto, non invadente. Lasciate uno spazio per il dessert! Nota: il bagno è pulitissimo.

23/03/2025: Io e la mia famiglia siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso. Nessuna delle portate ordinate aveva sapore: coratella, carciofi, cinghiale e sugo di castrato. Non solo, ma i piatti non sono mai stati serviti a tutti i commensali contemporaneamente e il cameriere, invece di scusarsi, ha commentato il nostro disappunto dicendo che avevamo fretta. Peccato pero' che non sia una questione di fretta, bensì una delle regole base della ristorazione...oltre al fatto che l'atteggiamento verso il cliente dovrebbe essere di tutt'altro genere. Ristorante da evitare!!

06/03/2025: Locale caratteristico , cucina umbra semplice d genuina a costi non esosi. Accoglienza informale e affabile. Buoni i primi rigorosamente fatti a mano , ottimi antipasti …unico neo carciofi in umido poco farciti.

I have eaten there several times now and in each of them I have been more than satisfied (so much so that I always recommend it to anyone)! The service is commendable: the customer is pampered with features, included in the cover price, that are difficult to find elsewhere. But in any case, in general, the quality-price ratio is truly exceptional: excellent raw materials, cooked to perfection, at more than affordable costs. The menu, constantly changing, conveys the passion that exists in the kitchen and in the dining room. The place is essential and elegant. I can't find a flaw.... Never change!!!

28/03/2025: Vi consiglio questo posto per passare una serata all' insegna del buon cibo e ottimo vino. I ragazzi ( tutti) sono di compagnia e creano un ambiente molto familiare.

23/03/2025: Farmhouse surrounded by greenery. If you are looking for peace and quiet you are in the right place. The restaurant is the gem, refined and excellent quality dishes not to mention the breakfast with homemade cakes and donuts! TOP! There is also a beautiful outdoor pool which is obviously closed in March. Surely with the good weather this place becomes even more beautiful. Marco and Andrea two kind and discreet guys. I sincerely recommend it.
