21/01/2026: Without a reservation (they only take reservations for groups of at least 6 people), we found a spot right in front of the fireplace. Fantastic! The cured meats and "crescita" were very good, as were the gnocchi and tagliatelle! It was impossible not to order a steak, after all the ones we watched cook before our eyes! Superb chocolate salami! Kudos to the cook who grilled in front of us for her organization and calm despite the many orders!

10/01/2026: A traditional restaurant serving typical Umbrian cuisine! Everything is homemade. My recommendation: try the à la brace! Lamb or pork... Friendly service and a good house wine complete the experience. Consistently good for 20 years! Thank you!

02/12/2025: We had our wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend of October 16–18, and it was absolutely perfect! We had over 100 guests, and the space was ideal, spacious, elegant, and perfectly arranged for everyone. Initially, we were a bit worried about the weather, but everything turned out beautifully. Even when it got chilly in the evenings, the venue had a lovely indoor space for the party actually, two fantastic spaces, one for Friday night and another for Saturday. A huge thank you to Giorgia, our amazing wedding planner, and her brothers who manage the venue. Giorgia not only helped bring all my visions to life from making adjustments on a specific wedding cake flavor to finding the best vendors for every detail but she also kept me calm throughout the entire planning process, always there when I needed her and answering every question. On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of a special DJ set that had all our guests dancing all night long! The food was absolutely AMAZING 100 out of 10! The location was breathtaking, and even though we had events throughout the weekend, the venue provided a new space or area for each one. Our guests loved discovering a new part of the venue each time it made the weekend feel so special and dynamic. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue for our wedding weekend

21/10/2025: What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family. All events were well orchestrated and the food was devine, something to please everyone. The Castello is beautiful with vines growing all over the walls, flowers and trees of all sorts naturally groomed, many different spaces and activities including pool table tennis and a pool. The only down side is the stink bugs, harmless but annoying but part of being in nature. HIGHLY recommend ❣️

30/12/2025: We were guests at the Hotel Pax and we came to dine at this restaurant. The dishes were exceptional, not to mention the very attentive staff. The family atmosphere is welcoming. We will return.

30/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner yesterday. I had a legume soup and a main course of provola and prosciutto. I really enjoyed it. The service and staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

24/01/2026: Excellent experience!!! We were a group of three couples, and they welcomed us with kindness despite the extremely busy day. Prompt service, delicious cuisine (cured meats, torta al testo, very tasty first courses, and superb polenta with meat). Rustic atmosphere and convenient parking.

18/01/2026: We've been to this pizzeria several times and often get takeout. Delicious pizza, different flavors. Unfortunately, the service isn't up to par, and yesterday we had confirmation of that. I understand the need to vacate the table for the second serving, but the waitresses were very "pressured," stating that we were "slow" because more than half an hour had passed between the appetizers and the pizza. They started clearing our table while we were finishing our meal; in fact, I had to specifically tell the waitress to wait until I finished the pizza on my plate, and in the meantime, they took away not only the empty drinks but also an unfinished bottle of beer that I wanted to finish with dessert. I also find it rude to serve at the table while chewing gum, and with your mouth open to boot. I think maybe it's time to change pizzerias; it's a shame, but the service is definitely NOT good.

18/01/2026: I had dinner with my friend down here... I agree! You press for food and then the order arrives after half an hour! Be consistent!
