06/03/2024: Terrible service. Even though we were the only customers of the evening, the lady kept coming there and looking to see if we had finished. Restaurant ONLY for carnivores. There were no first courses, except tagliatelle with ragù. A cold cuts and cheese platter absurdly full of stuff, especially cured meats.
Highly not recommended!

02/04/2024: 5/5 food with very generous portions. Access was a little inconvenient for us as we arrived with strollers at the top of a staircase. Excellent service, despite a small problem with the booking which was later resolved.

An important leap in quality with a service up to par and Elena the owner who is always friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended

Prosciutto crudo, pecorino al tartufo e salsa al tartufo
Salame di chinghiale, salsa fichi e noci e caciotta al rosmarino
E infine lardo tagliato fine fine, salsina alle cipolle caramellate e zucchine
Tutte spettacolari.. ancora grazie

Da provare se siete ad Assisi, torneremo sicuramente.

Servizio ottimo e personale altamente qualificato nel rapporto e servizio al cliente. Sicuramente ogni lunedì prenderò l'aperitivo con i miei collaboratori e clienti nel bar Retrò. Simone Paccapelo

Not recommended for celiacs: the pizza, even if glute free, was cooked in the oven where normal pizza is also cooked!!!!! the meat was very cold and hard, also the pasta was very raw and scarf!!!! ! If you are celiac, don't go there as they only grow big with your mouth😡😡
16/03/2024: I had dinner for two evenings with my family taking advantage of The Fork promotion.
The restaurant inside has nice furnishings and the atmosphere is familiar and quiet, the staff was very kind and hospitable.
We appreciated the cuisine with generous portions.
The prices are great!!

31/03/2024: I ask if they have anything gluten-free and they say yes. I go to see and they offer me some biscuits which unfortunately were not gluten-free, but wholemeal and lactose-free... Better not to trust them
Disappointed
25/03/2024: A place bordering on embarrassing, the "lady" at the checkout was ruder than ever before. The waiter, who must have been 15 years old, came to clear the table while we were still eating and our glasses were full, which was absurd.
Disproportionate prices but given the location I can ignore it, what is unacceptable is that you can only pay in cash because "there is no line for the POS"! I had to ask out loud for the receipt twice before I got it.
These places need to close, you are the ruin of this country.

Quando paghi da i 35 a i 45 euro al kg alcuni tipi di dolci tipici,ti aspetti che il servizio sia impeccabile,caffè servito freddo !con la tazzina sporca di caffè che gocciolando sporca zucchero e piattino ( e il caffè non costa 1 euro e 30 centesimi) devi pagare subito e questo fa ancora di più raffreddare le bevande calde che hai ordinato

Abbiamo preso 4 dolcetti rocciose. 22 euro. Ma di dolce c'era solo il nome. Buttati tutti.. sputato quello in bocca.
